The study is at: https://vitamindwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page_id=16011

Along with relevant Vitamin D scientific studies:

The top 10 Chronic health problems of adults are all fought by Vitamin D

The top 10 Chronic childhood health problems are all associated with low Vitamin D

If you eat ultra-processed foods, you need Vitamin D

Many toxins reduce Vitamin D - to restore health, need to increase Vitamin D

Vitamin D helps lose weight

People would rather smother their kids with sunblock chemicals then let them get natural vitamin D from the sun. I see so many paranoid parents who take things to the extreme when they think they are protecting their kids from something. I grew up in Florida and we spent most of our childhood outside enjoying the sun and fresh air. Message to all the crazy green environment people - get outside, let your kids play outside. The sun has been a known remedy/healer for alot of reasons. Everything in moderation!!

When I watched a doctor I respect talk about the "war on vitamin d", I certainly was motivated to keep taking it (have since covid). If the "establishment" that is trying to exterminate us doesn't like it, then I do.

It seems that the common thread in all of this is regulatory capture. Secretary Kennedy has a gargantuan task ahead; August 12 is right around the corner. And for the whiners that say, "It's not fast enough," please, get a grip. This broken system has taken many decades to evolve; it will take years to begin to correct, but turning the ship around is a big deal. She will soon be heading in the right direction, and American children will be the beneficiaries.

This analysis is so important. It covers the basics of so many critical issues and leads the way for more education of the masses, which is critical . It is the general public that needs to get its pants on fire, not the already informed ones. There are too many complacent, uninterested adults with children, that think somebody else should do the hard work of creating health for their children and themselves. Once the commitment for health is made, every day is an opportunity to make another better informed choice!

RFK Jr. report is spot on! President Trump wanted RFK Jr. to investigate causes of autism in his first term. It sent up a big red flag and they maneuvered Alex Azar into being the head of NIH to prevent RFK Jr from doing what needed to be done. Thank God President Trump survived the two assassination attempts and RFK Jr. was astute enough to realize that he had to join forces with President Trump to make AMERICA HEALTHY AGAIN! I pray that the depraved money men and the deranged medicine men don't derail what has to be done to make all citizens healthy again. Special interests have for too long controlled the Congressman in DC and all of them should be ashamed of themselves. It is a uniparty when it comes to voting for special interests needs. Shameful and disgusting!

I well appreciate the Giant Step forward! It offers the IMA Mom's, MAHA advocates and other Mom's style advocates something to champion. As this progresses, the publics understanding, acceptance and support will be vital elements in achieving ultimate success.

As for Big Farm, farmers and pesticides. My understanding is that many nations refuse to buy our foodstuffs because of our growing and harvesting glycosate practices. Further, if Europe and other UN true believers continue to follow UN 2030/2050 guidance more foodstuffs will be needed.

With ultimate goals of providing for our healthy nation and benefits of increased trade our Farming teams might be incentivized to develop modified practices. The USDA might consider encouraging research to achieve such ends. Then current glycosate practices could still be used when the end products are not for human/animal consumption.

Suspect it was the idea we are the planets food store that allowed agro business to drive out the small farms and denigrate the quality of our food in the process. Big bucks trump public health every time. You can be sure that every additive in our food is there to boost profit. Not to improve, lessen customer cost or make more healthy. Just more profit.

"Farmers" is a huge category...my knee jerk reaction was that some farmers should be shaken up. As you point out some of the practices on some farms are so unhealthy other countries reject the produce! On the other hand, we have a resurgence of smart and responsible regenerative farmers to lead the way to healthy food!

Does anyone know something that works as well or better than Glyphosate for killing Poison Ivy? I refuse to use it but we have a lot of poison ivy where we live.

Expand full comment
RLM's avatar

Poison ivy can be killed by cutting at the base/ground. Also it can be killed by covering (i.e. an inexpensive plastic tarp or a black garbage bag weighted down so it stays in place). A poison ivy plant cut off at the ground will not usually come back. You could also TRY spraying with white vinegar, but this is less successful.

Thanks for the reply. To much areas for bags & tarps. a long handled weed cutter might be worth the try. I think rubber boots and gloves are a must whenever trying to deal with the plants. I have used a long handled cutter in the autumn to cut off the berries and garbage bag them so the birds don't spread them. The last county I lived in seemed to be held together with quack grass. This county is held together with Poison Ivy.

The big worry with poison ivy is getting the sap or leaf bits to fly up. So wear a space suit. (joke) I have a long handled battery powered grass/weed cutter with short shears that you might try if you can find one-- lots faster than doing it by hand. You can buy those tarps for outdoor parties and camping . . . but if it's your entire yard, well, that's a lot of tarps. GOOD LUCK!!

I'm not surprised that they tread lightly on glyphosate. I drove from home (Indy) to Kansas City about 6 weeks ago. I was shocked to see billboards in Missouri that promoted the "benefits" of glyphosate. No doubt paid for by the mega-corporations that, sadly, own too many farms.

It took a long time to get to where we are, and it will take a long time to get back to healthy. The fact we are even having these discussions is a huge positive, and I hope the MAHA movement can hold themselves together and continue to advance healthy change.

Questions with only unsatisfactory answers:

• Why in the world would Bayer acquire Monsanto, knowing full well of the myriad of active lawsuits re/ Roundup?

• Why in the world is Roundup still on the market and why are people buying it?

• With the patent on glyphosate having expired, now Bayer has Chinese competition; what could go wrong?

• Does everyone know that “Miracle-Gro” contains glyphosate?

The "round-up ready" seed industry that Bayer acquired with Monsanto is a huge market. It wasn't about glyphosate but complete control of big-Ag in the USA.

This is all about the grain seeds - which are all patented by Monsanto.

While this report is a good start, stating things most of Dr. Malone's readers already knew, it still tiptoes too lightly around the elephants in the room.

Too much corporate capture throughout the report! We understand why the report is more circumspect than most of us want (politics + science = politics), but we look to this administration for the transparency they promised. Let's Make Transparency Great Again!

Farmers farmed for millennia without glyphosate, atrazine, and other chemical brews. Why not turn away from giant factory farming, with its toxic toppings, and return to smaller farms and regenerative techniques like those taught by Joel Salatin? https://polyfacefarms.com/

People must stop injecting things into themselves or swallowing synthetic potions to become healthier. Let's do more sunshine, whole foods, supplementation where needed (but many come from China, so beware), exercise, human connections, etc.

If we require true informed consent for everything breathed, ingested, or injected; liability for all product harms (including vaccines, pesticides and herbicides); and cessation of government subsidies for selected industries or portions thereof, America would automatically move toward health.

Another area not even mentioned in the report -- assuming correct understanding of Grok's interpretation: Weather engineering and the harmful toxins and heavy metals it is spewing into our atmosphere, harming forests and other plants, animals, air, water, soil, and -- of course -- people!

I hope that in the research moving forward that they actually take a serious look at the potential link between SSRIs and other mental health drugs and the phenomenon of mass shootings and mass killings that were extremely rare before these medications were introduced in the 1990s. I graduated high school in 1991 and college in 1995 and never even heard of a "lockdown" drill. There occasionally stories out there of disgruntled employees going "postal" but we didn't have 100-200 mass shootings per year. These mass shootings are most often carried out by people with no previous criminal history but show long-term planning prior to the attacks. This is an indication of a severe lack of empathy that humans typically don't display. And almost 100% of these shooters are on SSRIs or antidepressants. I know that the vast majority of people on these medications DO NOT commit acts of violence or terror and that many people are probably helped by these medications. However, if less than 1% of people are affected in this way and less than 1% of those people actually act on those impulses, but we have tens of millions of people on these drugs, that amounts to 100-200 mass shootings per year - which is exactly what we are seeing in recent years. The "solution" to the problem that our politicians have been touting is "more access" to mental health care. But if the mental health "care" is to put people on these medications, then we're potentially just perpetuating the problem.

Glyphosate Perils

Personally I think glyphosate is very dangerous. It kills pets and undoubtedly harms people.

Consider public lawns, the kind we let our dogs run and roll on - the kind we ourselves in sleeveless shirts, short pants, and bare feet walk, sit, and roll on. You know — public lawns that are mowed frequently and sprayed with glyphosate to control the weeds.

Skin can absorb the glyphosate from the grass. Consider how much glyphosate can be absorbed by a young child while they play on the grass. How much glyphosate can attach to a dog’s fur while it plays on the grass only to be rubbed onto human hands when the dog is petted.

For that matter, it’s a good idea to leave your shoes on the porch, especially if you have been walking on public lawns. Wearing them into your home will just cause the glyphosate stuck to their soles to be deposited on your floors and carpets, from which you can easily get it on your skin.

Glyphosate, once on your skin, is readily absorbed into the body - where it can cause illness and death.

Best to ban it.
