He will besmirch your character and his position in politics does not allow him to try and influence or sway or besmirch the character of someone sitting at ACIP. I also think you should get legal counsel about the KFF smear campaign immediately. They also have a direct conflict of interest in attacking your character and you have to be incredibly aggressive to get ahead of them.
