I’m loving what Kennedy is doing by promoting healthy food for school children. I like the fact that he wants to get the poisonous chemicals out of our food. I like that he is getting testing on vaccines.
So many children are just eating processed food. Both parents work and the children are eating frozen microwaveable processed food. They don’t get home cooked meals. All the high school kids that came to eat at my house for lunch preferred the frozen processed garbage. That is all they are use to eating. So when Kennedy gets the poison ingredients out of the frozen foods at least the food will be semi healthy.
I wish they made a mandatory cooking class in high school to teach the kids how to make wholesome home cooked meals. I personally love to use the crock pot. I don’t cook all my meal in the crock pot but it sure would be a better option for feed the children.
Me too, Home Ec was required. I'm not a lover of cooking, but want wholesome food so I create things like grass fed hamburger/egg with vegies combos. It's surprisingly good and quick.
It was a big thing when I was in hi school in the 50s. Seem to recall even some guys took it as well. Good place to meet babes? My wife took home ec in the 60 s
Didn’t need no stinkin’ class to learn how to cook, I’d like to say trial and error but, really, very few of the latter. Easier than Biochem lab. Only person that told me a "couldn’t" cook was mom - didn’t want me in HER kitchen.
Personally, I think the biggest problem is that society makes it too easy to NOT cook: the ready to eat/heat&eat/etc shelves now out number the real food shelves (or nearly so). Even in the frozen aisles (well, not the aisles themselves 😆), microwaveable meals are everywhere - the bright spot is that I still see plenty of frozen and canned veggies tho the space provided for dried beans and rice gets smaller.
On top of that, the number of activities that we present to families and the expectation that children need to be involved in EVERYTHING, or they’ll miss out, is overwhelming, to the point that families go in one way for one child and another for #2, etc. - it’s as if there’s a societal conspiracy to divide families or make it seem as if having more than one is unfair.
When I was a kiddo, there just didn’t seem like there were that many things pecking at family time. I think we were better for it
The one upside of the Covid lockdowns was it got a lot of people cooking at home and learning simple home cooked meals. I already loved cooking but I sure was getting creative during Covid.
One of the biggest changes in my food choice was getting rid of my dearly loved microwave. One of the best things I did for food health. I am a late bloomer in the cooking world, and my son continues the lineage of better awareness for cooking healthy. I am proud and hopeful to see him supersede me.
I also have heard and read negative reports on the effects of microwaving foods, so my wife and I have ditched our microwave, also. Don't really need it -- better safe than sorry!
Well, I wasn’t advocating 86’g your m-wave - as a tool it has its place - it’s bloody convenient for reheating (my main use). Have you branched out to cooking (mostly meats) sous vide? It’s certainly to the opposite of microwaving - low (temp) and slow, while maintaining the perfect temp.
Even as a tool it produces one of the most EMF's. I even go so far as unplugging cords that aren't in use. I read Mercola's book on EMF and took some of it to heart. To use a microwave safely you need to be a certain distance away. Many years ago (60/70's) a relative with a pacemaker knew to stay away from many electronic devices.
Again, we are in tune. I also unplug almost everything when not in use. Haven't ditched the microwave altho I did opt for a much smaller one which we placed outside the kitchen area so as to remove ourselves from a direct line when it is in use. It mostly heats my hot beverages.
Our friend let us borrow his very real EMF tool for a few days, long ago. We measured everything, the microwave, the analog clock on our stove top, the worst, and we went under transmission lines.
The transmissions lines were like the analog clock in our house, not much worse, but stepping away from underneath the power lines about 25-50', no emf's. We were amazed.
"Teen living," I would’a thought "Adulting 101." Funny, woke to Chris Plante talking about GenZ and its lack of "adulting" skills - guess there’s a lot of young folk who failed that particular class (or the mom/dad failed the "parenting" class.)
We had it in Jr High and I think that’s the best time to incorporate this imo. In high school it was an elective that was no longer available by the time I graduated - no one was choosing it or sewing. We had no choice in Jr High - we had 1 semester of cooking and the 2nd semester was like mixed crafts. I graduated in 81
DD, not gunna try and talk you out of your concern re: microwave radiation, I realize it would be futile (well, I suspect it would be futile), instead I’ll just say I think your concern is misplaced/over extended and encourage you to take a walk with Professor Google (or Bing, DDGo <- thought you might like that 😊, etc.) and discuss the issue. While you’re in that conversation, ask about microwaves and pacemakers and other implantable devices.
In the darkest times of Covid I found myself praying the most. Praying to please keep my family and people in general healthy. Praying that people would see what was really happening. Sometimes we need to pray big. Praying to just get by is alright but God doesn’t see things in the same scale that we do. When we pray really big we get a president like Donald J Trump and a HHS secretary like RFK Jr.
One of the most important decisions Donald Trump made. I believe, was putting people that have been harmed by this tyranny into positions of power. They have been given the sh-t end of the stick by the tyrants that grew during Covid like the Nazi’s did. So they personally know what tyranny can do to an individual who thinks differently politically. I’d love to see prosecutions, and I pray they will come.
These poles are proof that we were being lied to on a massive scale. This proves to me people saw through all of this, and that I was never alone. J.Goodrich
Never underestimate the power of a nation praying from the heart when knocked down on their knees. More than once God came to the aide of the Israelites even when they least deserved it. That’s where we are at. We should not stop. The war against the forces of evil within and without is not won. As the Bible exports “Pray without ceasing “ 1Thessalonians 5:17.
I did go to an optometrist and had pictures of my eyes taken. There were visual floaters in my left eye but not a detached retina. A mutual friend of ours did get a detached retina and had to lay face down I think for 2 weeks. So when I finally told my nurse wife what was going on she freaked out, thought I may go blind. 450 dollars later its like you said over 60, which I turned in March, this is common. The eye doctor also recommended a supplement, I’ll see if I can find the paper she gave me. I think it’s on my desk. Thanks for the info Cheryl B!!
Maybe you have cataracts? That is what happened to me, blurry vision all of a sudden, I had cataract surgery a few weeks later. Go see an eye doctor, totally fixable if that is what it is.
Good morning James, that’s exactly what’s happened to me and same eye. I was worried about retinal detachment as it came on so sudden that I had an emergency visit. Apparently this is common after age 60 (eyeroll sigh) I guess there’s like a jelly sack in the eye that starts to shrink as we age and we get floaters. However. If they start shifting too much much or flashing see a retinal specialist. I’ve found that. Yes,limiting screen time has helped both with the blurriness and like eye headache. Did some research and while you can’t reverse it, eating a healthy ketogenic diet helps which I was doing prior to moving here to NC 2 years ago. Also, I’m now taking Areds 2 eye vitamin. MSM drops can also help but beware there could be contaminants and it said to get a recommended one from the Dr - well non are FDA approved so they can’t suggest. Avoid compounded my research said so I ordered from a company I trust the brands they sell and just began use. I can’t comment yet if either help as I just started. I also just got new glasses and waiting for them to come in. Wearing readers for too then taking them off was making things worse, so I needed something just to use all the time (been fighting that! I’m already deaf and can’t be blind too!) Hope your eyes get some relief as it’s very frustrating.
It is so important to know that change is simply change. How you respond to change is how the magic happens. Let's all keep our wits about us and keep moving toward the truth. As always, you rock, Dr. Malone.
Senator Johnson, or as I think of him, Senator Numero Uno. He enjoys a free lifetime membership in my good graces.
50.4% to 49.4%. That was how close it was in 2022 against his Democratic challenger, Mandela Barnes. If I could ask Wisconsin one question, it would be, "Seriously?"
It seems to me that the biggest poison that is infecting this country, much more than all you talked about in your above report is something that is far worse at keeping things from getting done and it is a cancer that must be stopped and that’s the worse anything else, the lying/fake rotten to the core news media. The fight that Trump, Kennedy, and Musk have been fighting is mostly about the lying amoral rag sheet peddlers. There needs to be a ground swell push back to drown out the leftist narrative. We need our own voice louder than the alphabet wackos. There is certainly enough conservative money to build a news network. Maybe a course in vocational training that would teach the correct way to write and REPORT THE NEWS. Teach journalism. Not like in leftist colleges. MAKE HONESTY GREAT AGAIN.
These polls are good news but it always steams my clams to hear them reported as telling us X% of all Americans believe.... A blatant misstatement. A % of a culled population has that opinion, period. Not all of us by any means and that is why polls need to. be taken with a grain of salt. Too often they are severely misleading in true trends. So let us hope this trend continues but remain vigilant.
Robert - I wonder if the two people you mentioned who were clearly agitated and distraught at the testimony were even more agitated and distraught when they saw Tom Haviland hold up the vials of clots he brought with him. Unfortunately this didn’t make it into the video recording. He was seated behind Peter McCullough.
I am not a Doctor nor a member of the Medical profession, but I have lost six close friends or relatives who willingly took the shots. I refused, found a source for Ivermectin and self treated my wife and myself. I am 92 years old, feeling it but still alive. Not sure if this proves anything but am confident that I made the right choice.
Your message today is indeed heartening! It is encouraging to be able to follow through on the messaging of strong and committed leadership. Well illustrates the reasons for each of
us to join in the effort to see the affected will be informed!
Just keep in mind, winning a battle or two ain’t the same as winning the war: The South, the Japanese, the Germans, etc., won lots of battles, so much so that the future seemed bleak in all those situations. Some might append that The Democrat mindset (the south) wasn’t vanquished, only laid low for a spell. We are still in a battle for our future against their spiritual descendants. Eight years of Reagan - ineffective; Trump1 - ineffective; Trump2 - might (MIGHT) establish a beachhead but how do we climb the cliffs to where they’re raining hell upon us?
"I love disruptive change" me too. Your enthusiasm and excited outlook is palatable. I certainly can get down in the dumps and not be as hopeful as you, but by God, it takes a lot to get you to waiver! I am as excited for you, who have held the vision, as I am for myself after reading this overview. The avenue of politics is a strategy which you explain so well. I so appreciate your ability to put this complicated maneuvering into a digestible format! (at first I thought it was a typo that should have said whining/ha ha)
D D - Do you think synchronicity was at play during our last election? I do. You and I have been on a bit of a coinciding journey in our memories lately, maybe we can keep that flow going! It's helped me to visualize positive energy of synchronization every time I, also, 'get down in the dumps'! And I to mainly get a big charge of energy every time I read Drs' articles on MAHA because they are so hopeful and positive.
What was the original purpose of mRNA research? Some times just because we can do something, doesn't mean we should do it. We are too quick to interfere with mother nature and our environment. There are always unforeseen consequences.
I have long held the realization that COVID "vaccines" are harmful. Unfortunately it is not a truth some otherwise very smart friends are willing to acknowledge. Most because they have been harmed by those injections and they cannot admit that their altruistic motivated decision was a bad one. It is further compounded with having to also acknowledge that our captured Federal, State and local regulators were wrong and that their trusted media was a gleeful cheerleader in convincing them to inject harmful concoctions. Sadly they are in too much good company. So many public figures sharing video of their taking their "safe" injections inly to soon after die of suffer manifestations of auto-immune diseases and turbo cancers. Those gene therapy experimental injections are insidiously not yet done killing, because the damage continues in forms even now not yet recognized. We concern ourselves with aggregates of excessive power and still fail to see what has happened when we gave repeat convicted felons liability immunity for the manufacture of "vaccines".

I do the same. Less expensive and healthier alternatives. It’s almost impossible to eat out and eat healthy.
So true and same here
It was a big thing when I was in hi school in the 50s. Seem to recall even some guys took it as well. Good place to meet babes? My wife took home ec in the 60 s
Well Dr Nash, the 60’s? I was the 70’s. Yes lots of my guy friends took it because they got to eat what they made! I’m sure the girls helped too! 😉
As you can see I erred on the decade...fixed now. You are right tho I think I remember hearing how much the guys enjoyed their own cooking
Didn’t need no stinkin’ class to learn how to cook, I’d like to say trial and error but, really, very few of the latter. Easier than Biochem lab. Only person that told me a "couldn’t" cook was mom - didn’t want me in HER kitchen.

Well said James!
Thank you Cheryl B. Good to hear from you!!
You’re Welcome and thanks. Have been limiting time on my devices as it’s affecting my eyes (sigh)
Has limiting time helped?
Oh and I also changed the background on my phone and tablet to dark and that’s a huge help!
I did go to an optometrist and had pictures of my eyes taken. There were visual floaters in my left eye but not a detached retina. I’ve been having the same problem. I’ve developed floaters in my left eye. Also in the morning my vision is very blurry.
Maybe you have cataracts? That is what happened to me, blurry vision all of a sudden, I had cataract surgery a few weeks later. Go see an eye doctor, totally fixable if that is what it is.
Nope other than this my eyes are healthy. Have had 3 exams so far this year and all looks good.

Glad Steve kirsch convinced me to donate to the campaign. The win made enduring the spam texts from Winred worth it.
Rigged is all I can say. As in a lot of elections in WI.
The thought had occurred to me, here and elsewhere. Counting on the new guys to shed some light on this.
