The ACIP now has to be the first ones to publicly walk through this widened Overton window. What a privilege. See you next week!

Nowhere in Vinay Prasad's letter does he refer to 'informed consent'.

This is the elephant in the room.

No-one gave valid informed consent to COVID-19 vaccination. Millions of people were pressured, coerced, manipulated to submit to this medical intervention.

In the United States and around the world people were forced to comply under threat of penalty - loss of livelihood and exclusion from participation in society.

Under these conditions there is no valid consent for vaccination. 'Consent' obtained under coercion is not consent at all.

And if vaccinators injected without obtaining valid voluntary informed consent - they committed battery.

I've made a formal public submission to the ACIP next week raising this issue, and calling upon the medical doctors on the ACIP to raise the alarm about vaccine mandates that are being imposed on the back of ACIP vaccine 'recommendations', thereby invalidating consent.

My submission is now 'on the record', see: https://www.regulations.gov/comment/CDC-2025-0783-3663

Informed consent policy is more in the cdc wheelhouse, not FDA. Silos.

Expand full comment
Elizabeth Hart's avatar

Informed consent is not a CDC or FDA policy silo.

It is in the wheelhouse of the medical practitioner who performs the medical intervention.

Every medical practitioner is personally obligated to obtain valid voluntary informed consent before inserting a needle and its contents.

This duty exists independently of agency policy, recommendations or public health guidance.

This principle does not sit with federal agencies.

It sits with the person holding the syringe.

No mandate, 'recommendation', or administrative framework removes that individual duty.

If a practitioner proceeds without voluntary informed consent, the act is battery under long-established medical and legal standards.

Seriously evil. "Informed consent". The psychological warfare was really good. The main stream media and official daily briefs were seriously effective to coerce and bribe the proletariat to submit to captured control during the disease promotion. The message was, be terrified, but we got this. They lied and murdered millions of people.

The Nuremberg Code was completely trampled by authorities and their flocks and it is scary as hell that throughout the hierarchies of medicine, hospitals, finance, and government, opposition to violation of established principles as codified in the Nuremberg Code and medical ethics came from a tiny minority.

Expand full comment

From what I've gathered, not from a tiny minority. I spoke to some healthcare providers in the beginnings of the disease. Completely diverse and unknown to each other before the poison jab came out. They told me that there was no guidance for treatment from their managing organizations. Then by happenstance some weeks later I was speaking to someone who was familiar with a healthcare management organization in Colorado. The guidance from this management organization was for healthcare providers to say nothing. Wow, in my brain. Totally coordinated BS effort. I took this personally. I hope and pray the perpetrators of this evil go to jail. Simple. Not complicated.

Bottom line... The vaccinating practitioners have a personal obligation to obtain valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination.

This isn't possible to obtain from people who are under coercion and mandates, and under threat of penalty for non-compliance - loss of livelihood and exclusion from participation in society.

As I think you understand...this is a ginormous scandal...

The vaccinators didn't obtain valid consent...and they're not covered...

What is this going to mean when the penny drops?

For most of her 5 years in office. And they finally, effectively, ran her out. To my ears she was the loudest and most heroic in the House, by far, on these issues. And they tormented her for it. I hate to see statements like this made to offset pre-conceived criticism for failure to be objective.

"In contrast, there is no doubt that an elderly, un-immune American benefited from Doses 1 and 2 in 2020."

This appears to be false humility.

It assumes this human has NO immune system to save them; this person takes no Vitamins to buttress the immune response

To me, this has a false unstated premise.

Yep. That statement blasted loudly while reading... Like "whaaaat!?"

But I haven't really found anything from any research I've done specific to the elderly being helped. I do know, most of my career was working with the elderly, the many I know all got the shots but they also all pretty much became hermits the first couple years or so, rarely ever leaving their home for fear of getting covid. So I'm not sure we will ever know if the shot helped the elderly or if just staying home helped. Most likely no one else has any solid info on that either. Maybe it could have helped that age group. I DO know for certain in the early months and through the first year I was monitoring Virginia records (along with several other states) and it was mainly age 75+ dying from covid (and/or treatment for it). And I reminded those younger that were freaking out that we also lost thousands of elderly due to the flu each year (which they didn't know).

I warned everyone I knew not to take Remdesivir. My research on that drug drew all sorts of red flags. To my knowledge none of my friends or associates did. I told everyone I knew that China used Ivermectin and HCQ in 2002 to eventually cure SARS CoV1. The last was a hidden treasure I found in my hundreds of hours of researching various medical publications.

As for MMR I know nothing about it except we don't generally have any of those diseases in the US anymore. Is that due to vaccine? I don't know. I do know something drastically changed around 1980 - for the worse.

Expand full comment

MMR is a terrible vaccine and has been the subject of many talks among we anti-vaxxers.

All vaccines are horrific, for man and beast. Health doesnt come from a needle, especially a needle laden with alcohol, formaldehyde, polysorbates (which BREAK THROUGH the BLOOD BRAIN BARRIER and usher the other toxins in WITH it! Never a good idea…) and fragments of aborted fetuses. Yea, you read that right. Fragments of aborted fetuses—- BOTH sexes. What could go wrong???! (Hint: Gender confusion, anyone? Skyrocketing rates of gender

issues?)

If I could send the pic of the vaxxine ingredients for each shot, you’d think I was a crazy liar.

Let’s just say that, the vaccines on the childhood schedule today are darned neat aa bad, and in certain ways WORSE than covid “vaccines”.

Expand full comment

They’re all horrific but yes, MMR, TDap/DTap and Gardisil are probably three of the worst.

A year or so prior to covid, a friend’s toddler girl, a darling little thing, very tight and smiley, went in for a round of shots.

On her way in, ahe was singing abt their vacation, clapping, laughing, inquisitive.

After the shots, she passed out for a bit, went limp, then began the TDaP scream (a real thing). She went to the ER 4-5x throughout the week, each time the late ts were “hand waved away” when they brought up the vaccines being the only difference in her routine.

She screamed up to 17 hours a day, never sang, spoke, clapped, ley her beloved kitten, told any silly stores, would not make eye contact, harmed herself and barely

ate.

Her parents thought she finally slept through the night, but they found her dead in her crib on Day 14 after vaccines.

This story sent me down a rabbit hole, researching every waking hour. By the time the

covidiot plandemic hit, I was already so far gone from medicine in general, I may not

have trusted a doctor to put

on a bandaid for me.

I’ve read so

much about vaccines and vaccine injury. Had I researched thia

Thank you so much for sharing this letter, Dr. Malone. The letter and your sharing it represent great acts of bravery and truly stunning turnarounds.

But America and the rest of the world will remain in the Dark Ages and at great risk from vaccines, gene therapies, and related products until…

✅ PREP Act and related laws and rules are repealed;

✅ Vaccine manufacturers have full liability for product harms, including company — not government — obligation to reimburse harmed individuals;

✅ Vaccines are voluntary for all ages (NO MANDATES for anyone);

✅ Factual, unbiased information is provided about vaccine harms and benefits along with other options for preventing and treating vaccine targeted diseases;

✅ Media, medical professionals, and other groups wake up to truth and stop lying for power and profit; and

✅ All public health emergency declarations are rescinded by HHS Secretary.

Additions that commenters requested:

✅ Remove Medicare code for “vaccine non-compliant” from all records.

Not getting a vaccine is not a medical condition!

✅ Voluntarily remove vaccine ads from TV, the sides of busses, billboards and so on.

(Huge lists of side effects is not enough because people typically will ignore them.)

While this letter is quite a revelation, I have to take exception to parts of it - namely the statement, "I have no doubt COVID vaccines were life-saving for an 80 year-old who never had COVID..." Really??? How is that even possible when the spike protein, for which the mRNA "vaccines" code, is itself, toxic? It reportedly goes everywhere, including the lining of the blood vessels, creating a rough surface - hence all of the clots, strokes, & heart attacks. Additionally, there have been multiple reports, from nursing home staff, that after booster shots are administered, deaths increase significantly in those facilities. Perhaps this needs to be investigated too. I also question the statement, "I have no doubt that MMR vaccines do provide third party benefits when administered to high enough fractions of society". First we need to consider the strong likelihood that the childhood vaccines, the MMR in particular, are associated with the dramatic rise in autism.

Totally agree with you, Debra N. Over 80s were killed in high numbers by the vaccine, as a quick look at OpenVaers will show (OpenVaers data is from exceedingly underreported VAERS data). Between hospital protocols and the shots, plus people being dumped into COVID-filled nursing homes, we have great losses among the Social Security crowd:

66-81 -- 9,544

All Ages -- 38,773

It is even more disturbing when you factor in the fact that early out-patient treatment with repurposed medications such as HCQ/Zinc/Azithromycin, Ivermectin, & others, could have effectively cured covid, in most instances. To provide just a few examples, Dr. Zelenko, prior to passing away in 2022 from cancer, successfully treated over 7,000 patients with covid, as did Drs. Mary Talley Bowden, George Fareed & Brian Tyson, the latter two having now successfully treated approximately 20,000. Of the approximately 1-million licensed medical doctors in this country, about 500 stepped-up to offer such early out-patient treatment. They all had similar results. I wish this information would have been included in Dr. Prasad's letter. His letter would have carried even more weight had he done so.

Greetings from MI's Thumb Coast - First, thank you, Dr. Robert Malone, for your position during the previous six years! (Has it been almost a decade?) You, through you education and writings, told a different story throughout the COVID experience, sufficient for many who possessed the "gut feeling" that the whole story was yet to be revealed to take courage and not follow the crowd.! As the days go by, the subterfuges and falsehoods we were fed are uncovered to excrete a noxious stench. My spouse and I and two of our three children agreed to forego the "vaccines," and to care for each other if, 0indeed, we were stricken. Each of us was infected with the virus, each two times, no worse than a case of flu. And, we helped each other throughout the 10 days we took to recuperate. We are indebted to you, Dr. Malone, and your compatriots of thought, speech, and conviction for guiding and supporting us along a path plagued by treachery, profit, and the "ism" of me-first. What we lost in the years of 2019 to 2024 will require a long recovery: belief, trust, confidence in authority at all levels, from the highest in government to local medical personnel - not to mention those who succumbed, initially to the narrative and then to life itself, families estranged by an ineffective mandate, small businesses broken as well as iconic and multi-generational enterprises. Will the total losses ever be reckoned? From my small corner of our planet, I grieve for all the losses, human and social. This is the Season of Light - may the light from above shine on and disclose the dark corners - everywhere! Rath De Ort.

Autism skyrocketed after 1986 when these companies received full immunity for their vaccine products deaths and adverse reactions. These people and companies will do almost anything to keep the revenue stream going. It has to be the most dangerous forms of corruption inside of America today.

The CDC has also made a dramatic change saying their previous statements saying prior studies denying the link between vaccination and autism are not evidence based.
