“Pet” bird owners, including backyard chickens, ducks, emus, parakeets, parrots, finches, racing pigeons, doves, turkeys, etc., in Scotland, Ireland, and England must register all of their birds once a year or face stiff fines of over USD 5,000.00 and even risk six months in prison. All this and more for the sin of keeping unregistered birds. Welcome to the Great Leap Forward to jumpstart the New World Order.

Even a single chicken or parakeet must be registered - you know, to keep everybody safe. This is even though the BBC recently reported that there have been zero cases of avian flu among “captive birds” anywhere in the UK.
