In the face of everything that’s coming out about the childhood vaxxes, the AAP, with malice and contempt for the children of our country, went against the CDC. It was like time stood still - their treachery was exposed and all the world could see how far they were willing to go. Give them their day in court - that’s more of a chance than they gave the children. Lethal injections would be a fitting end for the AAPers, but a RICO conviction doesn’t offer that remedy.
Depending on which sources you use, (and I have very lazily used Wikipedia), 53,402 US army personnel died in in combat or were MIA, during World War 1. And the reason that stands out to me is that that is a similar number of vaccine dead mentioned in the article. And when you consider the VAERS vaccine deaths are probably 1-10% of the total, that is a LOT more deaths. As in.. that final tally for the army is probably pretty accurate as they had a full list going in and going out, and they were motivated to keep them accurately and not under-report because they were going to need more people to feed into that frontline. So the under-reporting is probably greatest on in the context of the vaccine injuries for which records are badly kept and dispersed in numerous private systems.
What makes me sad is to think how the message we were told as children that we should be grateful that we now lived in a time of peace. So WE wouldn't be bearing the horror of losing sons, brothers, uncles and fathers to the frontline of war. But actually, the death is just more evenly spread and so less visible. Now our schools and day centres are being decimated by the scale and cost of catering to the vaccine-injured. And it has taken so many years to wake up to this. Even worse, because of the global reach of these products, so many of the new immigrants we are seeing have similar injuries. So that cynical repopulation programme so beloved of the government that had exhausted its own people with war and devastation, is no longer an option. We have the same issues with learning difficulties, ASD, ADHD, genetic injuries coming from the new influx who were injured in their country of origin by the exact same company peddling the exact same product. Putting even more pressure on our public services.
The West needs to clean house completely, and rid ourselves of these corporate parasites. We have the legal framework. The threat is now existential. And doing the right thing in this context is a matter of legacy.
To me, this looks like it could have implications for whether power actually lies in corporations or the rule of law/ Constitution. If recent history holds true, these lawsuits will be dismissed over some technicality or an outright decision without even bothering for justification. “Health” data is a cornerstone for the upcoming social credit score management system. Eliminating mandates is key to foil this, but the privacy of one’s choice is even more important. These lawsuits will definitely be a litmus test.

I have a problem with informed consent - not because it isn’t desirable, but because I wonder if it can truly be achieved. So much cannot possibly be known, plus there’s the thorny issue of being able to prove information was intentionally withheld. That’s why I like forbidding mandates up front - because then the trump card is held with the individual. They always have the option to simply decline and corporations cannot forcibly capture them.
But without informed consent, what info do parents possess to refuse jabs, particularly when the pediatrician is in their face,telling them their kid will likely die if he cannot jab him?

They'll be denied education for their children if they refuse vaccination.
There are doctors who actually 'sack' parents from their clinics if they don't comply with the vaccination schedule.

Docs need to be made liable for failing to provide info needed for informed consent. For that to happen the censor machine needs to be broken. Maybe these lawsuits will provide the first step.
To me the problem extends beyond the practitioners. The parties that developed, gained approvals and approved use, contracted for production, set out purchase, authorized and engineered distribution and guilds that enforced compliance played major roles. Local docs were at best poorly informed, then coerced and threatened.

My daughter and granddaughter have found a family practice Dr who doesn’t push the vaccines. He offers them but doesn’t insist. At my granddaughter’s last check up he asked my daughter about giving her daughter a DTaP and my daughter said no. He said maybe think about it if there is an outbreak. I have 2 sons who were vaccine injured by the DTaP. There are Drs out there that can think for themselves. You just have to find them.
The more deception is uncovered….lies, manipulation, money-making schemes, etc…..the more we need a tougher panel of honest, intelligent, humane people to determine whether organizations and companies like these should even be allowed to form in the first place. Seems the local population is simply too often ”handy and exploitable” for these money-grubbing bastards. More scrutiny is warranted, starting with day ONE.
