Americans are truly 'sick' of the BS we've been fed and/or injected with. This awakening will continue with greater scrutiny and demand better ... results - outcomes - service. It's the American way!
With time I only grow more convinced that the undermining of American health is one component of a broader, long-term strategy to undermine the American republic. And I don't think it's all just about profit. There needs to be an aggressive campaign against bad actors, many of whom seem to have operated in plain sight. And I'm just not seeing that campaign. One year down, three to go; tick-tock. Bravo to RFK for his efforts. Some of the others? Not so much.

With a history of litigating against multiple forms of pollution from the food we eat to toxic injections, I cannot imagine a more suitable suitable leader for Secretary of HHS. Under JFK, Jr.'s leadership, industry's stranglehold on our health care is loosening, tentacle by tentacle.
This was a great year for health! We're having conversations that just years ago were banned. Conversations about vaccines, autism, health as whole, are being brought to the limelight. 2025 was a phenomenal year for health. In my opinion,no matter the progress we have made, until we see people prosecuted ,and held accountable,to the fullest extent of the Law ,nothing will change. I am not sure we have the prison space to accommodate all of them,or enough gas to end their lives. They were partially culpable for ending a million lives ,for ego or greed,so they must pay dearly.
2025 is a "9 year" in numerology. Closure and transformation are a few of the significant meanings. 2026 is a "1 year" new beginnings. Take bold actions and set intentions. Astrology and numerology are ancient tools used by guess who? the "Wise Men" among many other teachers and prophets.
Oh My, the end to a dramatic year. Lots of highs, some lows and lots of in betweens. I feel we Have ended on a High Note in the ongoing battle for better health and for that I am so very grateful. Hard and diligent work has been accomplished and I'm anticipating a great coming year. Mr. Kennedy and his partners have not disappointed. A truer champion I could not have asked for. I see his hardships and struggles on his face and I am sad today for the Kennedy family.

I need to understand what this IS exactly. I'm a typical nobody, with a semi decent ability to Find Resources, when life calls for me to do so. I think these folks/this platform/resource are on the same page, but is it a Redundancy that waters us down, causes confusion? If so, then, geez. If not, ok. Is this a group that provides a political sumptin/weight that we were missing? Were we missing something?

These have been, and still are great Resources- AND are free. They are easy to share, easy to USE, are Health Education TOOLS/Resources for us all, especially for newbies.

I am a medical researcher will several approved medicines on the International and US markets over my career, so I had to always be involved in safety studies through FDA and International agencies. But here is another fear, just invented out of whole cloth: Microplastics [MPs]
There is a big concern now about MPs. These now exist in the human body as sub-micron, tiny nanoparticles which we couldn't easily see just 50 years ago. They are everywhere, resulting from polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) friction. All our medicine bottles, food bottles, water bottles are made from PE and PP.
PE and PP comprise only hydrogen and carbon. PE and PP are probably one of the least toxic man-made materials on earth. I don;t think we should have this focus, as other "biggies" exist.
PE and PP are totally inert, but are broken down by aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, albeit very slowly, as carbon food. Since we now can measure smaller and smaller things, we see these nanoparticles everywhere. For example, scientists can now measure things in small amounts right in everyones backyard, like lead, uranium, arsenic and plutonium, etc. These are there!
An industry has sprung up with a full court press on ridding PE and PP from containers and plastic bags. AND, (you guessed it) replacing PE and PP bags with decomposable plastic bags, such as Dimethyl terephthalate copolymer bags.
Good, right? They also do fragment to micro plastics. One advertiser has some kind of vitamin pill to combat the PE/PP MPs—the pills come in a plastic bottle; I do not kid you.
Are PETs safe? Hardly. Terephthalates metabolize to a paraquinone-type reactive material which, in the kidneys, enhances the production of kidney stones (also called uroliths or calculi), and is a cause of bladder cancer. Hey, that can’t be right…consumer protection groups say that these new polymers have low LD50’s (a measure of acute toxicity) which is true. But medium to short term toxicity—not so hot.
Here is my brief encounter with terephthalate studies
1) "The induction of bladder stones by terephthalic acid, dimethyl terephthalate, and melamine (2,4,6-triamino-s-triazine) and its relevance to risk assessment."
2) "Modification of N-Methyl-N-Nitrosourea initiated bladder carcinogenesis in Wistar rats by terephthalic acid.”
3) "Chemical urolithiasis 2. Thermodynamic aspects of bladder stone induction by terephthalic acid and dimethyl terephthalate in weanling Fischer-344 rats.”
4) "Developmental toxicity and uterotrophic studies with di-2-ethylhexyl terephthalate.”
And this new paper out this year:
5) "Organ-specific accumulation and toxicity analysis of orally administered polyethylene terephthalate microplastics”
From this last one out in 2025: "Following the oral administration of PET-MPs in ICR (CD-1®) outbred mice, accumulation occurred predominantly in lungs, as confirmed by IVIS spectrum CT analysis and in vivo and ex vivo imaging. Toxicity assays revealed the development of granulomatous inflammation in the lungs at medium and high doses, indicating a concentration-dependent response.”
IMO, these PETs migrate to the lungs because they have a little dipolar affinity due to the benzene ring which PE/PPs don't have: these latter being entirely hydrophobic.
