Exactly. I was tuning into France24 again over the weekend; they had the recent AfD electoral success on loop, complete with recurring references to "nazi" and "far-right." Much dismay among the enlightened stage-dwellers that some sizable portion of German citizens opposed dissolution of their country into internationalist soup.
I was hoping with the discovery of the USAID scandal that we'd find evidence that first world taxpayers were funding subversive propaganda and their own cultural demise. But the diabolical still maintain their control over government machinery, driven into deliberate, managed decline.

How soon we forget: Headline, November 2016, after Trump was elected:
I will always believe Trump won 2020 because the 'polls' declared Hitlery ahead and so the dummies didn't know how much to cheat. I think they know now.
How could it be a surprise to any that folks subjected to decades of communism might just not be appreciative of having it foisted on them again, this time by Brussels.
A good many Germans, subjected to this nefarious transatlantic McCarthyism, correctly decided that the above rhetoric --- based on a comparison of 1932 to 2026 --- was insane.
Hitler in 1932 was running for office in a country that had NOT been invaded by millions of violent Muslims posing as “victims” of “oppression” in their own countries.
Not an invasion when invited and that is precisely what is happening here. Chip Roy is raising cain about a potential shiria implementing operation being located in San Antonio and funded by the muslim brotherhood who have been declared a terriorist org. by the Texas governor.

The founders realized that a true democracy was destined to fail, as people soon wanted to vote themselves rich, or whatever goodies they desire. The remedy was to do like Switzerland did at first, and leave autonomy at the Canton level, to be voted on by farmers, by men, in the town square, on Saturday, that's all. But wait, Switzerland needs some small Army, and the USA needs a big Navy plus Army, to fight off England, France, Spain, etc. So a national government is needed. How about the civil courts? Taxes? Civil rights? etc? Those can stay at the Canton and State level. That was the deal, until the Federal income tax came in, (1912?), the NEW deal, (1930's), social security, medicare, education.. all which were not supposed to happen Federally.. oops.. the USA was now using its democracy to vote itself goodies.. now the national debt is 40 trillion, and the country is on the verge of going broke. The lesson is that democracy eventually corrupts itself, but with USA or England's type of safeguards it corrupts at a slower pace and more humanely than fascism or communism. In the end, only gold endures. Every civilization fails, and others start, after 1000 years. Pure democracy only works for a short while. Federalism, like Switzerland or the USA, has the best track record, so far.
When I see what is going on in Germany, it looks to me like these parties are acting more like Nazis than the party they accuse of being like Nazis. That goes as well for Romania!

Exactly! Over the last two federal elections, I've had many conservative friends who proposed to "sit this one out" and I have reminded them (vociferously) that they must vote for the candidate they dislike least, or they are in fact "voting" for the one they dislike most. It IS a binary choice.
I listened to Michael Shellenberger talk with Pauline Voss about the vote. Political speak is something we are finally waking up to in order to 'read between the lines'.
This is a pretty good description of just how “Our Democracy”™ actually works. Through psychological projection (requiring lock-step support of co-conspirators in the so-called MSM) the left continually and blatantly DOES exactly what it accuses everyone else of doing (which others are NOT doing, in reality); but the tactic successfully immunizes them from accurate naming as the real fascists they are. There is no clearer example of media “immunization” than the obvious fascist entity called “antiFa”. Without the supposed “media”’s blatant lies and intentional misrepresentation, this organization would be ridiculed for the bad (and extraordinarily dangerous) cynical joke that it is.
A brilliant, biting editorial but alas I fear satire is wasted on the humorless.

I think Democracy itself is good. Problem is though, that we don't HAVE a true Democracy here in the U.S.
