I agree with that statement. Vaccine manufacturers pride themselves when Th1 responses occur. Th1 responses are tied to cellular immune responses that can prevent infections at epithelial barriers, and vaccine manufacturers would love to be able to claim they can prevent infections. The protective cellular immune response is more powerful than the humoral serum antibody response that can only react to infections after they occur. Injectable vaccines typically create a weaker reactive or adaptive humoral response but can also through adjuvants provide a cellular immune response. Unfortunately, the cellular immune responses from injected ingredients, including adjuvants, will target the cellular immune response to the antigen (or the message to make it) that was just injected, not what is circulating through the population. Therefore, I predict there will be a major shift to try stimulating immune responses through the epithelial barriers rather than ignoring it. This will create protective cellular immune responses as well as protective secretory mucosal IgA, but there are significant dangers here as well.
While I have to question the extent of my personal understanding, I cheer on the strategy for getting the issues out here for all to recognize and consider before the December sessions.

Out of a career devoted to Downstream Scale-Up (Genentech 1980 etc) I learned that Cost of Bulk Drug Substance is not signficant once the Downstream Process has been successfully Scaled and Implemented.
The significant barrier is Time ( to launch) because each identified “contaminant” must be characterized and removed/reduced by a validated method - at least for conventionally produced and approved biotechnology products ( in compliance with cGMP).
This barrier was bypassed by the actual producer of Bulk Drug Substance ( or terms relevant to vaccine/antigen mixture) in this case.

That DNA and RNA can, (and has been known since the 90s to), enter the human cells. Not to say that it does this all the time, but that it can, (and start producing proteins).
But that the presence of this foreign DNA and RNA, whilst a handy "trick" for ramping up the measurable effect of a vaccine, when combined with the nano-lipid particle, (the fat bubble that stops the human immune system destroying the foreign DNA) and the pseudorine, (apologies for spelling), it means that any old fragment of DNA or RNA can enter the cell, and then be proliferated within the body, unbeknownst to the recipient. Which is all very well when it is the CV19 spike protein fragment etc, but an entirely different proposition when it is some random "space junk" that is just "out there", or indeed cancer.
So, when the presence of the DNA etc in the CV19 vaccine was bought to Pfizer's attention, they were all, "meh.. happens all the time". And the morons in charge appear to have truly thought that this vaccine was much like every other one out there, and so although they were talking big talk about innovation they thought they were really basically promoting the same old crap under a new name, which is what they live to do. Therefore they didn't immediately realise that this was, in fact, a new technology and VERY SERIOUS.

Apologies, I am very tired this evening, but really just gutted for everyone about all this. Not to mention the elderly folks that have disappeared now it is winter. They are living in real, tangible fear. They have PTSD.

I believe IV-C and IV-Ozone lengthened the time we had with my mom after she was told she had CLLeukemia. It wasn't easy for her to get it tho. Many hurdles with mainstream doctors (thru Kaiser, by the way). She went around them.

I agree with that statement. Vaccine manufacturers pride themselves when Th1 responses occur. Th1 responses are tied to cellular immune responses that can prevent infections at epithelial barriers, and vaccine manufacturers would love to be able to claim they can prevent infections. The protective cellular immune response is more powerful than the humoral serum antibody response that can only react to infections after they occur. Injectable vaccines typically create a weaker reactive or adaptive humoral response but can also through adjuvants provide a cellular immune response. Unfortunately, the cellular immune responses from injected ingredients, including adjuvants, will target the cellular immune response to the antigen (or the message to make it) that was just injected, not what is circulating through the population. Therefore, I predict there will be a major shift to try stimulating immune responses through the epithelial barriers rather than ignoring it. This will create protective cellular immune responses as well as protective secretory mucosal IgA, but there are significant dangers here as well.
While I have to question the extent of my personal understanding, I cheer on the strategy for getting the issues out here for all to recognize and consider before the December sessions.
It is, imo, valuable to have issues surfaced so all impacted have a shot at dealing with these insights.
The ASIP meeting time is limited and needs to be, in the main, devoted to the issues its designed to address.
Hopefully this will reach all potentially inpacted and these means of sharing will prove valuable going forward.

Did Pfizer experiment on the population to see outcomes of CpG sequences. If it is safer than aluminum, then wouldn't all vaccines replace aluminum with this sequence, money for them, safety for the population. Why is Hep B the only vaccine using this? The covid shots were not effective though in preventing transmission, and protection was very short lived, why would this be so, given that these fragments boost Th1, IFN-alpha, IL-12, other immune cells? Natural immunity is superior; I know RFK Jr. is promoting safer vaccines, but the ideal I think is to use them in very specific instances where the benefit does actually outweigh the risk, but because there is so much money in the product, I think the push will continue. I hear it daily while driving on the radio and put downs of RFK Jr. to boot.
What about the bottom lone effect? How much would it cost pfizer to remove these DNA fragments? Obviously money a big factor in all their decisions.
Out of a career devoted to Downstream Scale-Up (Genentech 1980 etc) I learned that Cost of Bulk Drug Substance is not signficant once the Downstream Process has been successfully Scaled and Implemented.
The significant barrier is Time ( to launch) because each identified “contaminant” must be characterized and removed/reduced by a validated method - at least for conventionally produced and approved biotechnology products ( in compliance with cGMP).
This barrier was bypassed by the actual producer of Bulk Drug Substance ( or terms relevant to vaccine/antigen mixture) in this case.
I have no comment to make about legality, morality or professionalism in this situation, but I’m personally acquainted with an insidious philosophy, in regulated industry, of “Don’t collect data we don’t want to know. “

I know that I am being hopelessly slow on the uptake, hindered in no small part by my appalling UK Science education from the kind of dossers that socialism has a lot to answer for. And sexism too, Come to think of it. Don't need a proper education to be the adjunct for your husband's career, or to be a (gasp) farmer's wife. Just need to know how to pour tea and run jumble sales.
Anyway, (after that bitter digression), if I am understanding you correctly, you are saying that the presence of DNA in "normal" vaccines has the effect of making the human immune system "prick up its ears", and as a result, offer a stronger immune response within the limitations of the parameters for how an immune response is quantified for vaccine testing. That DNA and RNA can, (and has been known since the 90s to), enter the human cells. Not to say that it does this all the time, but that it can, (and start producing proteins).
But that the presence of this foreign DNA and RNA, whilst a handy "trick" for ramping up the measurable effect of a vaccine, when combined with the nano-lipid particle, (the fat bubble that stops the human immune system destroying the foreign DNA) and the pseudorine, (apologies for spelling), it means that any old fragment of DNA or RNA can enter the cell, and then be proliferated within the body, unbeknownst to the recipient. Which is all very well when it is the CV19 spike protein fragment etc, but an entirely different proposition when it is some random "space junk" that is just "out there", or indeed cancer.
So, when the presence of the DNA etc in the CV19 vaccine was bought to Pfizer's attention, they were all, "meh.. happens all the time". And the morons in charge appear to have truly thought that this vaccine was much like every other one out there, and so although they were talking big talk about innovation they thought they were really basically promoting the same old crap under a new name, which is what they live to do. Therefore they didn't immediately realise that this was, in fact, a new technology and VERY SERIOUS.
Dear Lord, Dr Malone! I don't know quite how you put up with this bollocks! They clearly didn't think that your invention was actually effective. They clearly didn't think it worked, and so it was the perfect vehicle for the latest pharma scam to juice some more money out of the Western world's various health authorities. But it DID BLOODY WORK!!!! It does work and so should have been used with care and precision and the right ingredients, with an honest risk:benefit assessment. Not skimping on quality. Just because they didn't understand it didn't mean it didn't work. And just because they thought that it didn't work, didn't mean that injecting their product didn't have a serious effect that that effect was negative. Blimey!!!
Apologies, I am very tired this evening, but really just gutted for everyone about all this. The Covid scam is still impacting all the ordinary people in my community, and the tax screws look like turning on us all in the UK to fund this utter folly. I am so damn angry. On one hand, I want to believe that people are dossing about on social security benefit, and on the other I can see the wear on their well-being that is continuing both from the impact of being incarcerated and psychologically abused in 2020-2023, and the actual effect of the vaccine. I always know when the roll-out is upon us from the number of ambulances coming through town. And the number of people with a "bit of a cough". Not to mention the elderly folks that have disappeared now it is winter. They are living in real, tangible fear. They have PTSD.
The shedding is something else that I would really like to understand. But today I am going to have a lie down, after having spoken to yet another person who has continued to quietly and stoically suffer with agoraphobia and covid-phobia, despite the "all clear" having been blown years ago. It is so damn sad.
