Happy Father’s Day!!

People in general struggle to do what is right. Inside all of us a battle goes on every day. Most times the easy choice isn’t the best one.

“Spirit and Flesh” refers to a duality within human nature. “Flesh” represents our physical body, earthly desires, and sinful inclinations. “Spirit” signifies our inner, spiritual being, our connection to God, and our ability to receive spiritual guidance. This duality highlights the ongoing struggle between our natural desires and our desire to please God.

In my whole life I have never witnessed a bigger struggle between Spirit and flesh than what I’ve witnessed over these past 5 years. This division, in my mind, were the people choosing flesh, people that profited while knowingly harming other people, and those who choose spirit, people that chose to teach others about these harms others were doing to them, even while putting their own livelihoods and freedoms at risk. It’s obvious Dr. Malone you chose Spirit over Flesh.

On a smaller scale, but certainly not insignificant are these politicians and organizers that choose violence over the law for their own political and financial gain. How is looting a store, burning cars or burning down a city helpful to the democrat’s cause of keeping illegal aliens in these sanctuary cities, it’s pure evil. Intimidation is not a spiritual action. Here again they choose flesh over spirit. It’s truly shameful!

The war within is a constant struggle between the desires of the flesh and the guidance of the spirit. The struggle is a normal part of life and should be seen as an opportunity for spiritual growth. Ultimately victory lies in choosing to be led by spirit, relying on Gods guidance to overcome the desires of the flesh.

Galatians 5:16-17

“I say, walk by the spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other”.

Stay in Spirit. Happy Sunday everyone!

Pray for peace for all of God’s children. History shows there has not been much peace on earth. It’s a constant battle between the forces of good versus evil.

God bless the fathers who stand up for good. Happy Father’s Day, James.

Many are unaware what all these vaccines have done to the human mind. particularly since the 1950s, when they became part of regular baby care. Who knew what they were composed of...and how they would affect the mind and body? If I had known, even then that there was aluminum, mercury and formaldehyde in them...I would never have permitted the doctor to give them to my infant. I was aware in 1957 that mercury caused Mad Hatter's Disease in the early 1900s...and my dad had sent me a published article about aluminum creating brain damage. I immediately threw out a brand new set of aluminum cookware. I had learned about formaldehyde in high school being used in embalming fluid...and would never have consented to my child being given vaccines.. All of the above elements and more wipe out the glands in the brain, such as, the hypothalamus, the pituitary and the pineal gland. These glands contribute to the mind's ability to think...and the pineal gland in particular is thought to be the seat of consciousness....our spiritual connection to our Creator. It is no wonder that so many have lost their connection to the Infinite.

There may be some truth to that. I do remember when I had Covid.. I felt like my brain was being impacted: I HAD A HEADACHE which I never get.. and took about 1000 mg os aspirin.. for about three days and Z Pack but I had this feeling like I couldn't communicate with God.. which after the Covid was finally OVER.. all returned to normal but it was strange almost like a mini stroke. I remember praying while I was very sick. I did think I would die.. that is how sick I was.. (DID NOT GO THE HOSPITAL).. and normally I feel like I am in contact w/ the Lord and I felt like I was not in contact.. with the Lord.. I am a born Christian so I always feel God's presence in my spirit. ALL IS BACK TO NORMAL. Yuo are the first person I heard mention the PINEAL GLAND which is the like a third eye (actually physically as well) in our brain. Psalms says "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well."

My grandmother told me, when I was 4 years old that God loved me...and I took it to heart. I wanted to be with God, because God was love. All my life I have felt a closeness...and have never felt alone. I have total faith, because I have seen many miracles in my life, but I never felt guided to join any religion. I just believe strongly in the One who created all life.

Well said. Humanity is at the Gates of Hell that are being opened. RFK has been appointed the Gate closer. Pray he succeeds. We have to stop usurping the creators design for all living things. I have seen it.. amazing how many other people have seen Rodin's Gates of Hell. I have a poster from when I saw in 1982 when the entire Rodin Collection was actually here in the National Gallery of Art. The collection was called RODIN DISCOVERED. I loved it so much I had the poster framed and it on my wall. I went with friends and family back when one could go the National GALLERY.. which is still an amazing place. https://www.nga.gov/exhibitions/rodin-rediscovered There it is. To this day I can still remember the exhibit it was so HUGE.

Sadly. without adults to teach us, many grow up not knowing what the right choice is. The reason in 2016 Bernie Sanders plan for our inner cities included parenting classes. He believed if a child didn't have a decent parent he/she would probably not know how to be one. I have seen examples of this in many sad situations. Parenting is taught.

"How is looting a store, burning cars or burning down a city helpful to the democrat’s cause of keeping illegal aliens in these sanctuary cities"

This was my question until I looked at the whole thing a bit differently. I'm starting to think that it's not about keeping illegals in sanctuary cities but rather, it is that the massive influx of criminal, often violent aliens is an important Democrat tool to foment the chaos they plan to create in order to collapse our whole system.

CMCM, I do realize the globalists would love to take down America and soak up all of the spoils that go with it. The Democrat “platform” has used these violent protests as a tool to get into power, basically saying to hell with America. Elect us over Trump, wasn’t that the game plan in 2020? I clearly remember Mad Maxine Waters telling people to get out in the streets and if you see a Republican get in their face and tell them they’re not welcomed in gasOline stations or restaurants etc. Nancy Pelosi brushing off statues being ripped down in thrown into the ocean as well people do what people do. Or how about their vice president pick, Kamala Harris, saying these violent protestors shouldn’t stop and won’t stop even after the election. She herself created a fund to bail out violent law breakers and put them back on the street. Some were arrested for violent assault and battery or worse. These were the George Floyd riots where Democrat governors and mayors allowed sections of their cities to be taken over and murders occurred, over 40 murders. Almost always no arrests. Look at their leniency towards all of the riots they allowed in their cities and then their reaction to January 6ers. They even used that in their “platform” to gain power. Now they’re trying to use it again with the media again saying mostly peaceful, what a joke! It’s definitely a Democrat TOOL, part of the democrat “platform”, to use violence. Don’t forget Schumer sicking these crazy protesters on conservative Supreme Court Judges. And Merrick Garland being complicit with them breaking the law protesting at their houses. The democrats put onto the internet where they live.

Putting people in jail to me is violent. Canceling people and how they make a living is violence. Bailing violent people out of jail so they can go back out and assault again is violence. Giving out peoples addresses so crazy violent protestors will illegally go to their houses is violence. Using violence to coerce a judge is violence. Threatening a judges kids to change a ruling is violence. This is the democrat “platform”!! Violence = democrat and democrat = violence. These socialists run parallel like the 1930’s - 1940’s German brown shirts. They take much of their “platform” from the Nazi’s.

I think we can never lose sight of the fact that so very many democrat voters are not well informed about what the party is/has been doing. Nearly half the voters voted for them and I'm not sure all those Harris voters will change to more rational voting in the next election. Being a die-hard democrat is their religion. But on the other hand, given the dem cheating apparatus maybe the voters aren't all that important, who knows.

I was surprised on No Kings day last Saturday when I saw such a huge number of older protesters in the crowd--70's and older. I have to think they were part of the 1960s anti-war group that were so angry and violent, and here we are 60+ years later and they are the same. Still, as their disarray increases, I have hope that the dems will be locked out of power for a long time to come.

Yesterday our nation celebrated the 250th Birthday of the United States Army—my branch of service—Flag Day, and Trump’s Birthday!!!

The parade was Patriotic, which is Trump’s M.O., and that wave of love for our nation extended from coast to coast to include Alaska and Hawaii, and the world at large.

It eclipsed the Marxist Democratic Party riots in L.A. and other cities who are governed by delusional leaders who hate freedom and America. As a Veteran of the Army, I enjoyed what I saw of the parade, and memories of my service entered my mind and heart—it was a privilege, honor, and joy. I’m grateful for Trump and Hegseth retuning our military back to its mission—war fighting.

In 1976, when I joined the Army, this was the first of 6 points to the Military Code of Conduct:

1. “I am an American Fighting Man. I serve in the forces which guard my country and way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.”

That did not end when I exited the Army—I am still an American Fighting Man guarding my nation and way of life. I’m just older and slower, but my heart has never wavered from my duty as a citizen of the United States of America.

May God bless America as America returns to blessing God. 🇺🇸

Happy Sunday!

One other thing, if anyone needed further proof about how left leaning our dominant media is - all day long 99% of what I heard in the newz yesterday was concerning the “protestors,” 1% about the groundpounder’s (army - sorry, marine bias 😊) 250th. No details, no nuthin’.

The evening news wasn’t any better - the one clip about the parade was just a leadin for some fool Demonrat (Sen/Rep 🤷‍♀️) badmouthing POTUS Trump for having a parade celebrating our US Army.

Makes me sick.

My happy father's day gift is I think I have my wife back!

She was released from the hospital on 6-11-25. The drug holiday they did there along with another course of antibiotics has her about 95% her old self. On a fraction of scripts after taking her to the ER on memorial day. Having some short term memory issues, really covering the last couple of months.

So I am cautiously optimistic we found our way out of the 5 month nightmare. She has been cooking and cleaning, working in her gardens, planting and arranging all her pots and hanging plants.

I need to finish "Unshrunk" when I can find a little time.

Happy Fathers day One and All!

My top assumptions when someone rings my doorbell:

1) They've spotted a potentially problematic flaw in my roof as they drove by, and they can help with that.

2) I'm about to hear someone cast aspersions on the grooming of my trees and shrubs.

3) I am to be formally invited to the Jehohah's Witness assembly a couple of blocks away.

4) One of 3 utility companies has to get to the boxes in the fence corner of my back yard. I have no grounds to tell them to get lost.

5) A package will appear at the foot of the door, left by a delivery person who, bless them, has nothing at all to speak with me about.

It has happened that my visitor was sufficiently bold and oblivious that I had to point to the placard on my front door. The placard that reads "NO SOLICITING...Thank You." I keep a 1" oak dowel just inside, in case of extreme persistence.

Father's Day is always a bit of a conundrum for me. My father loved me and he was a violent alcoholic. I have read of so many men abandoning their families, this has gone on for centuries. Not that women don't leave also, but usually for different reasons. Sometimes parenting is taught by making a decision to Not do what your parents did. My son has been a great parent, even tho his father didn't get his sh*t together, and my son ended up paying for his funeral expenses on top of it! So I especially appreciate the men who rise above the hurt and are examples of caring, nurturing human beings!

Lion, Chunky, Little Girl with the Gleam in her Eyes!! What do they have in common? Me laughing myself silly.

Speaking of silly, we watched a 2 part series on Steve Martin a couple nights ago. He, of course, was a big part of my young adult era with "Saturday Night Life" silliness. I also saw him often on the streets of Aspen when I lived there, tho never actually was brave enough to say "Hi". What struck me in watching the show - he was actually a very lonely and hurt young man, his father being of the 'spare the rod, spoil the child' camp. His dad seemed of the 'spare the verbal/physical love persona. Many children of the 50s probably can relate. Steve seems to have spent his entire career trying to win Dad's love. Toward the end of his dad's live, I believe there was finally a note indicating some pride in his son. I almost thought watching the show that at 75 Steve was not married. Luckily, he has found love and friendship with a wife, child and a best buddy, Martin Short.

I, too, struggled with finding a child's version of a dad's love. He only knew a Military life after his mom died (Military School/then Navy in WWII). Not hearing love words or getting hugs/kisses, not getting a dress up dad or a come for tea dad, or even a play ball in yard dad, but instead, a stop your blubbering dad or a clean your plate dad was daunting (can you say scary). My dad didn't have the patience of the dad in the quote I copied below, but he Was known to rearrange his undies! And like Steve, toward the end, we made peace. Dad mellowed and we talked. I know he sacrificed to give my sister, myself and my mom a good, clean, safe life. We never wanted for necessities. For me, that is a happy ending!!

I guess I'm just saying, if you still have a dad to say special words to...reach out, even if they struggle to do so. It's amazing how fast the time flies by.
