This whole focus on food additives (not that it does not need to be addressed), is a very convenient diversion tactic from what is really harming everyone - the mRNA injections. To add insult to injury, the FDA has just approved Moderna's next generation covid-19 mRNA injection (without a placebo-controlled trial) mNEXSPIKE (mRNA 1283) for adults 65+ as well as ages 12-64 with at least one or more underlying risk factors. Great - just what we need. So, while MAHA is over-focusing on food additives, Moderna is churning out more toxic injections, with the FDA's approval. Kind of reminds me of this card trick called, "Look Over There"!https://youtu.be/LtKYZfM3_2U?si=qscXzyVeJZnSuntl. I've yet to meet anyone who has died from eating too many Twizzlers while I know of many who have been harmed & died from the mRNA injections.

I have been reading the alternative media and they are producing many psyops articles a day attacking Kennedy and Makary for advice that might reduce 'vital uptake.' There's the new variety.of covid on the march. CDC is in attack mode since they weren't consulted and their expert panel isn't even meeting until the end of June! My take is our team is under heavy attack meant to destroy. They need to present as taking on the attacks and at the same time moving on in other areas they've identified as areas to address. I think if we recognize this is the best team we'll get to address our concerns, we need to bear with and support them. The swamps are rising. IMO we can't afford to let them drown us.

I had great faith that the elephant in the room (the mRNA injections) would be a priority issue, but my faith went right out the window with the recent approval of more mRNA injections. What, on God's green earth, could they possibly be thinking? A very worthwhile read is an open letter to HHS Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. & Dr. Makary from today, from Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, Naomi Wolf, & (7) others, whose names are listed at the bottom of the letter. It can be found at drbowden.substack.com. I share all of their concerns.

I 'm for the Covid 'vaxes' and mod-mRNA being removed from vaccine' applications. I would prefer now. However as a former fed ee and Tea Party advocate - I fully appreciate the threats Big Pharma, the Deep State and bought politicians present. It is a hugely dangerous gauntlet.

If we want to have a hope of succeeding, IMO we need to support our team, keep presenting evidence and report other countries evidence the solutions here. We do have the opportunity to get our answers out to the general public and their physicians. We've made heartening progress supporting their ability to refuse vaxing.

Let's not fall into supporting the oppositions strategies. If they end up silencing and neutering our team - we may end up with Obama's would be heir running the show in four years - a big friend of Big anything.

Getting another shot at the shots might be another long trek down the dark tunnel.

Debra, Perhaps it is just a bit short-sighted to conclude that the jabs are not a priority. The headwinds are powerful. As they say, Buckle Up - we're in for a rough ride.

Insightful comment, as our overall health issues are so broad that it would be easy to obfuscate and divide the HHS team on individual issues. The team assembled is likely the best chance to make progress in the pharma, big food, dietary guidelines, and predatory medical treatment business model landscape. It was never going to be easy, and I'm willing to hang on for the ride that's sure to be rough and circuitous.

My brother in law died of eating/drinking the twizzler type stuff. Had several heart attacks, developed diabetes and finally his leg amputated before dying. He did last a fairly long while tho. Surprised me with what he ate/drank. My sister loved cooking and tried to create good/healthy clean meals but he turned from those to white bread, lots of cold boxed cereals, chips, cookies, pizza, and Burger King w/extra large diet Pepsi 9 times out of 10.

I'm disheartened w/continued vaccine churn out too, but remember those folks who continue to get jabbed are just like my BIL. It's not that there isn't info, they are just so indoctrinated, they aren't taking time to listen/learn.

Speaking about food, the FBI has issued a warning about Chinese “agrotertorism” which could affect our food supply. Two Chinese nationals were caught trying to bring in a toxic fungus into the U.S. that could destroy our crops—this from FOX News.

The Chinese Communust Party is at war with the United States, under their doctrine of “Unrestricted Warfare.” It’s an attack upon our whole society, and they have infiltrated every sector of our government and education system, to bring us down.

WHY ARE WE STILL TRADING WITH THEM? The answer in short is for the Love of money. Many Americans are willing to sacrifice our nation and freedoms for trinkets from China.

The Big Food Corps are going to have to retaliate by creating water downed federal legislation, because the disruption to the distribution of processed foods into 50 states will be a nightmare.

If the FDA had been a protector of the health of American citizens, there would not be 10,000 food additives available for processing factory foods. Europe got it right with only 400 or so. UIC researcher for 20 years has been notifying the FDA in her research reports how the chronic consumption of carrageen is detrimental GI health. Totally ignored. Just an example.

What would be interesting is a listing of why those additives were ever added in the first place. Bet not to lower cost to consumers or to add nutritional value. Bringing up the question how important is a companys bottom line that they can toss carcinogens into our food to improve it. We should have imposed food purity laws like Germany did for beer.

It seems somehow a LOT easier for SNAP regulations to simply regulate what CAN be purchased instead of prohibiting many and varied items. If I were the SNAP regs king. . .

-- use SNAP only for meat, REAL dairy, and fresh produce.

-- use YOUR money to buy the garbage foods . . .

This is not your elite custom food shoppe' but a minimal handout to get you by until you pull your damn bootstraps up.

From some of the comments I’d say what is being done now is changing how it’s been. The food companies have been poisoning us for decades. The recipes have healthier options already as Europe has the same foods on their shelves we do here but they make them with natural food dyes like beet juice for red for instance. Big Ag and industrial farms use schedules that require the use of “round up”. Instead of letting crops come of age and allowing farmers the chance to deal with their crops on their own timeline. Better food will drive down health claims as people become healthier. It has to be done this way because we’ve been poisoned for long enough.

Of course, some people prefer to sue rather than take responsibility to do their own research and make healthy food choices. Pretty sad!

Not sure it is fair or productive to sue food makers or pesticide makers for producing and selling items that were approved by the FDA and EPA unless you can prove that the manufacturers knew that the chemicals were harmful and withheld that info from regulators and/or customers. And then you have to prove harm to specific individuals - which is hard because people have varying levels of exposure to a lot of different things and have varying health effects from those exposures. It's hard to prove what substance caused which health effect. Also, I am not sure how some of this really helps - for example, if we removed all of the unhealthy ingredients from a bag of doritos, for example, we'd have an empty bag. But do people really want to give up junk foods? Who does the blame for poor health really lay with?

I agree.

It really is hypocrisy to turn the tables on company's who, in good faith, marketed ingredients approved by FDA for years, for years no one ever complained, for years no one apparently(!) was sickened.

This is ON our country as a whole. The system FAILED the taxpayers so it is simply tough luck. Let us NOT do this again, please!?

Next time learn from these mistakes and build it better.

Research shows the food makers are what once were the cig makers. Could be the same for pesticides, I'm not sure on that. Point being - yes, individuals are responsible for their eating habits in the long run, but the food makers have made sure you GET Addicted to the junk. Makes it Very hard to wean yourself away and the longer you eat it, the worse it becomes. They add more and more to the roster and keep researching/refining to make more and more addictive. I'm 73 and a lot has been available since I was young. My mom told me it was So Wonderful when box dinners/heat and eat meals came out. She hated cooking and solved her problem of trying to figure out lunchboxes and dinners. No more picky kids, easy peasy, addictasquesy.

As a retired office (as opposed to trial) attorney, I have a rather low opinion of personal injury lawyers, their greed and the greed of their clients and of the mentality of many judges and jurors in analyzing and awarding damages in complex cases. I am waiting for thousands of lawsuits to be filed by elderly hip replacement patients against the manufacturers of Hula Hoops 60 years ago. : )

Good News! Thanks so much for sharing! A while ago, Big Food was allowing they didn't want individual states taking on their own unique prohibitions. I would suspect that even with shared legislation, the blue states will continue to provide the differing positions BF fears.

The Bayer folks and associates are continuing their radio ads setting out the vital need for their product. Personally am against EUAs in any form. The buyers need to be informed and the injured and killed (families) need to be recompensed.

On the other hand I personally think the need for pesticides that we end up consuming should be a prime area for research - with a USDA, FDA and industry (Farm equipment) collaboration. There have to be viable alternatives!

Read an ET Opinion essay yesterday encouraging breast feeding for up to 2+ yrs. Inferred anything less was harmful. As a carnivore that flunked breast feeding on my first try (Mother averred she was painfully being eaten alive), I did offer that the alternatives I received hadn't resulted in any identifiable deficiencies. On the other hand with current baby food issues, her advice seemed golden until such issues are resolved. One last thought - are there any questions about Mother's milk with all the deficiencies and contaminations in our general diets today?

OFF TOPIC:

Also listened to most of a hearing on local Fed Judge's issuing national wide rulings. Ted Cruz & our former Missouri AG now a Senator presiding. (Makes one hunger to add Paxton to their mix). One of the panelists suggested a panel should be formed to rule on scope of application. The UPenn panelist opined it was mostly a problem with one Texas judge. I think they need to develop guidance on scope and have a dedicated panel. Hope our elected officals get something in place soon!

I applaud the states implementing the programs leading to banning certain foods from the SNAP program and schools. I have trouble understanding why ND and GA are protecting pesticide producers from liability for injuries sustained by consumers. It reminds me of the vaccine liability act of 1986 whereby consumers can’t sue drug companies for injuries caused by vaccines. The only way companies will put safety first is if they are liable for injuries caused by their products. What were they thinking?

This Biden-Era FDA Rule Allows Experimental Vaccination OF YOU Without Consent

by Sean Miller

June 4th, 2025 11:01 AM

"Experimental 'biological products' can be administered without consent in America - vaccines are 'biological products' - nanotech-containing exotic technology gene therapy injections are classified as 'vaccines'.

On January 22, 2024 President Joe Biden’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) put into effect a rule called “Institutional Review Board Waiver or Alteration of Informed Consent for Minimal Risk Clinical Investigations – 21 CFR Parts 50, 312 and 812″ which allows Americans to be enrolled into medical experiments without their consent. The FDA rule concurs with the Department of Health and Human Services regulation 45 CFR 46.116(f). This waiver or alteration of informed consent extends to ‘biological products‘ which are a class of drug that include vaccines.

“The test article may be a drug (including a biological product), medical device, or electronic device,” The University of Pennsylvania Health Research Protections Program said about medical research conducted without informed consent. Note that ‘biological products’ can include vaccines and ‘electronic devices’ can include implantable microchips and nanotechnology.

“Biological products include a wide range of products such as vaccines, blood and blood components, allergenics, somatic cells, gene therapy, tissues, and recombinant therapeutic proteins,” the FDA said.

The Health Research Protections Program clarified what not requiring informed consent means. The practice is broken into two groups, ‘alteration’ and ‘waiver’ of consent."

"1. A life-threatening situation exists (as was claimed with Covid infection).

2. The potential subject is unable to consent due to his or her inability to communicate (possibly due to being on a ventilator for Covid).

3. There is insufficient time to obtain the consent of a legally authorized representative (during Covid family members were often banned from hospitals).

4. No alternative approved therapy exists that is equally or more effective at saving the life of the subject (the Covid vaccine was said to be the only treatment for Covid, as emergency use authorization could not be granted to it otherwise).

Perhaps more alarmingly, the definition of a vaccine has greatly expanded to include gene therapy injections that contain nanotechnology (called mRNA vaccines) and a new exotic technology injection (called saRNA vaccines)."
