Furthermore, RICO should be widely employed against much of the legacy media, which are mightily bribed by big pharma. When was the last time the legacy media published an investigative report into the corrupt practices involving big pharma, medical researchers and medical journals? Not to mention the regulatory capture by pharma of the three letter health agencies, especially during the last administration. There's enough material for a small army of investigative journalists, but we only get an eery silence from the msm.
Conflicts of interest again. We need laws to prohibit conflicts of interest, which would eliminate the need for the many forthcoming individual lawsuits. AAP is an organization without conscience. I am relieved that adults are finally fighting for the voiceless.
Hopefully they will include the Gardisil vaccine for human papilloma virus in this suit. The damage doesn't end with the vaccines for infants and children. Currently a "new and improved" Gardisil vaccine is being employed over much of Africa. It does not even work to reduce one's risk of cervical cancer. It just triggers bizarre autoimmune disease in healthy young teenage girls.
So much has been revealed over the last decade about USG et al and I still get kind of sick to my stomach when I read something like this. It's just horrible what they've done. 🥺🤢
I think part of the problem with bringing these lawsuits, is the ability of the judges and lawyers to comprehend the detailed and complex situations being presented. It will need to be brought before the courts numerous times to get solid rulings in favor of the rigorous data. Contribute and support the organizations who are doing this work for us.
According to SCOTUS, the purpose of appeals is to gain a better comprehension of issues by all of the courts instead on just one. Thus the reason that single judges are not impeached since bad decisions will be reversed in the repeal process. Yeah, right! As if we all have unlimited bank accounts and patience.

Their promotion of vaccines as safe and effective, that have not been adequately examined for efficacy, or documented harm to patients, is criminal in light of volumes of evidence that show otherwise. This problem is far greater than the criminal actions of the AAP, it extends to the overpowering influence of Big Pharma itself, where profit motives have overshadowed the health of their patients. In reality, the problem extends to the core of western medicine, where they have ignored one of their basic principles of to do no harm.

Did the same thing with Covid (Wyeth was purchased by Pfizer). Relatives got shots from the same “hot” lot given over 200 miles apart. One had a stroke and died of a turbo glioblastoma <5 months later. The other neurological injury.
So, so sad. To think that a medicine mfg spreads its' batches to multiple places tells me that it is aware of problems with the medicine and attempting to hide. That is just so sickening.
This lawsuit is one that is way overdue in the medical field for children. Children, for too long, have been given too many antibiotics, injections, the three in one vaccine for very young babies, etc. Parents have seen their well children get autism directly after vaccines and were lied to for twenty years already! It is an outrage in this country that such things are allowed to happen to our children! Parents everywhere and in every state of the US know of someone who has been injured or are suffering with a child with lifelong spectrums now because of injections/vaccines.
