I remember being on Kona when the pandemic started. We were from Seattle which was beginning to lock down when we left for Hawaii. It took Kona a while to do the same. The strangest thing we encountered was a beach at the Sheraton Hotel. There was a public beach next door with lifeguards and zero lifeguards on the Sheraton beach. The hotel beach was packed with very little room for anyone and people were acting normal. We walked over to the public beach which was empty (zero people), and two lifeguards yelled at us from the tower that if we came over there, we would not be able to go back to the Hotel beach. A beach with no people and you were free to leave the busy crowded beach for the public one, but they wouldn't let you return to the crowded one. It made no sense. This was our first dose of a few years of things not making sense and people going along with it, not because they were thinking, but because they were told.

We got the last flight out as they were closing down the restaurants. I have a photo we took that I call "the last supper".

Like button is broken again. Thanks for sharing! The insanity of the guidelines we were forced to follow must never be forgotten.

Such a nice write up of your trip! I enjoyed it immensely!

Thank you for this and all you do !

Would recommend carrying pepper spray....maybe even bear spray. Just showing that would likely end a violent confrontation.

At this point, I would say hire an armed security guard to accompany you when you are in public spaces in front of a large crowd.

I know there would be a cost. I would happily contribute, and I imagine many others of us who are deeply grateful would do the same.

Thanks, Jill, for your overview of the Hawaii trip. It sounds exhausting, although, very rewarding, I’m sure. You met a lot of amazing people who want and understand the truth about what Robert and his fellow presenters have to offer. I listened to his speech and felt he conveyed good information that should alert all to the travesty of what Governor Green is all about. I’m reading elsewhere that the reduced childhood vaccine schedule may cost some politicians votes if they support the reduction. That is mind boggling and shows the strength of the opposition. I was sorry to hear of the confrontational incidences that Robert and you were subjected to. I do pray for the safety of you both because we know the crazies are out there. As far as kissing your husband in public, who cares? My husband of 61 years and I often hold hands in public. We sometimes get looks but usually a smile as well. It’s so great when your spouse is also your best friend. Keep up the good work!

Public Display of Affection (PDA) = A Good Thing when heartfelt and relatively modest (non-lascivious kissing, handholding) 👍💖

Long happy marriages like yours, the Malones (and ours, too) are to be celebrated, never denigrated.

This may be the toe in the door these East and West coast Alliances are hoping for. Their full steam ahead for all vaxes out front and pharma campaign support behind the curtain?

FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—Republican House candidates in purple districts who support changing the childhood vaccine schedule could pay the price in midterms, according to new data from President Donald Trump’s go-to pollster, Fabrizio Ward.

That’s where I read it. They are formidable opponents!!

Catch a wave Doc. You'll be hooked.

Can anyone think of one thing the government does well? Then why on earth would we listen when they try to dictate our health????

Jean's avatar

Well, the new RFK Jr crowd in town is among those in the administration setting out and carrying out beneficial contributions. Might be judicious to watch what's happening and give credit and support when warrented.

Certainly a breath of fresh air.

Horse Girl, you keep defending that man of yours! We sometimes forget the intense, relentless criticism you live with. And the palpable threats to your safety. It makes us all the more appreciative of your commitment to speak and advocate for the truth. Thank you for raising your uniquely gifted voices in such a time as this.

True that. The man gets a lot of credit - as well he should - but let’s also applaud the woman alongside the man who is putting in a ton of effort for her unseen/unsung heroine role. 👏🙌🙏

This report was absolutely wonderful. Thank you. Words! Pictures! And addressing – finally – the elephant in the room that has us deeply concerned for your welfare as well as Sasha L's mental health.

We read both Substacks (yours and Sasha L's) and use information that we glean from each. We don't always agree with every point, but that's OK. Debate, disagreement, questioning, critical thinking are all good. You’ve long encouraged these activities. When information is presented with a sincere desire to enlighten and tell the best available truth, we welcome it.

What we cannot abide, however, are Sasha L’s ad hominem attacks which extend even to her own readers who may disagree with her or ask questions (even innocuous ones) seeking clarification. She takes every occasion in articles, podcasts, and interviews to bash those with whom she disagrees, even asking people to unsubscribe to her Substack if they ask questions or pose different points of view. The words “troll” and “liar” often accompany her replies. That’s sad to me, as every reader should be respected. And if they are trolling or lying, simply ignoring (or, in extreme cases, blocking) them likely is the best approach.

Sasha L. has done some excellent advocacy and research that we appreciate greatly. However, her dripping hatred of all things Malone, MAHA, Trump, RFK Jr., and even some of her own readers has us concerned about her influence and mental wellness (no, we're not psychiatrists making diagnoses, just semi-normal humans who care about all involved).

Watch your Sixes, Drs. Malone. We thank you for your bravery, transparency, hard work, gorgeous photos, generosity, and ability to balance a loving marriage and farm life with travel and professional work.

We wish you all the best and will be forever grateful that you're on this earth.

I love reading your personal take on this trip of mercy. I could relate to your energy towards the heckler (a way too nice word). There is something about an adrenaline surge that can make a small woman a Goliath. I am so glad for you both to be back home where your hearts are. The balance, commitment and genuine kindness you show is worthy of a medal of honor. You wear it well.

You've proven yourself many times over, Dr. Malone, as the most interesting man in the world. No need to take unnecessary risks. Please reassure us that you'll skip the the cliff diving going forward (?) Prudence is a virtue.

Such a world that we live in now where people feel entitled to intimidate and harass other people. This is social violence, and we all need to stand up against it just as we stand up against physical violence. Good on you, Jill, to stand up against it. Let’s all do that and maybe we can make a shift.

Don't diss the geckos; they eat roaches. And if you live in Hawaii, you learn to be grateful for anything that does!

Thankful for the whale soup and hopeful that helped paint over the ugliness you encountered at the Maui portion of your tour. You are probably correct, Jill, that they are paid pharma agitators but I would also remind you there is a silent majority on the island that love Robert and what he did (and continues to do) to save lives and inform. Hawaii is such a beautiful paradise, but nothing beats being back home in your own bed... Or floor! Ha!

You'll need to add to your curriculum vitae 'Eco-political medical journalism-at-large'. Out of the overreach of the repressive non-sensical mandates and false news and enforced censorship we had to live through of last year's, has emerged a new voice for truth-freedom in our day.  I'm encouraged by the work people like yourselves are doing, as well, MAHA, under RFKJr., CHD, and other medical-freedom-fighters. Oh - one more thing, I too found geckos delightful after I discovered they are nature's (chemical-free) and cost-free best insect fighters going. Lived briefly in Okinawa on a military base (late 90s), and what first repulsed me (geckos on the ceiling and walls), I soon learned from the islanders, not to kill them, but just leave them alone. They won't bother you, don't want friendship with humans, lol, they just want bugs. I let them enjoy the insect buffet on the island and we got along just fine. Never had to spray a thing, or set out any traps. Which leads me to believe, that viruses, and disease processes work the same way. If we allow the brilliance of what the Chief scientist and architect of humanity to do (God), He already placed the best ecosystem on our doorsteps: let nature do what it was designed to do, and stop mucking up the works. Ok, there's my rant for today. Yes - GECKOS are our friends: they work for bugs. Will leave your home after their meal. What could be better than that?

Thank-you for sharing so many highlights from your trip. I am very sorry that you had that negative experience at your speaking engagement on Maui. The kind of obsessive behavior on the part of Sasha L. surely indicates a mental illness. What makes her especially dangerous is her ability to influence & rile-up others. I agree that traveling with your own security person may be needed. If you set-up a separate fund for that, I will happily contribute.
