It is not just the CV-19 vaccine Liability Immunity, which should be revoked;....The entire vaccine industry should be out of business. Unfortunately, all the should's you so diligently list, are just should's. An old saying is "I won't should on you, if you don't should on me." Isn't it amazing that the compensation amount hasn't changed in 4 decades? If a product is deemed to be unsafe, then it should not be given to patients under the non-maleficence principle. If the vaccines, as claimed, had societal benefits that outweighed the harm done by these "unavoidably unsafe" (according to the Supreme Court) it would be a different matter. However, even then, safe for one does not mean safe for all and utilitarianism is nothing more than oppression of a minority group, which our Founding Fathers took great pains to avoid. The scam lies in the fact that the societal benefits were never demonstrated to be worth the risks by any quality evidence. It was just pronounced to be true, as a papal bull coming from the public health "authorities". It was deemed acceptable to say the benefits outweigh the risk without proof, but try saying the risks outweigh the benefits. Then you will feel the heavy boot of big Pharma on your face.
First, how many jabs are truly necessary today? Why has there not been a recent review to determine an answer to that question? The fewer jabs given the fewer the injuries. This needs to be address by a panel free of conflicts...obvious and otherwise.
Second, voluntary risks are rarely deserving of such compensation so for jabs taken voluntarily, I question whether compensation due except when:
the manufacturer knew and failed to declare dangers inherent in that jab and
physicians who advise the jab knowing but failing to tell patients of the risk.
Third, if required then agencies requiring that jab ought to be the ones at risk for law suits.
