There are sometimes situations that happen, that when you really look at it, it makes you know that there is more to this existence than just the routine day in day out living. It’s taken me 60 years to get to a point where I live my life to look for, if I can in any way, help others out. There are so many good people all around us with similar goals, that look to give a helping hand to someone, even a stranger, when they can. You know the funny thing is helping someone normally costs you nothing but maybe some time, but the reward can last you a lifetime. It can be an extremely humbling experience when in your time of need, someone reaches out and helps you! All of these occurrences that take place really makes me think there’s something more to this life than just what we see. There are so many lessons in life that have taken me far to long to learn, even to turn the other cheek instead of escalating a situation, but that’s a story for another post. Somehow this has been coming clearer to me by the days, weeks and years that pass.

The other day I had to get a building permit in a rough part of the city. It’s always a hassle going there. Out of the dozens of papers, plans, licenses, certificates, registrations etc. I was missing one page of the contract, which meant I would be unable to get the permit and have to take another day and go back. I got into the elevator and on my way out, without the permit, was speaking to a stranger. I eventually said everything is so hard, he saw I had a roll of plans and said what’s the problem, so I told him. When we walked out the door I ran into an old friend that is a city building inspector. Come to find out the stranger I was speaking to was the inspections supervisor and he said go upstairs and issue this man his permit. I asked my friend who is that guy and he said he’s my boss. Within a half hour I walked out with my permit thankful I didn’t have to go back into the city. I can’t help but be humbled and think having a mindset of helping people will some day come back to you. It may not be right away but I’m learning if you ever have a chance to help someone out, even a stranger, take the time to give a hand I promise someday it will come back to you. J.Goodrich

Years ago we lived in an apartment complex that was taken over by gangs. My children witnessed the police fist fighting gang members in the middle of the court, and they fire bombed an apartment two doors down from us. When new owners began making changes, we asked the manager how we could help—she said get the kids under control. So we created the “Character Club” but let her know it would focus on Christ—she was happy, but one tenant was against because it’s “religious” and wanted it stopped.

One day I heard he had a car accident and was out of work for a bit, so I knocked on his door and gave him food—he was totally surprised and grateful, then allowed his two kids to attend. In our little apartment, we had 35 kids attend at one point, with some looking in from the open door—the complex began to change.

Though he wanted to shut us down, we gave him food because we truly cared for him. This is why I emphasize Christ in my posts, along with supporting changes in our government. Administrations come and go, but Jesus never leaves us or forsakes us, and the change he makes in a person’s life is eternal. My contribution to my nation is:

A CALL FOR CHRIST

I was denied a drivers license when I moved to NJ because my name was Michael Williams, which is about as common as Smith, even though I brought with me numerous pieces of identification, to include my law enforcement credentials. They wanted me to make another appointment and sit with a DMV representative for 3 hours, so I can convince that person who I am; I refused and off to the type writer I went, and sent off letters to federal and state representatives and the head of NJ DMV. About a week later I received a phone call from the office of the DMV director. I was given a license number over the phone and told to go to DMV to get the physical license. Gov is there to impede, not help!

My wife sat for almost 2 hours to renew her nj license, all because they said her photo was too old.

Quality time, sitting in njdmv with the boss was still a joy, as always!

O Lordy, use to live just across the Philly line on the Delaware River., worked for a spell north of Trenton - can only imagine the difficulty I’d encounter in NJ with my name ( same as a popular rock singer, same as a member of POTUS Trump’s posse); sister married a John Smith (REALLY!). Son’s mom and I almost bought a house with our same first&last names - imagine that nightmare 🤣.

Maybe it’s time we have unique numerical identifiers. Oh, wait…

Your stories are always so wonderful, James Goodrich, and your heart is so kind. Thank you for sharing.

I’d like to suggest another Substack for those who love James’ stories. It’s by an Idahoan “mountain man” who goes by the moniker “Switter.” It’s called “Switter’s World”: https://switters.substack.com/

Switter learned to negotiate (and negotiate with) bureaucracies literally all over the world — nearly every continent, nearly every dangerous “third world” country and city, and even Idaho where he often must tilt at local “windmillian” bureaucracies.

His most recent posts — Part 1 and Part 2 — explain how he dealt with immigration and visa rules in countries most of us never even heard of and a few whose names strike fear in the hearts of mere mortals. See:

I just had another insight as I was exercising, one of the actions you took was to talk to a stranger. So many people are so timid or afraid that they don't run the risk. I'm guilty of that sometimes, not wanting to intrude on someones space. I do look for opportunities to interact if someone or something gets my attention. I'm not fond of small talk about the weather tho.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

Oh my gosh! Dr. Malone just cross posted a Substack from the Disinformation Chronicle saying Trump has tapped Dr. Matthew Memoli as acting NIH Director.

I wrote to Dr. Memoli back in Feb 2022 after seeing him argue against the Federal public mandates. He replied to my e-mail the next day. I have kept that email in my files.

Here is a shorter version of my question to him:

I watched the NIH Grand Rounds discussion you participated in regarding vaccine mandate + . Please help me understand why the public at large should not necessarily get vaccinated?

I'm searching for the best truth I can receive, but feel the conversation surrounding Covid is too one sided, with much information worthy of discussion being suppressed.

Here is a shorter version of his reply:

1. The current vaccines are unable to prevent infection and transmission hence the mandates cannot achieve their goal.  So forcing people to do something that won’t work is certainly unethical.

2. Those who are pushing the mandates believe that getting everyone vaccinated will lead to herd immunity that will end the pandemic.  This was never the case.  Herd immunity from a systemic single antigen vaccine is not possible with an RNA respiratory virus that infects mucosally unless you can somehow vaccinate nearly every person on earth at the exact same time. All pandemics of the past have ended when the majority of the population has developed natural immunity through infection and exposures, likely multiple.  That is going to happen no matter what we do.  There is no point in forcing people to do things against their will, and destroying freedom in a fruitless effort to control nature, something we have never been able to do.

3. The current vaccines have significant risk.  As I presented they have dramatically higher rates of severe side effects and deaths than flu and any other vaccine in broad use in the U.S.  In addition they have an unknown dose as they deliver the mRNA or DNA  to make the antigen, they do not deliver a dose of antigen like all other vaccines.  This leaves it up to the individual’s immune system o make the correct amount of antigen.  Some may make too little leaving them unprotected, some the right amount, and others too much causing severe side effects.  We have no idea how they will affect people in the future or how it could affect future viral outbreaks.  By vaccinating the young now we could be setting up for another pandemic in the future.  We have historical data to suggest this could be the case.  We have to be humble and realize we don’t fully understand these phenomenon’s of nature.

4. The CDC reports that the chance of death in a year from COVID for most under 65 in less than 1 per 100,000 people, and for the vast majority dramatically less than that by 2 or 3 logs.  The chance of dying of numerous other things we do daily is higher.

He goes on to say - "I could go on, but these are just some of the important points I was trying to make.  Forcing people to take a vaccine is just wrong and it should not be accepted.  Cancer and heart disease are still the number one killers of people in the U.S. yet the tobacco and fast food industries are alive and well, even supported by some of the same politicians pushing vax mandates.  The vax mandate is not about your health, it is about public health officials and politicians who do not understand respiratory viruses looking and feeling like they are doing something rather than admitting they can’t stop nature."

For him to take the time and effort to respond to me individually in this forthright, honest manner, at a time of personal risk to his person speaks so very highly of him.

We must look for and push our diseased Federal Government to follow our new President in keeping the wise already in place and eliminating the evilly calculating, blatantly uninformed or lazy doers of misdeeds and misrepresentation.

Please add this man's name to your list of those you want in this New Golden Age of America, MAGA and MAHA

Saw this just moments ago from RevealedEye on Substack. It was a sit-up-and-take-notice moment. CNBC pundit Brian Sullivan, coming in about 1:40, asks Scott Gottlieb, "Is it just me, or is everybody sick?" Mentions the jabs. Gottlieb, like DNI Haines, seems content with the perpetual state of inconclusiveness.

I don't remember exactly when I first signed up for Dr. William Makis' Substack; some time after I signed up for Dr. Malone's (the first). But for a long time, he kept a running record of pilots collapsing and dying around the world. The list was long. He seems to have shifted focus in the last few months from deaths and injuries to promising new treatments.

I clearly recall about 1,000 professional atheletes in europe, particularly soccer players, who died while in the peak of physical condition.

Maybe it was drinking too much water, maybe it was from bad cheese on pizza, maybe it was from excessive masterbation.

There is NO way that a thousand extreme atheletes heart attacking was from a bioweapon jab forced upon every athelete in european sports. No way!

They're most likely being held back with some sort of illegal gag order, like the one regarding the chemtrail spraying, worldwide. These people are threatened they'll lose their livelihood, their pensions, and their careers if they speak up. In the meanwhile, they keep them filled with medications to suppress the immune responses.

My buddy, former LEO is on at least a dozen medications keeping him alive. If he stops them, he'll be dead within days, and this doesn't stop him from periodically being admitted to the local hospital for "blood clot" related issues.

Keep in mind, they will always look for a way to hold Trump accountable. As far as I know, he was acting on advice… contrary evidence being withheld. I do not know if this is absolutely true, but it is at least what we have been told. I do hope it was.

I gave James a call earlier, and asked him to simply do a small task for me, throughout his travels, and over the coming days.

I asked him to "Keep his eyes open", regarding the prevalence of what I consider to be gang members, illegal aliens, and such in his area of MA, where he lives. The reason I ask this is because of over the last year alone, in this toilet of a state which I reside my primary residence, my wife and I have noticed a HUGE increase in foreign born people floating around, a significan number of which are covered in gang tatoos, such as MS13, walking the streets, in our stores, and particularly in our local gym, which we attend on nearly a daily basis.

Up until the Nov. election, you would see large groups from south America would enter the gym while we were working out, and join. Normally, you don't have 5 dudes, military age, joining a gym, all together at the same moment, specifically with face tattoos, and brand new nike sneaks. It's those Nike sneakers which are the real tip off that something nefarious was happening there

8-(

Now ? After Monday, this week ?

Almost none of these Nike wearing, face tattooed dudes are there anymore. Crazy, eh ?

I'm off to the Home Cheapo to see if that's similar there.

I like the concept that Trump may be able to run for a third time. If so, the new rule should include all Congressman. End the career politician that forgets who his constituents are.

The career politicians focus on who is buttering his or her bread. Won't speak up on the great harm created by Big Medicine and Big Pharma. The fact that most have remained silent on the Covid con speaks volumes! The fact that they don't support identifying the root causes of autism speaks volumes. The fact that the right is in unison against RFK Jr confirmation speaks volumes on who they support. Senator Durbin is very vocal and against RFK Jr. The FDA's greatest crime beside the covid crisis was to approve oxycontin and believe the lies that it was non addictive. PD wined and dined the FDA director to make it happen. The FDA is suppose to be the gate keeper to protect us from harm. Lost 600,000 Americans because of their failure. In turn, PF is getting off the hook big time and the distributors and drug chains have been unjustly fined 33 billion and PD 7.8 billion. DOJ was convinced by PD that the distributors and chains caused the harm. Time to clean house at the FDA. Same goes for DOJ.

Thanks for the Friday Funnies...many quite thought provoking. Loved what Thomas Sowell had to say...about repetition. Its the truth... people don't really think things through they accept what they have been told without doing any research for themselves. This is part of the apathy that occurred, which brought America down to its knees. Trusting the MSM for its erroneous information. It also goes for many other things, which people believe. My father told me as a young person..."Just because its printed in a book does not mean it's valid.". I always consider the Source...and want to know more about the people who wrote it; and what is their motivation? The same goes with all information, consider the source. Do your own research, if you want the truth.
