Video games are toxic ..They have destroyed the minds of many. I saw it with my youngest, whose father gave him one. it destroyed his initiative and his grades dropped. I couldn't take it away from him, or my ignorant-ex husband would have had a fit. They expose children to radiation, being so close to them. I read information coming in from Japan and Europe that they were creating epilepsy from the flickering lights. I have warned people over the years...not to give their children these games. They are addictive and the matter in many... teaches children to shoot and to kill. Now, I read Ayn Ran's The Fountainhead years ago..and Atlas Shrugged.. She was a thinker...and I was impressed with her writing. I do believe that her information would be beneficial and should be taught in high school.
A good friend gave me "The Fountainhead" for a birthday present back in '74 and I found it more supportive of my Weltanshauung than anything I had ever read until I read "Atlas Shrugged". The theory of Objectivism and the virtue of selfishness were a perfect fit.

Hence the idea of converting her words into pictures, a graphic novel, a "grafix"; BUT, now that I’m thinking in that manner, grafix don’t need static images and from there it isn’t that difficult to imagine a 4x or scavenger hunt type of game where the player in a (Ann Rand) world, is faced with puzzles, choices, etc about freedom/liberty, economics, politics, etc., at the end the player could end up in poison filled landscape reminiscent of "The People’s Republic of…" which you’re working to support OR frolicking around like Bambi in a pristine environment where the state exists to support its citizens and their safety. [but AR was an atheist if I remember correctly - who lived and wrote in a world steeped in religion ]

How about we hold them to a standard. I’ll make a bet that most people here on this forum survived school without comic books or video games as “teaching tools” and are all the better for it. Perhaps if we taught actual FACTUAL history (world and American), logic,civics… historical American documents such as the Mayflower Compact, The Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, etc. as well as historical world documents such as the Magna Carta, and the writings of those such as Socrates, Aristotle, Hobbes, Locke and great literature such as Shakespeare, Milton, Homer, etc…. NO WONDER THEY WON’T!!!!!!! Because NO ONE in their right mind would fall for this propaganda!!!!!!!!! Here in the Heartland in the local high school, they are in a literature class, reading a Chinese comic book…WHY??????? I cannot find an answer… The other literature being studied was nothing I had ever heard of with the exception of Agatha Christie. I do like her writing, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend spending precious money and time in public school “teaching” THAT when there are SO many other MUCH BETTER examples of Western literature from which to choose…The DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICAN YOUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of their time and OUR $$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!! Break the Dept of Education into a million pieces and scatter IT to the wind!!!!!!!!!!😏
Well, I agree; BUT, the majority of the folk on here are a self selecting group quite separated from the vast population. I’ve never watched "the real housewives of…" or any "reality" show (other than the biggest loser with my son back in the day) and I’ll wager that’s the majority situation on this substack vs out in the vast population. The idea of a graphic novel is to get to the kids and young adults where they’re at, NOW, not where I wish they were at. In the past 20 years attention span has decreases, vocab decreased, force fed ideologies increased; shoot, even boomers had little formal biblical studies outside of church - even though the formation of the USofA arose from those beliefs (smartest move by the leftist separating US politics and education from the underlying religious/christian foundations. Without the firm foundation, the house collapses.
If they taught reading, writing and ‘rithmetc they wouldn’t need comic books. We read comic books for fun and entertainment when we couldn’t play outside.
IF "our Youth" could only be persuaded to READ Ayn Rand's BOOKS - THAT would really have a chance of saving what remains of our Republic.

My wife and I bought a small run down ranch style house on a pond in New Hampshire. The land was originally owned by a lady, Ms. Woods, who built 4 similar ranch houses on the property and rented them out. After many years she decided to sell them and offered them to the people that consistently rented them. Our house was bought by a Mrs. Hanson who eventually left the house to her son Mark. Mark ended up getting together with a girl, bought her a Harley Davidson Softtail and at some point signed over 1/2 of the house to her. Eventually she left Mark and of coarse wanted her half of the money from the house which forced him to sell it. We weren’t the next owner but the following.
Being a contractor, the day we moved in, I started working on the house. It took a couple of years but eventually the house really started to shape up.
There was a 28x50 garage on the property that Mark had started to build but never finished. He never put a roof on it so it was rotting away and falling apart. I began tearing the garage down and over months built a beautiful building.
Over the years many strange things happened at the house. My wife would wake up hearing a piano being played. She’d hear music, smell cigarette smoke. One night she started yelling at me to turn the TV off but it wasn’t on. Shades fell off the window. Pictures fell off of shelves. One night a window closed on its own. An original door slammed so hard the glass broke.
The garage I had built had things happen in it also. There is a side door that faces the house. When I work in the yard I sometimes would leave the door open. Almost every time I go to the opened door, even after it’s been opened for hours it slams shut right in front of me. The crown of the haunting for me was one night in the garage, I had built some shelves and hung up my ladders on the wall. I was standing right beside the ladders and someone, a ghost, ran their hand, one by one, down the rungs of the ladder. Loud, plain as day, right before my eyes and ears, but there was no one there, nothing was there. It was the spookiest thing thats ever happened to me, but not the only encounter I’ve had. The hair on my neck stands up just writing this.
To this day things continue to happen at the house. Something or someone remains there. I believe it’s the ghost of Mrs. Hanson. I think she’s waiting for her son Mark to come home. Happy Halloween!! J.Goodrich
James, There are people who know how to talk to the "stuck" spirit and get them to the next realm. This is what happens when there is too much attachment to the physical. You could also try asking the stuck soul to go towards the Light or encourage leaving some other way. They can be powerful, as you know, so best not to taunt or threaten. This can be tricky work, but it is best for someone to help release them or it... (Most likely it is the spirit of Mark)
That’s what I was thinking. Get a priest or have it saged or something. Get these folks out of there. I don’t think that I would have been able to hang with that this long.
DD and Tom, in a strange way neither my wife nor myself fear this spirit or energy that came with the house. My wife stays there a lot by herself, of course with the 3 dogs. Many times over the 20 + years we’ve owned the house we’ll talk on the phone and she’ll say there’s been more paranormal activity. Many times a tv turns on, a picture falls off the bureau, or she hears voices or music. Of coarse she turns all the lights in the house on. Believe it or not it’s become very normal.
None the less, it could be helpful to the spirits to be released. Believe it or not, there are some instances where the "person" doesn't know that they have died and need to move on. Really, it is more for the others than you.
Well, James. I guess you have the privilege of occasionally living with spirits. I think wayyy back I mentioned the silver necklace I gave my mom for one of her birthdays (she wore it every day from that day) and how after she died I couldn't find it. Then, on Christmas morning after searching over and over all around the house, calling hospital and Dr. office in case it got left and asking her repeatedly to give me guidance, then finally giving up, there it was hanging on the lamp shade next to her side of the bed. I KNOW I had been (looking) in that spot before. But, on top of that when my dad died, mom kept talking about lights being turned on and noises around the house that were not related to her doing it. And, then, when she died, I would regularly go to their house to verify safety (doors locked, no issues with mechanical devices, no burglaries etc) and surprise...lights would be on in various places I had Not left on (I am very habituated to that from my upbringing) and one time the blower fan for the fireplace was on. I didn't even Know there was one or where the switch was located. I found it very comforting. It's been 10 yrs with dad gone and now a little over a year for mom. I'm not seeing the same situation as before, so I believe they have moved on. I sure miss them, but I know they are where they need to be.
Is Mark still around? Maybe he needs to come talk with his mom.
I’m very sorry for your loss LB. When I was younger I never experienced any of these things that have happened. Sometimes I wonder if getting older makes you more sensitive to it, or maybe it’s just coincidence. All I know is the New Hampshire house consistently has some type of activity going on. I’m glad you got your mother’s silver chain back. I would not be surprised if she had a role in you getting it.
Oh, 100% she had a role because she knew how stressed I was and how important it was to me. It wasn't just a chain, it was a chain of tags imprinted with words visually showing how much I loved who she was. It was 1 of the most important of connections in physical form we had. I now wear it daily.
I've had no reason to fear the spirit (*soul) visits I've had. I do believe those souls are limited in the ways they can show us they are trying to convey a message. I do encourage you to see if Mark is available. I think his mom just wants to be reassured he is now ok. Sounds like life was not going well for him at the time he still owned the house. Mom's spirit would be plugged into that. I hope she will rest in peace soon.
That is really scary- I don’t believe I could have stayed in the home for any length of time. so y’all seem must keep calm during these “happenings”. I have watched a few documentaries with situations like you & your wife have encountered, & as someone mentioned below, I would also find someone that deals with this type of ghostly/spiritual situation, & try to get the spirit, or ghost, to try & find the light to crossover. Prayers for you both to get resolve from the spirits.
Oh, hell yeah! I would have had a heart attack if I encountered that! Just one night hearing the noises, like someone playing the piano, or doors slammed shut? No way could I stay in the house! Isn’t it typical how some people sit back and watch others, people all around them, be harassed, harmed, jailed or financially damaged by the powers that be and generally do nothing but maybe bluster. After all of Boasberg’s illegal orders, harassing President Trump, harassing conservatives, throwing people in the gulag, FINALLY when the tyrannical harassment hits home, FINALLY it’s an outrage gone too far.
With all of the illegal things Joe Biden did, Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray, Fauci, the jailing of January 6th demonstrators, these judges illegal orders, these outrageous sentences given, the incompetent pull out of Afghanistan where 13 service members died, the Ukraine war spending hundreds of billions of borrowed dollars, the lockdowns, the closing of churches,schools and small businesses, the forcing of dangerous experimental injections (of coarse Ted was exempt), the auto pen, FINALLY his phone calls being spied on is just a step too far. Don’t forget the congress appropriated billions to build warehouses to save all of our phone calls, text messages and emails with no subpoenas or court orders. And still do...help one another. Mentioned how a tornado picked up a neighboring metal shed and threw it some 70' into our ash tree and felled it. So we have this big tree in our yard...what to do? A neighbor came over with his really BIG tractor, separated the shed from the tree, smashed up the tree some and shoved it over to a fence out of the way, then picked up the shed and carried it to where a scrap metal guy he contacted could get it. What made this particularly sweet for us was that it was our 58th anniversary. Folks still do help others, at least here in Texas.
What amazed me was the videos of people (who didn’t look disabled) screaming into their phones about how they were going to just “take” what they needed if their food stamps ran out. I have no problem helping people in real need. These people just looked entitled. Besides the amount of fraud around the food stamp program is out of control.
I'll tell you what these people's disability is: They've got such a pissy, entitled attitude that any employer who could or even would hire them wants them around about as much as a bad case of poison ivy.
Most could turn their lives around in a heartbeat by learning a little gratitude and humility.
I loved the Kelpy video. We had an Australian Shepard years ago named Buffy. She could herd cats. She could get the cat to turn any direction she wanted it to turn. The herding video brings back memories of my youth.
We had a variety of mutts that people would drop off in the country and they all figured out how to help us herd our hogs and cattle. We always used fences to funnel them. Loading a trailer in the open seems pretty optimistic; however, these Kelpies made it happen.

President Trump indicated Friday he would fund the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) if given “the appropriate legal direction” after a federal judge ordered officials to spend an emergency fund for the program.
SNAP benefits are set to lapse Saturday amid the ongoing government shutdown, and Trump administration officials have been adamant that they would not tap the emergency fund for the program.If you ask me Nora this whole SNAP BS and the government shutdown rests on the democrats shoulders!!
Federal judges have ruled that the Trump administration must use emergency contingency funds to allow for the continued, though possibly partial, funding of SNAP benefits during the government shutdown. The rulings were made on October 31, 2025, in response to lawsuits from states and organizations challenging the administration's plan to cut off benefits.
Reasoning: The judges rejected the administration's argument that the contingency funds could not be used for SNAP benefits during a shutdown, stating that the program must continue to be furnished to eligible households.
Partial funding: While the rulings prevent a complete cutoff of benefits, the emergency funds are not enough to cover the full monthly cost, so recipients may still experience delays or receive reduced benefits.
Next steps: The administration was required to provide updates on the funding status by November 3, 2025, and is able to appeal the rulings.

Hold on Nora, To reopen the government, legislation needs 60 votes to overcome the Senate filibuster. Currently, there are only 53 Republican senators, so support from at least seven Democrats is required to pass a funding bill. The Senate has been unable to advance a bill to end the shutdown because Democratic senators are not providing the necessary votes. This has nothing to do with a judge. Several democrats have said we realize this is causing much pain but it’s the only leverage we have to fund health care for illegals, hence weaponizing pain. This also funds money going to other countries, some of the money for circumcisions in Mozambique, which Hakeem Jeffries said is also a non negotiable. The democrats are keeping the government shut down. The republicans have brought up 13 votes and the democrats have every time voted to keep the government shut down. Do you realize that the republicans 13 times allowed clean CR’s (continuing resolutions) when Biden and the democrats were in control. The democrats are going to let people go hungry, and all the havoc that goes with it for their cheap political games, and their hatred of Trump. But don’t worry all of the democrat senators will have plenty to eat, they don’t lose a dime. They get their pay.

How about we hold them to a standard. I’ll make a bet that most people here on this forum survived school without comic books or video games as “teaching tools” and are all the better for it. Perhaps if we taught actual FACTUAL history (world and American), logic,civics… historical American documents such as the Mayflower Compact, The Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, etc. as well as historical world documents such as the Magna Carta, and the writings of those such as Socrates, Aristotle, Hobbes, Locke and great literature such as Shakespeare, Milton, Homer, etc…. NO WONDER THEY WON’T!!!!!!! Because NO ONE in their right mind would fall for this propaganda!!!!!!!!! Here in the Heartland in the local high school, they are in a literature class, reading a Chinese comic book…WHY??????? I cannot find an answer… The other literature being studied was nothing I had ever heard of with the exception of Agatha Christie. I do like her writing, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend spending precious money and time in public school “teaching” THAT when there are SO many other MUCH BETTER examples of Western literature from which to choose…The DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICAN YOUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I agree; BUT, the majority of the folk on here are a self selecting group quite separated from the vast population. I’ve never watched "the real housewives of…" or any "reality" show (other than the biggest loser with my son back in the day) and I’ll wager that’s the majority situation on this substack vs out in the vast population. The idea of a graphic novel is to get to the kids and young adults where they’re at, NOW, not where I wish they were at. In the past 20 years attention span has decreases, vocab decreased, force fed ideologies increased; shoot, even boomers had little formal biblical studies outside of church - even though the formation of the USofA arose from those beliefs (smartest move by the leftist separating US politics and education from the underlying religious/christian foundations. Without the firm foundation, the house collapses.

My wife and I bought a small run down ranch style house on a pond in New Hampshire. The land was originally owned by a lady, Ms. Woods, who built 4 similar ranch houses on the property and rented them out. After many years she decided to sell them and offered them to the people that consistently rented them. Our house was bought by a Mrs. Hanson who eventually left the house to her son Mark. Mark ended up getting together with a girl, bought her a Harley Davidson Softtail and at some point signed over 1/2 of the house to her. Eventually she left Mark and of coarse wanted her half of the money from the house which forced him to sell it. We weren’t the next owner but the following.
Being a contractor, the day we moved in, I started working on the house. It took a couple of years but eventually the house really started to shape up.
There was a 28x50 garage on the property that Mark had started to build but never finished. He never put a roof on it so it was rotting away and falling apart. I began tearing the garage down and over months built a beautiful building.
Over the years many strange things happened at the house. My wife would wake up hearing a piano being played. She’d hear music, smell cigarette smoke. One night she started yelling at me to turn the TV off but it wasn’t on. Shades fell off the window. Pictures fell off of shelves. One night a window closed on its own. An original door slammed so hard the glass broke.
The garage I had built had things happen in it also. There is a side door that faces the house. When I work in the yard I sometimes would leave the door open. Almost every time I go to the opened door, even after it’s been opened for hours it slams shut right in front of me. The crown of the haunting for me was one night in the garage, I had built some shelves and hung up my ladders on the wall. I was standing right beside the ladders and someone, a ghost, ran their hand, one by one, down the rungs of the ladder. Loud, plain as day, right before my eyes and ears, but there was no one there, nothing was there. It was the spookiest thing thats ever happened to me, but not the only encounter I’ve had. The hair on my neck stands up just writing this.
To this day things continue to happen at the house. Something or someone remains there. I believe it’s the ghost of Mrs. Hanson. I think she’s waiting for her son Mark to come home. Happy Halloween!! J.Goodrich
James, There are people who know how to talk to the "stuck" spirit and get them to the next realm. This is what happens when there is too much attachment to the physical. You could also try asking the stuck soul to go towards the Light or encourage leaving some other way. They can be powerful, as you know, so best not to taunt or threaten. This can be tricky work, but it is best for someone to help release them or it... (Most likely it is the spirit of Mark)

DD and Tom, in a strange way neither my wife nor myself fear this spirit or energy that came with the house. My wife stays there a lot by herself, of course with the 3 dogs. Many times over the 20 + years we’ve owned the house we’ll talk on the phone and she’ll say there’s been more paranormal activity. Many times a tv turns on, a picture falls off the bureau, or she hears voices or music. Of coarse she turns all the lights in the house on. Believe it or not it’s become very normal.
None the less, it could be helpful to the spirits to be released. Believe it or not, there are some instances where the "person" doesn't know that they have died and need to move on. Really, it is more for the others than you.

Well, James. I guess you have the privilege of occasionally living with spirits. I think wayyy back I mentioned the silver necklace I gave my mom for one of her birthdays (she wore it every day from that day) and how after she died I couldn't find it. Then, on Christmas morning after searching over and over all around the house, calling hospital and Dr. office in case it got left and asking her repeatedly to give me guidance, then finally giving up, there it was hanging on the lamp shade next to her side of the bed. I KNOW I had been (looking) in that spot before. But, on top of that when my dad died, mom kept talking about lights being turned on and noises around the house that were not related to her doing it. And, then, when she died, I would regularly go to their house to verify safety (doors locked, no issues with mechanical devices, no burglaries etc) and surprise...lights would be on in various places I had Not left on (I am very habituated to that from my upbringing) and one time the blower fan for the fireplace was on. I didn't even Know there was one or where the switch was located. I found it very comforting. It's been 10 yrs with dad gone and now a little over a year for mom. I'm not seeing the same situation as before, so I believe they have moved on. I sure miss them, but I know they are where they need to be.
Is Mark still around? Maybe he needs to come talk with his mom.
I’m very sorry for your loss LB. When I was younger I never experienced any of these things that have happened. Sometimes I wonder if getting older makes you more sensitive to it, or maybe it’s just coincidence. All I know is the New Hampshire house consistently has some type of activity going on. I’m glad you got your mother’s silver chain back. I would not be surprised if she had a role in you getting it.
Oh, 100% she had a role because she knew how stressed I was and how important it was to me. It wasn't just a chain, it was a chain of tags imprinted with words visually showing how much I loved who she was. It was 1 of the most important of connections in physical form we had. I now wear it daily.
I've had no reason to fear the spirit (*soul) visits I've had. I do believe those souls are limited in the ways they can show us they are trying to convey a message. I do encourage you to see if Mark is available. I think his mom just wants to be reassured he is now ok. Sounds like life was not going well for him at the time he still owned the house. Mom's spirit would be plugged into that. I hope she will rest in peace soon.

I have watched a few documentaries with situations like you & your wife have encountered, & as someone mentioned below, I would also find someone that deals with this type of ghostly/spiritual situation, & try to get the spirit, or ghost, to try & find the light to crossover. Isn’t it typical how some people sit back and watch others, people all around them, be harassed, harmed, jailed or financially damaged by the powers that be and generally do nothing but maybe bluster. But when the inevitable happens, and the tyranny comes knocking at their front door, and their families front door, all of a sudden they’re outraged, democracy is over, how dare they spy on senators like me.
I listen to Ted Cruz’s podcast daily. I generally like Ted Cruz, I’m amazed it took an attempt to spy on him, the supposed “constitutional lawyer” to FINALLY get him off his ass and call for judge Boasberg to be impeached by the house. After all of Boasberg’s illegal orders, harassing President Trump, harassing conservatives, throwing people in the gulag, FINALLY when the tyrannical harassment hits home, FINALLY it’s an outrage gone too far.
With all of the illegal things Joe Biden did, Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray, Fauci, the jailing of January 6th demonstrators, these judges illegal orders, these outrageous sentences given, the incompetent pull out of Afghanistan where 13 service members died, the Ukraine war spending hundreds of billions of borrowed dollars, the lockdowns, the closing of churches,schools and small businesses, the forcing of dangerous experimental injections (of coarse Ted was exempt), the auto pen, FINALLY his phone calls being spied on is just a step too far. Don’t forget the congress appropriated billions to build warehouses to save all of our phone calls, text messages and emails with no subpoenas or court orders. The government has zero right to this information! Where’s Ted?

The Democrat/Schumer shutdown and how they frame their deceit was described to me by a woman. She said it’s like a man who constantly physically and verbally abuses his wife, then throws her some crumbs to make things right, but continues the abuse, afterwards.
The democrats stopped funding the government to include WIC and SNAP, our military, and air traffic controllers, etc., then calls it leverage as people struggle, and for some in true need, truly suffer—THEN throws them scraps off their table (literal lies disguised as help) to cover up their abuse to appease them, so they will remain their constituents, like an abused wife remains with her abuser. Democrats are true abusers of American citizens.
I hope this wakes people up to their deceit and realize that personal debt will destroy you in a crisis, and having a 3-6 month emergency fund is wise, and becoming debt free protects you more than the crumbs the government offers to enslave and control you with.

And still do...help one another. Mentioned how a tornado picked up a neighboring metal shed and threw it some 70' into our ash tree and felled it. So we have this big tree in our yard...what to do? A neighbor came over with his really BIG tractor, separated the shed from the tree, smashed up the tree some and shoved it over to a fence out of the way, then picked up the shed and carried it to where a scrap metal guy he contacted could get it. What made this particularly sweet for us was that it was our 58th anniversary. Folks still do help others, at least here in Texas.

What amazed me was the videos of people (who didn’t look disabled) screaming into their phones about how they were going to just “take” what they needed if their food stamps ran out. I have no problem helping people in real need. These people just looked entitled. Besides the amount of fraud around the food stamp program is out of control.
I'll tell you what these people's disability is: They've got such a pissy, entitled attitude that any employer who could or even would hire them wants them around about as much as a bad case of poison ivy.
Most could turn their lives around in a heartbeat by learning a little gratitude and humility.

James, the judges have authorized the release of those welfare funds, in spite of the shutdown. But it is Trump that is continuing to withhold them from the families who depend on them. Who is weaponizing hunger?
President Trump indicated Friday he would fund the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) if given “the appropriate legal direction” after a federal judge ordered officials to spend an emergency fund for the program.
SNAP benefits are set to lapse Saturday amid the ongoing government shutdown, and Trump administration officials have been adamant that they would not tap the emergency fund for the program.If you ask me Nora this whole SNAP BS and the government shutdown rests on the democrats shoulders!!
Federal judges have ruled that the Trump administration must use emergency contingency funds to allow for the continued, though possibly partial, funding of SNAP benefits during the government shutdown. The rulings were made on October 31, 2025, in response to lawsuits from states and organizations challenging the administration's plan to cut off benefits.
Reasoning: The judges rejected the administration's argument that the contingency funds could not be used for SNAP benefits during a shutdown, stating that the program must continue to be furnished to eligible households.
Partial funding: While the rulings prevent a complete cutoff of benefits, the emergency funds are not enough to cover the full monthly cost, so recipients may still experience delays or receive reduced benefits.
Next steps: The administration was required to provide updates on the funding status by November 3, 2025, and is able to appeal the rulings.
Here you go Nora. If this is possible Trump will do it but it is only partial funding. People still won’t receive their full benefit because of democrat senators not signing the clean CR. And who knows if these ridiculous federal judges even have the power to make this happen. It seems they constantly make illegal rulings from out on a limb. Hold on Nora, To reopen the government, legislation needs 60 votes to overcome the Senate filibuster. Currently, there are only 53 Republican senators, so support from at least seven Democrats is required to pass a funding bill. The Senate has been unable to advance a bill to end the shutdown because Democratic senators are not providing the necessary votes. This has nothing to do with a judge. Several democrats have said we realize this is causing much pain but it’s the only leverage we have to fund health care for illegals, hence weaponizing pain. This also funds money going to other countries, some of the money for circumcisions in Mozambique, which Hakeem Jeffries said is also a non negotiable. The democrats are keeping the government shut down. The republicans have brought up 13 votes and the democrats have every time voted to keep the government shut down. Do you realize that the republicans 13 times allowed clean CR’s (continuing resolutions) when Biden and the democrats were in control. The democrats are going to let people go hungry, and all the havoc that goes with it for their cheap political games, and their hatred of Trump. But don’t worry all of the democrat senators will have plenty to eat, they don’t lose a dime. They get their pay.
