Judge Jennifer Thurston; Another low level federal district judge in the eastern district of California, has made another arrogant judicial liberal activist ruling. An order, stating any federal border patrol agents or ice agents in California need a warrant, issued by a judge to arrest any illegal alien and that all agents must submit to her any and all arrests every 60 days, so she can review the status of each arrest and make a determination if the arrests are up to her standards. This is completely illegal and honestly she is another activist Marxist judge, a Biden appointed judge, that is breaking the law, again. Mike Lee from Utah pointed out this ruling directly violates and contradicts a specific federal law 8USC1357. This law literally and expressly authorizes border patrol agents to make warrantless arrests for immigration violations particularly if the person is entering the U S illegally. If this ruling was to stand, the minute a foreigner stepped foot on American soil, border patrol or ice agents could do nothing to stop or detain the person. How do you get a warrant for a person you don’t know their name, who they are, where they come from?

There are federal immigration laws that give law enforcement the right to make a stop, detention or an arrest. The specific term used depends on the nature of the action and the legal justification for it. For example a brief stop and inquiry based on REASONABLE SUSPICION is different from a formal arrest based on PROBABLE CAUSE however both are legal. Most arrests made in America are initiated by probable cause. Reasonable suspicion is a lower standard that allows an officer to briefly detain someone and question them. If the officer has reasonable suspicion that a crime is being or about to be committed. This could invoke a stop and frisk where the officer pats down the person to check for weapons if they believe the person is armed.

Probable cause is a higher standard but both are legal and there are federal laws on the books that allow border patrol and ice agents to detain people they believe broke our immigration LAWS.

This judge has promoted herself to be the new Border Patrol and ICE Czar, who eliminates or creates new laws by her ridiculous and arrogant liberal rulings. Pam Bondi should file a warrant for judge Thurstons arrest for not only breaking existing federal immigration law but for aiding and abetting criminals that have broken into our country.

The problem with these governors, mayors and judges in charge of these sanctuary cities and districts is that they’re ignoring existing federal laws that have been legally passed by congress. These liberal public officials are so arrogant to think their city is outside of our countries laws and say that these people aren’t illegal they are our friends our neighbors etc. Well they broke the law by coming into our country without doing it legally! When liberal public officials, including judges, pick and choose the laws they want to enforce or not enforce we will begin to see anarchy like we see in all of these liberal cities. There needs to be consequences Pam, if not we will become a 3rd world hell hole. J.Goodrich

They should just continue doing their job! The judge's are not really acting in good faith. We the people demand safety in our country those activist judges are acting as traitors and they are warring against us so.... War time requires different rules. Trump is right but, let's not wait for the Supreme Court to rule let's follow what we all know. It doesn't matter what Trump does they will spin it anyway that favors them and like I said they have waged war on the citizen of the United States.

Robbie, I thought this woman would have been a bar back or something like AOC was, but she has 3 degrees and one was a masters degree in law, shocking. Many of these activist judges have no background in law. She may not have known about 8USC1357 which is no excuse when creating an unlawful order but she should have known about reasonable suspicion and probable cause. That’s basic common law.

Is it that they count on us (the collective minds of the interweb) not to know the laws and just accept what they say? They can and should do searches of the law and constitution data bases quickly (with AI, almost instantly) There is no excuse for not doing due diligence in building a case. I have less and less respect for degrees and credentials.

Let's see if I got it right. If you enter the USA illegally you break federal law and then judges on the state level claim that state law supersedes federal law and they protect the illegals.

Seems like a modern version of a Trojan Horse scenario about how to destroy a country.

In support of the usaid quip

The billions, dare I say trillions of $s that DOGE has shown to be blatently wasted is proof positive that we are giving the gov. too damn much money. The portals need closing. One example. Our Founders in their wisdom, anticipating the fed gluttony we are experiencing, forbade it the ability to impose direct taxes, eg., income taxes. Leave it to a rabid progressive to overturn that apple cart, as Wilson did, and here we are.

What we lack is a regular public accounting of money spent that was authorized by a Congressional law.

What we lack is citizen taxpayer oversight. Let every citizen taxpayer ASSIGN their tax dollars to proposed spending bills and let federal and state budgets shrink or swell based on taxpayer evaluation of need and effectiveness and efficiency. Imagine a man that lives in America making billions of dollars by setting up a system of having very rich and powerful people have sex with underage girls and boys and then being paid handsomely for services rendered.

Imagine a justice system that has lists and film footage of these very rich and powerful people having sex with these little kids and they turn a blind eye to it and do nothing while these pedophiles walk this earth free. All of this while these poor children have grown up with these burdens that were forced onto them, burdens they never should have had in their lives. I would say the people that turned a blind eye, protected these pedophiles, and held up justice and this information are complicit to these horrific crimes against these victim children. They themselves should suffer severe penalties and a potential death sentence.

Justice delayed is justice denied. If there was ever a case of this it’s the death and probable murder of Virginia Giuffre. She was years ago one of the hundreds of little girls and boys that were raped and molested by these pigs, Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and particularly in Virginia’s case Prince Andrew.

Pam Bondi what the f are you waiting for! These kids, grown now, their parents and families, the American public have a right to see these lists and films confiscated from Epstein, that devils mansion. Haven’t these people, have we all, hasn’t America suffered long enough already? You have waited so long people are now possibly being murdered and will never see the justice brought down onto these animals, these pigs, that raped them as children. Shame on you Pam Bondi for denying Virginia, while she was still on this earth, her vindication!

I mostly mention these stories because I don’t think people see these outrageous happenings. For instance Virginia being killed. Meanwhile Pam Bondi sits on these lists and videos. It’s beyond disgraceful these people that were so harmed and decades go by while Pam Bondi sits on this info. Why have a justice Department. Is 7 weeks not enough to redact names from the lists and files? I want people to be aware, I don’t care DD if they are republican or democrat, these people that were harmed should be vindicated and quickly!! You know what I find amazing she’s on Fox News everyday and no one ever asks her what’s up with the Epstein files, or are you going to start arresting these people that are aiding and Abetting the illegals, I don’t care that her hair looks good or what kind of ice cream she likes!!

I get it, and the "suicide" was covered with little fanfare like usual. I believe the info on Epstein is just the tip and the rest is so layered and deep in the chain of command that the truth might never get out, or maybe for a few decades, or much longer. This whole scene is very difficult to unravel, the implications go to the very heart of the crime syndicate, which , I believe is our very own CIA and other world powers. People have already been killed to keep the truth hidden and more killings will, no doubt, be committed. This is no child's play, excuse the pun.,

Randomized control trials (RCT) against a placebo are considered the Gold Standard in pharmaceutical testing. One problem with them is that they are quite expensive, only major corporations and institutions can afford to fund them, which they will not do if there is no profit in the medication or substance being tested. Hence, that is why there are no RCTs performed for unpatentable natural curatives such as DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide), Chlorine Dioxide, Methylene Blue (and many, many more.)
