Massachusetts. That case did not uphold states’ right to enforce vaccination. It simply rubber stamped the small fine imposed for refusing vaccination. It nowhere said that a state (or the national government) had the right to force vaccination on a citizen.
Guess I need a bit more understanding. If I'm reading you right, even if a State has mandated vaccines, the Supreme Court is saying a person (child) can refuse and would only pay a 'small fine'?

indeed. I am driving 45 minutes to a vet that at least checks. He also did not mask, and I just went in with my dog. None of the 4 vets in town here do that, and the closest by is an antibiotic-and-cortizone doc. Same as with humans, they want animals sick. I prefer the drive (although my dog hates cars) to the convenience of having one around the corner. Still looking for a doctor for myself, but none to be had in town either. Closest by seems to be 150 miles.

I remember the White Coat conference in DC four years ago. It was light dispelling the darkness of Fauci and the majority of the medical community to take away our God-given authority over our bodies. Those involved in that conference, to include you Dr. Malone, brought a sense of peace about the situation, and instilled courage to stand for truth versus a world wide Psy-Ops.
I have often wondered about those who were “coerced” into taking the jab and those who refused and lost their jobs. I do not understand the lack of law suits upon corporations and hospitals for those reasons—it’s as if that time was erased from the annals of history and the legal system, yet the harm still exists for those people. If reparations is ever due, this is the legal precedence and time to do it.

Without such privacy protection against mandatory medical treatments individual autonomy in a free society ceases and we descend toward a totalitarian state. Abortion creates a problem for conservatives who want to preserve autonomy. By banning abortion one is not only depriving a woman of the right to seek medical treatment but also forcing her when giving birth to require medical treatment. That's essentially also what 6-week abortion laws are doing because most women will not know they are pregnant, won't have ample time to make a decision, and can't find an abortion provider before the 6 weeks are up. Therefore those who want to stop mandatory vaccination programs should advocate for reasonable abortion laws that give women sufficient time to: learn they are pregnant, make a decision to abort or keep the pregnancy, and find an abortion provider. Supporting unduly harsh abortion laws will become a major roadblock to those who also want to maintain individual medical autonomy.
I'll bet your rational statement will raise some hair on the back of a few necks. I have heard from numerous spiritual sources that the soul doesn't enter the body until birth or shortly thereafter. Just another layer to add to the complexity of this dilemma.
The issues may have a small amount of overlap, but abortion is unique in that one person is asking- not just to override the bodily autonomy of the unborn child- but to actually kill it.
The moral issues are 1) can someone force you to undergo a medical procedure which you prefer to refuse and 2) can someone kill you because of a medical procedure you would prefer to refuse.
If someone would wishes to deny the fundamental humanity of the unborn and reduce it to chattel owned by another, then that person certainly joins a long list of others in history who have done the same.

They nearly killed me with the Dalkon shield, stole my right to bear children and did not offer any healing of the massive damage they did. After it was taken off the market they flooded the third world with the product. There are NO ethics here. I have a laundry list of where they have hijacked the population and how much harm has been caused. And as an alternative health professional driven to help as much as I possibly can, I have seen the harm up close and personal and most recently and to this day the vaccine injuries. It seems to me that the powers that be wherever they are placed want complete control and desire to mandate everything. They just want a sick population. We must continue to stand up. And to help others wake up.

We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are bodily autonomy and informed consent.
My objection to mandates is moral, not scientific. There is little doubt, at least in my mind, that some vaccines do not have a positive net benefit, but that is not the point. If we are truly free citizens, we should have the right to refuse any medical procedure for any reason, including “I don’t want to for no good reason”. If not, we are not citizens or even subjects, we are livestock.
The right to bodily autonomy, expressed as “my body my choice”, should be self evident, obvious, and perfectly clear to any freedom loving citizen. The fact that it is not in some circles is at least as disturbing as the carnage caused by mandated vaccines.

Tolerated based on two possibly flawed/disputable assumptions:
1. The mandated vaccines are safe and efficacious and protect against serious disease
2. Protection of the public as a whole trumps individual rights and bodily autonomy
