Thank you so much for keeping the fight up! It’s incredible how RFK jr. and ACIP and Senator Johnson and other warriors release the truth! We here in Austria or even Europe can only watch with deep gratefulness and the hope that the decision making persons in Brussels as well as in each EU member country is at leat willing to hear this truth and implement it. Politics is so unbelievable dirty and whenever politics becomes religion it’s even worse. Thank you! Thank you! ❤️
I hope you have RFK Jr. send this very informative and very correct information on official letterhead to every blowhard Senator/Congress person and every member of the CDC, HHS and FDA. THEN to every Medical Association and State Legislature so everybody gets this RIGHT. Even people not involved in the medical industry KNOW something is VERY wrong with our so-called “public health”. The health of the public seems to have been forgotten in the rush to get hands on Big Pharma and Patent payouts. ALL the Patents owned by Fauci and his cohorts, that Federal Grants made possible, must be turned back over to the American people by way of any monies earned go directly towards reducing the debt. That was a GREAT letter Dr. Malone, thank you and I hope you never have to deal with someone as thick headed as Blumenthal ever again.
I especially love your twice-weekly memes (worth the subscription cost in themselves), and it seems to me that your choices are excellent cross sections of conservative viewpoints. As far as taking them as personal statements of some violent tendency in yourself, I think your opponents are quite irrational.
Really appreciate your honesty, integrity, and patience in further educating the public on how our government is SUPPOSED to be run! Keep up the great work Dr. M.
Appears a serious problem of not being able to see the forest for the trees conundrum. Everybidy, the agencies, the docs, pharma all pushing individual, often severely clashing agendas and yet there is absolutely, to my mind no input from the ultimate recipients...the patients. And do not tell me they are represented by any of that crowd mentioned above...they are not.
Blumenthal is a part of the war. His job is not representing the people who elected him it's for the people who pay him, big Pharma. I regularly read other Drs articles vaccines are all a part of the big Pharma machine I can't believe how dangerous drugs with very little research are spread to treat other diseases than originally targeted. It's all about money. My thoughts are it they're attacking you you're probably a threat to $
I'm sorry you are having to go through this but, from the bottom of my heart I thank you. I am personally fed up with my health care team trying to recruit me as a guinea pig I hope you and RFK jr. will make health care safer for people like myself who have had to, for decades, navigate the dangerous shark infested waters of big Pharma.
"When Senator Blumenthal (or corporate media) indicates otherwise, what this reveals is a profound ignorance of Constitutional law." Ignorance is the perfect word choice. It could mean true ignorance - they don't know, or that they're willfully ignoring Constitutional law. Perhaps the media, especially young reporters just out of liberal arts colleges, are simply unaware. As a former trial attorney, Blumenthal is not. Methinks someone very powerful has some very incriminating dirt on him.
Absolutely a States Rights issue. One of two key reasons why I was so enthusiastic about the Supreme Court decision regarding abortion that explicitly supported the rights of States to regulate the practice of medicine.
Inventing Constitutional principles is never a good idea, unless you’re a fan of tyrants and want to take away the laboratory of differing views as expressed by the states. William O. Douglas was no friend of freedom, his claim to the contrary notwithstanding.
States also have legal jurisdiction over the various types of un-aliving, which is the main reason they should correspondingly be the ones which legally deal with abortion and physician assisted un-aliving with variable degrees of patient consent.
So do elections. Had quite a conversation with the aide of my state Rep. about an e- mail I sent her re states banning outside money from state elections. He basically said he and she agreed with me in principle but the courts would not. And there you have judicial mission creep.
Courts not withstanding, your State Representatives votes can end up impacting all of us. The bleak warning that seems to be a part of the multitude of daily solicitations for donations. Then we also have a problem (deep blue perverse state) of wanting to overcome the horrendous politicians elected locally. I do appreciate your view and keep it in mind.
If all were like most folks on this forum, less law would be welcome. Of course we have too many laws, but that’s a function of too many lawyers. Can we agree, though, that law is better than no law? Otherwise, might get a little messy at intersections. As one who is sympathetic to the doctrine of subsidiarity, I generally like the idea of local control over that of state and federal, where appropriate. Yet, few would argue that we need a county law against murder, when the state and federal statutes in place adequately handle the proscription. I don’t think you are arguing for anarchy, but that’s kind of what it sounds like. This is an issue that James Madison addressed in Federalist 51, “But what is government itself, but the greatest of all reflections on human nature? If men were angels, no government would be necessary." To paraphrase my earlier, point, “If all were ‘Who is Robert Malone’ subscribers, less government would be necessary.”
Thank you for your thoughtful response to my comment. It may not look that way, but I'm not arguing for anarchy. I'm fully aware that collective humanity has not yet evolved to the point where laws aren't necessary, but I don't believe, for example, that government on any level should have the authority to mandate vaccines. An individual is entitled to exercise informed consent, decide for themselves. I feel the same about other health matters. I think the "Principle of Non-Aggression", which is basically that we can do anything we want unless it harms someone else, may be the only law we need. In the cases where someone violates that law, there need to be consequences. That person or persons must be removed from society, perhaps to a high security facility, and given a chance to be rehabilitated (which may or may not be possible) before they are released back into society. (That's basically how Native Americans did it). I don't think collective society is even ready for that, but hopefully, eventually, we will be. I'd love to live to see that. I'm not holding my breath, but I do see humanity moving in that direction.
I hadn’t snapped to the fact that you were talking about mandatory vaccines. Got me to thinking about federal intrusion into our pockets as well. Here’s an interesting summary from https://www.archives.gov/milestone-documents/16th-amendment: “In 1909, progressives in Congress again attached a provision for an income tax to a tariff bill. Conservatives, hoping to kill the idea for good, proposed a constitutional amendment enacting such a tax; they believed an amendment would never receive ratification by three-fourths of the states. Much to their surprise, the amendment was ratified by one state legislature after another, and on February 25, 1913, with the certification by Secretary of State Philander C. Knox, the 16th amendment took effect. Yet in 1913, due to generous exemptions and deductions, less than 1 percent of the population paid income taxes at the rate of only 1 percent of net income.” A classic case of a wolf in sheep’s clothing and brings to mind Margaret Thatcher’s comment, “Sooner or later you run out of other peoples’ money.” The same year, here comes the Federal Reserve, signed into law in the first year of the presidency of Woodrow Wilson. Ugh. Double ugh. Triple ugh.
You are very well informed because you question everything. I am not surprised! You don't want to get me started on taxes. Lol! In my state, (Kentucky) we are now taxed on EVERY thing except food. Over the last few decades, they've added out of state purchases (they have reciprocal tax collection agreements with most states), services (the little 3 man small business that mows and trims my property must charge me tax to give to the state), insurance policy payments....and this is on top of the local and federal taxes we pay! This doesn't include all those questionable "fees" we pay on our utility, phone, cable TV bills. We are charged 6% tax on every non-food purchase we make in stores. We are slaves.
If Biden had been sworn in a second time, the only question we would have been expected to ask is, “Which line am I supposed to stand in?” Freedom has a funny way of upending their schemes. Now with the murder of Charlie Kirk, they will find that sowing the wind only leads to reaping the whirlwind.
I'd like to see anyone try to bamboozle you with "you don't know what you're talking about" when it comes to the intricacies and history of the ACIP or the CDC. I sent in my e-mail to Ilhan Omar about RFK JR. and now to call Tina Smith and Klobuchar in support of Kennedy. I actually hope to not speak to either, Tina was a frothing, rabid, nasty and frankly embarrassing spectacle at the hearing.
I appreciate your effort but those three vapid witches are not worth your good time DD. Their staff probably delete messages by the 10's or 100's and these midwits don't even bother with them-- send out form letters pre-written for general response to voters.
It was suggested to call for a better contact. The staffer who took my call actually repeated back some of what I said. So, if only he heard my message it wasn't wasted.
The Mission statement for ACIP should be clearly documented and adherenced to it's mission should be carried out. Examine the validity of vaccine research presented to ACIP in it's entirety by the vaccine manufacturer, prior to marketing approval by NIH and it's apponted director. Witholding any factual events in the research should be automatic rejection. Clearly, ACIP board members should have no financial ties to the vaccine manufactuer, directly or indirectly. When a CDC employee switches from being the key to vaccine approval and becomes the head of the Merck vaccine program at a salary of 1 million dollars clearly demonstrates the need to stop the revolving door.
Thank you for the clarification & keeping your subscribers/readers in the medical loop, especially concerning the ACIP group & the specific CDC update. I have felt the CDC has over-stepped their authority, especially during the covid crisis. The only thing I remember trying to research, was what authority the CDC actually had. I appreciate your definitive clarification for ACIP & CDC!
The "golden rule" is the operative principle that underlies the constitutional creep of the administrative state. Want to keep that busing subsidy? Better make sure the handicapped access policies are implemented beyond all reasonable measure. Want that medical insurance subsidy? Better make sure the procedure is "standard of care". We are subject to this overreach due to the institutional malfeasance that is best explained by the incompetence of our political class as exemplified by the incredibly revealing ignorance [of] Blumenthal. Mean spirited, hiding behind the Congressional privileges that allow lying and misrepresentation to be the foundation of public policy, he is a man for these times. I really enjoyed your rebuttal of [the] utterings [of] this cowardly rancid piece of meat.
I always appreciate your thoughtful untangling of the complex relationships that got us into this political mess regarding health and wellness policy. Thank you for your continuing work to clear the confusion and, hopefully, result in some real accountability going forward. Stay strong in your mission, Dr. Malone!
An outstanding review of the ACIP….thanks so much…maybe that Dem Progressive woke Senator might read this but I know he will not. I saw your presentation and the attack by that clueless Senator…you not just held your ground but pointed out just how much a space cadet this Senator was. You deserve much much better but you will get nothing but disrespect from the Dem Party as a whole. Be good….stay frosty…ride your horses regularly…
These clarifications are greatly appreciated! They are clearly needed.
So, if I'm adequately following this, the Devil to be further pursued is Federal funding of medications in particular and its impacts on state practices.
Having worked for a state, subject to federal disability program direction, I am also familiar with the promoted goal of identifying and sharing best practices. I frankly see many states as feeble and perverted in their dealing with sophisticated issues. Identifying and sharing best practices appeared limited. When federal distribution of funding is involved, matters become even worse.
I absolutely agree with your points here. They are consistent with my experiences as a part of federal operations.
I am hopeful that you and your fellows in the ACIP operations will be able to support the Secretary and our President in reforming this aspect of the federal operations and perhaps beyond.

The regulation of the practice of medicine, including vaccine policy is a States Rights issue.
Who knew? Senator Blumenthal knew, but like any good Democrat, it didn't fit the narrative, so it was conveniently forgotten.

The exact same thing is true of education. Belongs to the states per Amendment 10!
precisely the same type of mission creep

Why does everything have to be either a federal or state issue? Where is individual freedom of choice in this?
If all were like most folks on this forum, less law would be welcome. Of course we have too many laws, but that’s a function of too many lawyers. Can we agree, though, that law is better than no law?
