What many people don't realize is that the Supreme Court was quoting a line within the 1986 Act. SCOTUS didn't declare vaccines unavoidable unsafe, Congress did because of all the litigation. I was lucky. I am old enough to remember the AIDS Tainted Blood Scandal of the 1980's. The Red Cross was the organization in Canada responsible for blood donation collection and distribution. Until voters consider it an issue, and hold Congressional members responsible for the harming of their consituents, the Big Pharma gravy train continues. But Big Pharma owns the mass media, spending over $10 Billion annually on advertising with them. Two best solutions would be:
1) for Vaccine companies to lose their exemption from civil liability by an act of Congress, and
2)Present to the US Supreme Court, whether the Fifth Amendment permits Congress to extinguish an injured person's otherwise available state-law tort remedies against a private manufacturer while substituting an administrative compensation scheme (PREP Act) that provides no judicial review and, as applied to the injured person, provides no compensation or meaningful remedy. It is a complicated Case, requiring numerous failures up to the Supreme Court, for a seriously injured Plaintiff, practically would have to be put forward by a Pro Bono Legal Foundation, such as Pacific Legal Foundation or other outstanding legal counsel with deep pockets.
My objection to vaccine mandates is moral, not scientific. There is little doubt, at least in my mind, that some vaccines do not have a positive net benefit, but that is not the point. If we are truly free citizens, we should have the right to refuse any medical procedure for any reason, including โI donโt want to for no good reasonโ. If not, we are not citizens or even subjects, we are livestock. All vaccines should, therefore, be in the shared clinical decision-making (SCDM) category. There should be no medical mandates whatsoever. Informed consent as laid out in the Nuremberg code and the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights demands this. No exceptions! Vaccine mandates meet the definition of fascism: an authoritarian merger of industry and government. I guess if you do fascist things long enough, it seems okay. It is not! This right to bodily autonomy, expressed as โmy body my choiceโ, should be self-evident, obvious, and perfectly clear to any freedom loving citizen. And why does โmy body my choiceโ only apply to abortion rights, where, if you think about it, itโs not really your body and it was your choice. Concerns about so-called "public healthโ are unfounded. Vaccines, by definition, do not stop infection or transmission. There is, therefore, no public health justification for mandating them. (The definition of vaccine was changed in September 2021 to not include providing immunity.) And even if a vaccine does provide immunity, then go ahead and get it, you're protected, so what do you care if someone else might be infected, much less vaccinated. The argument that mandatory vaccinations are needed to protect the immunocompromised is also not supported by logic. The immunocompromised are at risk from many more things than exposure to someone unvaccinated. All medical interventions have risks. It is unethical to force someone to take an unwanted risk for some unknown person out there. I am, therefore, requesting that you codify the Nuremberg code, the UNESCO Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights, and similar declarations by making all medical decisions, including vaccination, shared clinical decision-making.

Please DO NOT mandate vaccines for citizens of the United States of America. Children especially are susceptible to the substances contained within, but no American has adequate recourse if they sustain injury from said vaccines. A large majority of the benefits (*translate to Enormous Profits) of said vaccines are now in the hands of the Major Pharmaceutical companies. We, the People, no longer even receive the opportunity to get a Shared Decision choice when talking to a physician. Our 15 minute visit is spent signing consent forms and having the doctor Tell us we should get the vaccines. That is not a decision, that is mandating. We don't even get to see the packaging listing the ingredients.
Back when my children were young and received the mandated vaccines, I was a young, ignorant mother. I was given no information to make that Informed Decision, just the forms and the fact that my children would not be able to attend public school without the shots. I wish I could take those uninformed poisons out of my children. I wish I had had a CHOICE on yes or no. Instead I was essentially told my choice and not knowing any better, I went with my children's doctors advice. Now my children are in their 30s and having medical issues. They eat clean, they exercise, they work at having a positive mental attitude. They try many avenues to stay healthy. home-birth population, a claim he made publicly throughout his
lifetime. Whether that holds up to scrutiny is a separate question, as no
published peer-reviewed data from his practice exists to verify it, but
the claim is accurately attributed to him.
Unfortunately, it's the drug companies that have the money to do double blind crossover studies, and they have no incentive to do that.
Showing that thousands of people who don't get vaccines are healthier than those who do get them is looked down on and dismissed as needing more studies.
In the same way, inexpensive, effective, relatively safe treatments are dismissed. The claim is that there's not enough evidence of safety and efficacy.
It's really too bad the government didn't call Pharma's bluff. If they had stopped vaccine manufacture, we'd have a healthier nation.
Dr. Paul Thomas published a peer-reviewed study of 10,000 children born into his practice in Oregon. It showed NO autism in those children who had received no vaccines, less autism in those partially vaccinated, and the greatest number in those fully vaccinated. What the study also showed was that the healthiest children were the completely unvaccinated. It's no surprise that within a few days of publication, Dr. Thomas's license was revoked by the Oregon Medical Board, and within a short time, the published study was retracted. Truth is dangerous to those who would lie.
The entire vaccine program is based on a violation of medical ethical principles. Reagan famously questioned, prior to signing NCVIC, "Why can't they just make the vaccines safe?"
If a product is deemed to be unsafe, then it should not be given to patients under the non-maleficence principle. If the vaccines, as claimed, had societal benefits that outweighed the harm done by these "unavoidably unsafe" (according to the Supreme Court) it would be a different matter. However, even then, safe for one does not mean safe for all and utilitarianism is nothing more than oppression of a minority group, which our Founding Fathers took great pains to avoid. The scam lies in the fact that the societal benefits were never demonstrated to be worth the risks by any quality evidence. It was just pronounced to be true, as a papal bull coming from the public health "authorities". It was deemed acceptable to say the benefits outweigh the risk without proof, but try saying the risks outweigh the benefits. Then you will feel the heavy boot of big Pharma on your face.
Certainly โBig Pharmaโ benefited. However, it was government(s) that both created and ENFORCED [whether directly or by coercion] the mandates. I have always posited that COVID was a perfect storm from the standpoint of testing the limits of authoritarianism [some might argue gullibility] that the proles would accept.

What many people don't realize is that the Supreme Court was quoting a line within the 1986 Act. SCOTUS didn't declare vaccines unavoidable unsafe, Congress did because of all the litigation. What SCOTUS did was remove what little liability existed, as the 1986 Act gave parents the choice of litigation, which could take years, or the Federal Master, and made the federal program the ONLY remedy for their injuries.

No vaccine should be mandated for anyone. Even if they were safe, effective, and necessary, they should not be mandated. Ever! Idaho does have a medical freedom bill, but it must be even tougher and available to every state in the union. Iโm asking you to consider the opportunity created by President Trumpโs August 10, 2026 Executive Order regarding childhood vaccine recommendations and to reevaluate our stateโs school vaccine mandates.
The COVID-19 era showed how government authority over medical decisions can expand, and school vaccine mandates have provided a foundation for broader government requirements. I believe parents should be able to make informed medical decisions for their children without making access to public education dependent on compliance with a government-required medical intervention.
Rather than focusing only on exemptions, I encourage you to consider the underlying issue: whether school vaccine mandates should exist at all.
Please support, or introduce, the Medical Freedom Act and other legislation that would end school vaccine mandates and restore parental medical decision-making.

I was lucky. I am old enough to remember the AIDS Tainted Blood Scandal of the 1980's. The Red Cross was the organization in Canada responsible for blood donation collection and distribution. When the AIDS epidemic occurred they said "The blood supply is safe". When people started contracting AIDS from donated blood and dying, they and their families had to sue the Red Cross and government for compensation. The government took the blood donation operation away from the Red Cross and created the Canadian Blood Services. Fast forward 40 years and in 2021 I called up Canadian Blood Services before going to donate blood. I asked if they would segregate my blood as I am unvaxxed. They said no "The blood supply is safe". Two generations later and same crap, they have learned nothing. They pool blood units in 3000 unit vats, mix it then test for AIDS, other historic diseases etc, but not Spike crap. I have not donated blood since. So when our turn to get the jab came up I was going to wait 6 months and see how the guinea pigs did with the VAX. Little did I know the Mainstream Media in Canada had been bought out with Canadian Government Subsidies so no bad news about the jabs leaked out. Fortunately my wife and her BFF did the research and came to us Hubbies and said "we are not taking that sh_t.

Mass vaccination was never the answer, unless you are selling vaccines. Effective treatments are a better alternative, many of which have been suppressed by the same corporate cartels that have hijacked the practice of medicine. One good example (of many) is Dr. Paul Marik's effective and inexpensive treatment of sepsis.
The problem of Big Pharma being licensed to kill has been known for most of our lives. The reason it isn't stopped is that Big Pharma has bought the politicians.
How many members of Congress take pharma money?
The answer is a very large majority, and under the broader definition it is close to universal.
A particularly clean STAT investigation looked only at checks from 25 large pharmaceutical manufacturers and trade-group PACs. In the completed 2020 cycle, 72 of 100 senators and 302 of 435 House members received at least one pharmaceutical-industry PAC contribution. That's:
Senate: 72%
House: 69.4%
Congress overall: 374 of 535, or about 70%
Those were actual pharmaceutical PAC checks, rather than donations merely attributed to someone because their employer happened to be a pharmaceutical company. The industry gave roughly $14 million through the PACs studied, split about $7.1 million Republican versus $6.6 million Democratic.
When you broaden the definition to OpenSecrets' โPharmaceuticals/Health Productsโ categoryโwhich includes PAC contributions and individual donors associated with the industryโthe penetration is dramatically higher. For the 2022 cycle OpenSecrets data showed:
210 House Democrats
200 House Republicans
47 Democratic senators
50 Republican senators
receiving pharmaceutical/health-products contributions.
Compared with the membership of that Congress, this works out to approximately 94โ95% of House Democrats and roughly 93โ94% of House Republicans, while essentially 100% of Democratic senators and 100% of Republican senators under the party classifications used in that dataset received some pharma/health-products money. The exact House percentage varies slightly depending on which date during the Congress you use because of vacancies, replacements, and nonvoting delegates. Official records show the 117th Congress began with 222 Democrats and 212 Republicans in the House and 48 Democratic, 50 Republican and two Independent senators.
And it appears even more pervasive over lawmakers' careers
A current FEC-based tracker covering 2010 through September 2026 reports pharmaceutical and health-products-associated money going to 533 of 537 sitting congressional members it tracks โ 99.3%. It reports approximately $174.1 million cumulatively to those currently sitting members and $28.1 million in the 2026 election cycle so far.
Until voters consider it an issue, and hold Congressional members responsible for the harming of their consituents, the Big Pharma gravy train continues. But Big Pharma owns the mass media, spending over $10 Billion annually on advertising with them. Two best solutions would be:
1) for Vaccine companies to lose their exemption from civil liability by an act of Congress, and
2)Present to the US Supreme Court, whether the Fifth Amendment permits Congress to extinguish an injured person's otherwise available state-law tort remedies against a private manufacturer while substituting an administrative compensation scheme (PREP Act) that provides no judicial review and, as applied to the injured person, provides no compensation or meaningful remedy. It is a complicated Case, requiring numerous failures up to the Supreme Court, for a seriously injured Plaintiff, practically would have to be put forward by a Pro Bono Legal Foundation, such as Pacific Legal Foundation or other outstanding legal counsel with deep pockets.

Here is my comment.
My objection to vaccine mandates is moral, not scientific. There is little doubt, at least in my mind, that some vaccines do not have a positive net benefit, but that is not the point. If we are truly free citizens, we should have the right to refuse any medical procedure for any reason, including โI donโt want to for no good reasonโ. If not, we are not citizens or even subjects, we are livestock. All vaccines should, therefore, be in the shared clinical decision-making (SCDM) category. There should be no medical mandates whatsoever. Informed consent as laid out in the Nuremberg code and the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights demands this. No exceptions! Vaccine mandates meet the definition of fascism: an authoritarian merger of industry and government. Being denied services you pay taxes for unless undergoing medical procedures which have inadequate safety testing, while having no ability for legal recourse when injured or killed, perfectly meets the definition of fascism. I guess if you do fascist things long enough, it seems okay. It is not! This right to bodily autonomy, expressed as โmy body my choiceโ, should be self-evident, obvious, and perfectly clear to any freedom loving citizen. And why does โmy body my choiceโ only apply to abortion rights, where, if you think about it, itโs not really your body and it was your choice. Concerns about so-called "public healthโ are unfounded. Vaccines, by definition, do not stop infection or transmission. There is, therefore, no public health justification for mandating them. (The definition of vaccine was changed in September 2021 to not include providing immunity.) And even if a vaccine does provide immunity, then go ahead and get it, you're protected, so what do you care if someone else might be infected, much less vaccinated. The argument that mandatory vaccinations are needed to protect the immunocompromised is also not supported by logic. The immunocompromised are at risk from many more things than exposure to someone unvaccinated. All medical interventions have risks. It is unethical to force someone to take an unwanted risk for some unknown person out there. I am, therefore, requesting that you codify the Nuremberg code, the UNESCO Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights, and similar declarations by making all medical decisions, including vaccination, shared clinical decision-making.

Please DO NOT mandate vaccines for citizens of the United States of America. Children especially are susceptible to the substances contained within, but no American has adequate recourse if they sustain injury from said vaccines. A large majority of the benefits (*translate to Enormous Profits) of said vaccines are now in the hands of the Major Pharmaceutical companies. We, the People, no longer even receive the opportunity to get a Shared Decision choice when talking to a physician. Our 15 minute visit is spent signing consent forms and having the doctor Tell us we should get the vaccines. That is not a decision, that is mandating. We don't even get to see the packaging listing the ingredients.
Back when my children were young and received the mandated vaccines, I was a young, ignorant mother. I was given no information to make that Informed Decision, just the forms and the fact that my children would not be able to attend public school without the shots. I wish I could take those uninformed poisons out of my children. I wish I had had a CHOICE on yes or no. Instead I was essentially told my choice and not knowing any better, I went with my children's doctors advice. Now my children are in their 30s and having medical issues. They eat clean, they exercise, they work at having a positive mental attitude. They try many avenues to stay healthy. I have no way to gauge whether the vaccines created the health problems now arising in their bodies, but our family history of elders living well into their 90s says something. My intuition says vaccines have contributed.
Please stop this insanity. Please give the future generations a fighting chance to be all they can be. Please listen to the People of what was, should be and can be again, this Land of the Free, Home of the Brave (and Healthy).

I was not an anti-vaxer prior to covid. I even received the first two shots of the Maderna covid poisons. I was fully vaxed until then. Now, I would not allow ANY children to receive any vaccines. There have been many studies that have compared vaxxed children to unvaxxed children. They all conclude that vaxxed children are far sicker than unvaxxed children. Google the 'Marcus Zervos study' completed in 2020. He told Del Bigtree that he never published that study because it would have destroyed his career. It's on YouTube. see for yourself.
The lesson I learned long ago is โNever roll up your sleeves!โ The sole exception was an encephalitis shot when I went to Africa. Probably didnโt need that one either!
The flu shots started out just being given to those more susceptible to illness: the elderly and children. The recommendation increased to include hospital workers, who were in contact with sick people. The age of those who "should" get the shot kept changing, including more and more people, until everyone is advised to have it. And there's a special stronger version for the elderly, because the regular shot wasn't working as well for them.
Moreover, the specific strain of โfluโ is decided-selected a year in advance.
Hmmmโฆ applying the same decision tree principles one must ask โHow likely [probable] am I to be adversely affected?โ It is the qualifier that's key, e.g. being house-bound or even bedridden a few days is an inconvenience [to be expected naturally] whereas being debilitated to an extent that requires hospitalization is obviously another matter. That is the question.
And, to reiterate that which many others more knowledgeable than me have trumpeted, over vaccinations are inherently self-defeating in that inevitably stronger, more virulent strains will evolve. [a thousand Petri dishes or a million Petri dishes???]
