On a more serious note, my heart goes out to everyone in Florida in the path of this storm. The pictures from Fort Myers area are shocking and I am remembering all the times we have been in that area over the past year and all the wonderful people we have met in Florida. Many have been true heroes in this battle of ours for medical freedom. I hope they are ok.
My friend and colleague Senator Ron Johnson is a fighter and a truth warrior. It is absolutely essential that he be re-elected. Our opponents know that he is a threat to their agenda, and he is being constantly attacked. Last time I checked he was up a little in the polls, but it is a bare knuckle fight. I'm in Wisconsin so I appreciate the Ron Johnson mention. It will be a tough election here., but it really shouldn't be when looking at the other candidate and what he stands for. I met Ron years ago at a speech he made in Wisconsin when he first ran for Senator. Wonderful man!
