Amazing facts which revolve around your essay is the # 1 obvious as you clearly state, people believe the ACIP recommendations as for a couple of weeks ago on the Hep B vaccine is now policy, which it isn’t.

The other possibly frightening thing is states that oppose the HHS recommendations, let’s face it purely for political reasons, seem to make their vaccine policy based on this, politics. In Massachusetts they will not take the HHS recommendations period. Not only that but legal American citizens must be immunized to the state standards to attend public school, but illegal alien students are exempt. This runs much deeper than just public school students, for instance how were they allowed to enter the country without being vaccinated period? The left just drips hypocrisy. How does immigration status keep kids from contracting illnesses and spreading them? How could this possibly be legal?

Dr. Robert W. Malone's avatar

Actually, the acting director accepted our recommendations on vote #1, still considering vote #2, so vote #1 is now policy

James Goodrich's avatar

I probably should have known that, that’s great. Hopefully he will sign off on the second. Also change the child vaccine schedule all together after the 1st of the year.

Joy Metcalf's avatar

Please keep in mind that vaccination does not equal immunization. This is a political sleight of hand that is all too common. The body's immune system may or may not respond correctly to a vaccine. In fact, most vaccines bypass the body's natural immunization pathways, such as mucous membranes, and go directly into the blood stream, causing immune confusion. That's why natural immunity is so superior to any vaccine. I can think of only one disease off the top of my head where a vaccine is superior to getting the disease--and that's rabies. Even then, the vaccine can (and does) cause severe "side" effects.

James Goodrich's avatar

I have a friend who had his 3 dogs given rabbis vaccine. 2 died and the third nearly died. Funny for hundreds of thousands of years man got by without vaccines, but today politicians and the Anthony Fauci’s of this world know better than God. I’ll stick with God.

Joy Metcalf's avatar

Vaccinosis is a very real problem with animal vaccines. The Rabies Challenge done by Dr. Ron Schultz and Dr Jean Dodds showed that not only do titers remain high after 7 years, but even in those dogs whose titers were low, when they were challenged with the actual rabies virus, their innate immune system mounted the proper response anyway. Rabies vaccine does work, but it's also problematic. Unless someone lives in a place or goes where rabies is a threat, they shouldn't have to vaccinate. Me, I live in a rural area and protection is both necessary and wise. (I've even had a rabid raccoon hanging off my screen door.) The problem comes when the vaccine is repeated again and again unnecessarily.

James Goodrich's avatar

Yes and where I live it’s required every 2 years. If you miss a dose the Vet wants to give 2, one year after another. I just say no.

Helen's avatar

My previous alternative vet at graduation took a rabies vaccine; titered for a few years; then every 5; and now after 40 years, tells me she still has the antibodies. I only vaccinate once on puppies and titer; and none on rescue dogs. God knows, they have had enough. My rescues get Thuja/Silica Homeopathic combo for a while to get rid of adjuvants. Luckily when she retired I found another holistic vet. He does such amazing work, taking blood, centrifuging it, sometimes adding a vitamin or homeopathic mixture, and re-injecting into my dog at acupuncture points. He also helped my Golden with Lyme adding rectal ozone insufflation as part of his treatment. He doesn't ever mention vaccines and it takes 6 months for new patients to get an appointment with him.

JanC1955's avatar

I had my rescue Chihuahua mix titered for parvo and distemper a couple years ago. He still had antibodies from the vaccines he received at the shelter the day I picked him up 12 years earlier. He's 14 now and about 5 1/2 pounds. His 3-year rabies will expire next year when he's 15. I'm not doing it to him again. He's only had a mild reaction to prior rabies shots (itching), but he's a tiny super senior now, so I'm unwilling to roll the dice one more time.

Joy Metcalf's avatar

Whats even more egregious is that the dose given to a 5-1/2 lb Chihuahua is the same as that given to a Great Dane. In homeopathy, that doesn't matter, but in physical pharmaceutical doses it matters a great deal.

JanC1955's avatar

It certainly does! I was sick with worry each time he received the vax, and had things on-hand to start the detox process after each jab. The only reason I agreed to them was because he needs yearly dentals and no traditional vet clinic will do them if his rabies isn't up-to-date. Unfortunately, the holistic vets I've looked into here locally aren't equipped to do dentals (or even full bloodwork and urine panels in some cases). It's a significant issue. I have appointments in January with his traditional vet for bloodwork followed by what will be his last dental, since once his rabies expires, he won't be visiting another vet clinic. I don't think veterinarians realize the terrible position they put pet owners in. I don't know why they don't fight to make titer tests affordable, and offer those first before vaccines. And I don't know why they don't lobby against the laws governing mandatory repetitive rabies vaccines, along with safer dosing of all vaccines.

I believe you’re being too kind to the left, James, when you characterize them as just dripping hypocrisy. They flood the whole earth with it, and that’s why logical debate is anathema to them.

pretty-red, old guy's avatar

It appears to me that any states making the conscious and LEGAL move to have policy that contradicts the recommendations of the ACIP experts (and that subsequently adopted by HHS) risk suits by those injured from "vaccines". Whereas, in the past they were mostly "immunized" against such suits as they adopted Federal policy insuring the buck stops up there, not locally!

James Goodrich's avatar

Mass. Has said, if I’m not mistaken they want full compliance with the way things were including Covid shots. This except for illegals. No shots required for them.

weedom1's avatar

Clarifying the function and advisory nature of ACIP is timely and necessary.

It's also important for people to know the nature, influence and function of the AAP. I would distrust a pediatrician who advertises membership.

Man, RFKJR did a great job of cleaning up the Hudson River and thanks be to God, he has his high waders on as he cleans up the cesspool (and the hidden creatures within) in DC.. HHS!💥💥💥

M Makous's avatar

Dr Malone -- I really hope you succeed in your campaign to enlighten all of the stakeholders you've mentioned. All left wing and many right wing people and other entities believe that the ACIP/CDC and people like Fauci have papal authority in their public health recommendations. The strong presupposition is that their pronouncements have the force of law. A subtext of state PH officials is that they believe they are subject to a lawsuit if they buck the recommendations, and then something bad happens. As we know, state governors, PH officials and other bureaucrats are very risk averse.

Ron DeSantis is one notable exception who actually considered the well being of schoolchildren and their parents in reopening Florida schools far in advance of other states. Naturally, he faced massive criticism by the msm, Federal government public health officials, ID experts, etc. Joseph Ladapo, the Florida Surgeon General also faced condemnation for his correct recommendations to avoid covid-19 vaccinations for those under 40.

As much as we deplore the ignorant political decisions being made by “rogue“ states like CA, WA, etc al, we must support the US constitution and bill of rights. Therefore, we must respect states rights, which are being trampled in too many ways to list here.

The best solution is to pass laws and ultimately constitutional amendments that prevent any type of medical intervention—no matter what the benefits or risks—from being mandated on any living being.

Joy Metcalf's avatar

Amen to that. Too many people forget that the States created the Union and the feder government is supposed to be the servant of the States, and not the other way around. The federal government has usurped states' rights in too many ways to count. In fact, the primary author of the 14th Amendment, John A Bingham, advocated for it on the basis of making the Bill of Rights applicable to States and not just the federal government. While we look on this today as a good thing, much of it was about keeping the Southern States in their places; and subsequently worked to take the teeth from the Tenth Amendment. Of course, if Congress would do its job...but that's another story.

As much as I loath the thought of Fauci, I am having my eyes pried wide open with Mr. Siri's book. Right off the bat, I learn of the "Church of Vaccines" and it's overlord - the Godfather of Vaccines, Dr. Stanley Plotkin. He and his 'disciples' are the deciding mouthpiece for the majority of medicine in the form of injections. They are totally intwined with Big Pharma, including as Board Members and seem to have been instrumental on these numerous Pharma boards for Congress implementing the 1986 Act giving immunity for Childhood Vaccine harm. Since that date, they have systematically and without pause to reflect, done everything to wrap up full vaccine policy to coincide with Big Pharma's no holds barred cascade of vaccine poison by sitting on the previous ACIP committees and taking Pharma monies. These are the ones elevated by Big Pharma. If they didn't do the bidding, they would not have been 'promoted'. This includes Big Pharma receiving tax dollars to create more vaccines and paying no tax dollars on their creations. They follow the 'doctrines written in the 'vaccine bible' called "Plotkin's Vaccines", created by Dr. Plotkin.

Houston (and the rest of the world) We Have a Problem!!!

Dr. Malone, I am even more in awe of you and your co-volunteers and I absolutely am dedicated to RFKJ and all he and his teams are trying to overcome. What a momentous job and every single tiny move forward should be given a medal of honor!!!

Please, everyone - a huge shout of approval for our hard working, dedicated ACIP members/HHS leader and please, Dear God, keep them all safe 🙏

Well stated. I'm particulary fascinated by the "capture" of previous incarnations of ACIP, HHS and CDC, current members of congress, other unelected employees of government, medical oversight organizations, medical groups, practicing pysicians, media (love those drug commercial musicals), and the mostly unknowing public. It's personal wealth enrichment at its best whle paying no attention to the supposed mission. Pharma has created an insidious model that allows business as usual with the cheerful mantra, "we're in business to treat your health." In reality, improving health does not factor in the equation of this model.

Sam Frazer's avatar

I too am deep into Aaron Siri’s book “Vaccines, Amen”. It is cogent, informative and very eye-opening. Robert, you are doing fantastic work with the ACIP and this explanation of its mandate and charter is very necessary to quell the misinformation by all who would have it fail. Bless you.

For heaven's sake - the key word "Advisory" in Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices" is its defining role. What is it about this very self-explanatory word that those objecting do not understand? Perhaps they missed the lesson where you learned to find key words, diagramming a sentence, & so forth. Maybe they need to go back & start there.

Micheal Nash, Ph. D.'s avatar

Or "they" will redefine advisory as they have practically every other word in common usage

Joy Metcalf's avatar

Nowadays, they don't learn diagramming, and critical thinking is frowned upon.

pretty-red, old guy's avatar

nor do they learn cursive writing, probably no more memorizing the multiplication tables or spelling or. . . or. . . !$(U@#

Joy Metcalf's avatar

Ah, what better way to keep them ignorant of our founding documents than to make cursive a thing of the past?

pretty-red, old guy's avatar

love it. . . diagramming a sentence!

I was always good at that. ha, ha!

Must be why I saw the obvious you point out--

the key word "Advisory" in Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices"

I await the HHS secretary to stop all mRNA technology for any vaccination purposes for the simple reason that dose is uncontrolled and auto immune reactions are inherent with the technology. If the industry wants to tailor the tech to address say cancer, then fine, as there might be a favourable reward and acceptable risk profile. President Trump needs to get off his love of warp speed narrative and do his job.

Sonia Nordenson's avatar

Ouch!

President Trump is doing the jobs of a hundred men.

EdB's avatar

Yes, but on Warp Speed he took his eye off the ball. He should have fired Fauci the moment Fauci stonewalled on following up with Dr Zelenko. That was obviously insubordination. The entire subsequent fiasco of hurting kids and parents alike, debt build up, business closures, all follow from President Trumps failure to follow up with Dr Zelenko. The President now needs to shut the door on Warp Speed. He has no excuse.

pretty-red, old guy's avatar

You are correct but he won't.

Like most narcissists Trumpie will never admit an error, much less this really, effing, big one.

This will just have to be one of those things we have to look past and thank God for the good being done.

I am really hopeful the next administration will be Conservative & more rational and "presidential" while being just as radical in moving out of the box of the swamp.

Either Rubio or Vance should punch that ticket.

Don't disagree, but I'm inclinded to give him a pass during his first term, as the depth and breadth of the tentacles of corruption weren't fully understood. He knew there was a swamp; yet, he did not know who to trust, including administration members he appointed. For me as a voter, I continue to be staggered by the pervasive corruption that has infiltrated most every branch of government primarily fueled by the prospects of personal payoffs. Ahhh, the government can be a very lucrative opportunity if one is willing to shelve the morals.

The issue is Mandates (power). No American should be subject to or pressured into ANY medical procedures regardless of the argument for or against it. And they also cannot be punished in any way for refusing a procedure, especially when the entity providing/profiting from the procedure has no liability for the damage/death that it causes. This freedom is a fundamental aspect of the American idea. What other nations decide to do regarding this is up to them, but if they insist on basically performing medical experiments on their citizens/visitors then we need to evaluate our relationship with that nation. Dr. Malone, I don't believe there is a better person than you for the current position you hold on the ACIP. Thanks for what you are doing for America and God Speed.

AAP is just one of many medical groups that have been captured by Big Pharma.

National Academy of Medicine is also bias in their advisory capacity. Formerly, called Institute of Medicine that understates the true value of Vitamin D for maintaining good health. In turn, NIH has adopted the recommendation of IOM which is a disservice to all Americans. Returning ACIP to an open and honest dialog for transparency is a great step forward. It is needed across all groups that influence the medical mindset and medical policy standards. The other basic issue that needs to be addressed is making sure the medical gate keepers at NIH various branches are qualified in their medical education to be analytical and objective.

Thomas A Braun RPh's avatar

I was just alerted to this video that confirms what I have expressed about Vitamin D.

NIH DO YOUR JOB and fix this! VA knows the truth in their research and has not applied it to helping our Veterans to improve their health. Many have been harmed by the over vaccinations for going over seas.

All Fucci had to do during Covid was advise people to take 10,000 iu Vit D3 daily to boost their immune system and health and it might have made a difference, but not a peep out of him. The entire system is badly broken.

Apparently, Fauci had a warehouse full of very expensive remdesiveer he needed to unload first. He couldn't be doing anything to jeopardize those profits.

Bringing up the question of just how many faucis are to be found in these fed agencies? My understanding is his medical experience never extended beyond his last 2 yrs of med school and he never had any formal scientific training. And given the woke conditioning of med schools today who will determine medical qualifications becomes a critical question.

That was a lot of information to digest, and very helpful in understanding the history of ACIP. The Doctors Malone have been successful in actively advancing the “advisory only” role of ACIP, and this additional information solidifies that position.

The additional information provided in this essay was surprising to me that ACIP recommendations were not legally required to be presented in the United States. Given the likelihood of bias by “stakeholders”, as you describe them, the opinions of ACIP members should be required by FACA statutes. Absent their input, the CDC, which definitely has bias problems of their own, would have no reasonable opportunity to base their decisions on unbiased scientific facts.

Even though ACIP only makes recommendations, their presence serves the general public by being a highly educated group of scientists able to provide all sides of medical issues.

What is so hard to understand about "Advisory".

This is only big pharma and big healthcare trying to muddy the waters in an effort to protect their outrageous profits.

Keep up the good work.....

The most interesting thing here is your point of fact that the Pediatric guild has chosen to ignore the recommendations of this class of experts on vaccines in favor of their OWN expertise.

I am hopeful this opens them up to significant risk of legal action from those injured by "vaccine" jabs in the future and limits the expansion and breadth of their influence in American childrens' health.

Roisin Dubh's avatar

California has chosen not to follow the newest recommendations which is particularly unfortunate for kids mandated to take shots to attend school. Any new recommendations on that issue will be disregarded for political reasons.
