Did anyone catch Ilhan Omar at Trumps State of the Union address? The last time anyone saw her that angry was when her brother forgot their wedding anniversary. 😉J.G.

James Lord's avatar

That, and it seems her imagined, God-given right to graft is facing major challenges.

Thomas A Braun RPh's avatar

Could it be that they discovered how she is supporting the Somalian government by funneling money from the US treasury?

LB (Little Birdie)'s avatar

I was impressed with how Mr. Trump stayed cool and calm and just kept talking over her.

Here's the thing. It's really being proven that people who let their anger issues boil over are doing the most harm to their own self. Her obvious anger issues and anger aggression, in fact, result in health issues such as high blood pressure, anxiety, and increased risk of heart disease. She spends a high part of her day with negative thoughts, hateful rhetoric and sinful manipulations of others. I'm trying to do as the President said and 'not think about her'.

and then there is:

AOC whose Munich 'stumbles' draw criticism from liberal critics, admitting comments were 'not great'...

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., received criticism even from moderate and liberal commentators for her Munich Security Conference gaffes over the weekend. Her comments:

Uhh, I think that, MMmmm, this is of course a, mmm, uhh, very, uhh, mmm....

Joy Metcalf's avatar

I didn't watch the speech. What was Ilhan Omar up to?

LB (Little Birdie)'s avatar

She spent a great deal of time on her style of language (Vitriolizing) while DJT was talking:

During the State of the Union address, Ilhan Omar vocally challenged President Trump, shouting "That's a lie! You're a liar!" in response to his comments about immigration and alleged fraud in the Somali community. She also criticized his policies by stating, "You have killed Americans," referencing incidents involving immigration enforcement in Minnesota

Alan Davis (FlyoverAlinCT)'s avatar

And wasn’t the Brosband ticked when she was seen canoodling in public with a white guy who she later

married:

“We agreed that during our trial separation that we would see only other siblings”.

I believe it is time that we pass a law that all politicians are required to pass a mental exam to determine if they have a brain before they run for office.

Dave Slough's avatar

Still curious how she and her hubby accumulated +$33,000,000 in a couple of years

Lisa B's avatar

Marco Rubio is all over that! Can’t wait! Get the popcorn!! 👏🏼

Joy Metcalf's avatar

He'd better lengthen his list. There are many, many in Congress, on both sides, that went in with little and accumulated vast amounts of wealth while there. I read somewhere that Congress is not subject to the insider trading laws. Anyone know if that's true?

I heard it’s over 40 million now.

Patricia's avatar

Oh, absolutely agree! “If They only Had a Brain”- these Dems have lost all sense of morality, & none of these looney tunes have a lick of common sense. They are “Crazy”!

Michael Williams's avatar

They all need to take a comprehensive exam of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, as a good majority of them are all in violation of their oath of office 🤬

Jerry Williams's avatar

Additionally, they should be a US born citizen to run for office, enough of these third world immigrants telling us how to run our country, while hating us the whole time...

Joy Metcalf's avatar

There would have to be an Amendment to the Constitution. Frankly, I wouldn't want to see that, because the majority of those who come here legally historically have contributed much, both to the nation and to governance. Beware of throwing out the baby...

Kim's avatar

I think citizenship and a commitment to our Constitution and Bill of Rights should be sufficient. Get rid of dual citizenship for office holders and ensure there are consequences for breaking the oath of office and we should end up in a better place. There are foreign born citizens here who really value our rights and understand what we lose if they aren’t upheld. They are very strong supporters since they have lived through totalitarian regimes.

WRE's avatar

There's a simpler method!! Simply make running for office a capital crime and execute anyone who declares themselves a candidate!!

Omgsh! When I saw the title of this week's Funnies I could not wait. Airplane is an all time fav of mine. That might be the best meme ever. This week was great, looks I picked the wrong day to quit sniffing glue and quit calling me Shirley!

Quick story. Years ago I had cancer and my surgeon was named Clarence. My sister and I were leaving an appointment and he said to me "looks like you are all clear." I grabbed my sister's arm and said "I just got clearance from Clarence!" We both died laughing.

The new democrat Russiagate is this 25 page report that has sat for over 5 years in the southern district of New York. Another Jean Caroll had stepped up 6 years ago, was investigated by the FBI and found to be a complete liar. If this thing had legs the demoncrats would have used it long ago. By the way it wasn’t part of the Epstein Files. Come to find out this once 13 year old who is now a grown women has been arrested for robbing people. The last time she robbed an old man of the money he had saved for his funeral, you can’t make this stuff up the democrats just can’t stop shooting themselves in the foot.

After Trumps devastating SOTU address where the democrats were exposed and beaten badly by their own stupidity, they had to reach down as low as they could, dust off another defaming despicable made up lie, and throw another pile of shit st the wall not even to see if it will stick it’s just to change their treasonous narrative in the media. This is exactly what the insider traitor Nancy Pelosi called the wrap up smear, where they give the media a complete made up defaming story and let them blow it up and run with it. This is why there is no place for these people in a free society. They are evil disgusting pigs, no disrespect to pigs.

Pigs would accuse you of being a bigot.

Newsom was born in 1967, so if for the sake of argument we took him at his word, he probably took the SAT in the mid-1980s, at which time 960 was an above-average score (roughly 60ish percentile). Hard to believe he's that smart.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAT

Dr. Robert W. Malone's avatar

For some reason, he was selected to be trained as a World Economic Forum "Young Leader". Screening for that usually requires a combination of intelligence and sociopathic personality characteristics.

SR Miller's avatar

He says he’s dyslexic: was prolly a 690

James Lord's avatar

Good golly Miss Molly, you could be onto something SR. That prolly is what happened.

Carol A Arroyo's avatar

No, it was rally 690..........he said he was dyslectic too besides being dysfunctional.

Joy Metcalf's avatar

I thought that was odd, too. When I took the SAT back in the early 60's, 960 was an excellent score.

Patricia's avatar

I did watch the video of the California Governor (?-really), trying to connect to the audience, & every..word..that..came..from..his..mouth, was an embarrassment to him. He continues to travel from city-to-city, making a fool of himself, & walking away from any & all responsibilities he should have taken care of in California. Gavin needs to just walk-away from any dreams he has for another public office!

Dr. Robert W. Malone's avatar

Let's lobby for the (D) ticket of Newsom/AOC!

Peas in a pod. A Winning ticket - for us.

Patricia's avatar

Oh, a great pair indeed! They will keep showing their “intelligence” for all to see..:)!

Lisa B's avatar

He should be in prison!

My pair of stable coins worth for today:

Panel 1 - oxygen, if only it was that easy (you know they’d cheat by punching holes in the bag), but who really wants to clean up the mess?

Panel "the media is lying to you" — just realized why I can and do stand erect, if not tall: none of those "assets" are permitted in my house;

Panel "the world is a stage" — the problem with living in/under the spotlight is that you’re blind to anything that exists outside that bright circle; live in that circle long enough and your retinas get so burnt that you become blind to everything, including what’s behind the retinas. Which, if you think about it, for the politicians sake, term limits make even more sense - get them out from under the spotlight and force them to live in the world they haven’t been able to see for years.

Micheal Nash, Ph. D.'s avatar

I believe our Founders never envisioned professional politicians. That is why House membership only 2 yrs...so the member can go back to his true profession. The Senate was meant for statesmen who were there to ensure their states were truly represented and ensure new legislation did not run counter to international treaties and other agreements.

Joy Metcalf's avatar

Unfortunately, since they were men of integrity, they didn't think it necessary to make term limites. Now it can't happen because the law would have to come from Congress, and most are not about to limit their "careers".

SR Miller's avatar

Not necessarily - Article V convention, alternative to amendment coming from Congress, then passed by 🤔 ⅔ states.

SR Miller's avatar

100% In agreement.

Also, take note of where legislation impacting the majority of citizens originates from- The House of Reps.

I’ve had a niggling thought lately - in addition to term limits, what about when folk in Congress pass laws that impact the unelected it impacts those who passed it 2x. Perhaps limited to a set period of time, but if it’s a good idea to -say- raise taxes then wouldn’t it be twice as good an idea for those who passed it? Yes, exceptions -say- during declared WAR.

First time in awhile I’ve been able to read the Friday Funnies in a timely manner. Finally! And what a marvelous collection. Anyone else get a vile taste in their mouth watching Hillary yesterday with her usual arrogance deny she knew anything about Epstein? And there will be nothing forthcoming from Bill today. This is all for show so they can claim how transparent the Dems are while the orange man “hides” information! Their MO never changes! And their behavior at the SOTU the other night was despicable. I heard someone say the next day they couldn’t stomach watching it live so they watched the commentary afterwards on the news. Anyone want to bet which “news” stations they watched and what the message was? Thanks for the chuckles today, Drs Malone. Starts my weekend off on a happy note!🎵

James Goodrich's avatar

There’s tons of pictures with Bill, Hillary and Epstein at his I believe Arizona ranch. Bill and Hill stayed there several maybe a dozen times. She’s a bold face liar. At her daughter’s wedding Maxwell had a front row seat in front of the head table she was like a guest of honor. The Clinton Foundation was rolling on Epstein cash. She belongs in prison for lying under oath. Notice she said I don’t recall meeting him, LIAR!!!

Barbara Lekowicz's avatar

But she ALWAYS gets a pass! She is absolutely evil. Always has been.

To make matters worse, the skydiver learned on his way down that his government-issued authorization for deploying a chute had expired. He found himself in a quandary; to perish with the blessings of benign bureaucracy, or face heavy fines upon touchdown.

Ok Trump and O2, Nuscum and Atlanta mayor beauts. Liberals generating violence and fires pretty sad. Are there enuf of us stable types to weather what is here and what is coming. I am praying we will stand tough! But do we need the media reminding us of all the far out individuals residing in the D party Constantly?

The Newscum memes are hilarious, I particularly love the Blackface "I Can't Read" one. It reminds me of the infamous VA Governor, Ralph Northram, that had pictures of him in blackface at college parties. Newscum is the epitome of a narcissistic; he, to me, is a white Obama...
