Just like man nations face dark times as well. It’s in these times, when things aren’t well, people of faith turn to prayer.
During Covid while Joe Biden occupied the White House, it seemed we were in the darkest of times in recent memory. Everyday I would pray that Americans would wake up, stand up, and stop the government from consciously taking away peoples liberties and freedoms. I’d pray that I wasn’t alone. For years it stayed dark, it seemed things would never change.
In times of war, we pray that our soldiers stay safe. That in the darkness of war America will be successful, quickly obtain its goals and that conflict will bring peace.
In the Book of Genesis it begins by telling us how God created everything. The world was in darkness, (“darkness was over the face of the deep,” Genesis 1:2) before God created light. Therefore the first day begins in darkness and ends with light. You would think the first day would start with the sunrise but it doesn’t, it starts in the dark. While some may say this is the setting of a 24 hour day others suggest that in the Bibles view light and hope follow darkness.
It’s incredible that in the darkness, if we didn’t know what time it was, things wouldn’t seem to really change. It could be any time of night, there is no sign that change is taking place. But at 12 midnight, at that one instance, when nothing seems any different, it goes from pm to am, a new day begins. On purpose God chose to start a new day in the dark. It’s symbolic of how He works in our lives. He gives us a promise. He says we’ve come into a new day and light will follow.
The moment we pray the tide of the battle turns. The darkness doesn’t mean things haven’t changed. Darkness is not a sign that God is not working, that He didn’t hear our prayer. We have to walk by faith and not by sight. You may not see it but when you prayed you left the pm and came into the am. It’s a new day, the light is on its way. We all have to live by faith. No matter what we’ve been through, if we have faith and we pray, it may not be immediate, but in Gods time the light of day will shine on you, and you will find your peace. Keep your faith! This spoke to me in a way of balm as I grieve the loss of our 3 children…again…and again. That it’s over a span of 43 years is absolutely irrelevant, no matter what folks say. Knowing all the “stuff” doesn’t make it OK. (I’m a Grief counselor)
When one is in the dark in spite of deep, intimate faith in a living Creator/Savior it’s indigo with no corresponding color wheel opposite. You brought awareness that it’s there. I just can’t see it yet. Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear that. yes you are a grief counselor so you know that and all the stages of Grief.. as a born Christian myself I know one has to move out of that space having lost my entire immediate family recently.. my sister and then I was so amazed, her partner of 25 years not married to her but he took care of her w/ me and medical team of caregivers, for the last 3 1/2 years: GARY.. died last month. just like that. Turbo Cancer of Liver and Prostate died March 20 his funeral was March 31rst. I know Funerals are for the living but one after another is really shock to the regardless of my faith as I unpack their deaths.. at my age. Lord Be WITH YOU. :)
Patricia I’m so sorry for your loss. Your sorrow is perfectly understandable. Grief has no timeline. I like to think that all children are Gods children and you were blessed with their stewardship for a time. My wish for you is that your grief may turn to hope that you WILL one day reunite with your children. I’m sure you have struggled with this but know one day you all will be together and try to turn grief into that hope.
Same to you. yes I had a rough night last night. just super tired and under the weather.. and whenever I woke up I would PRAY.. like I have done for years.. for God's presence and guidance.. and lift up my family and friends. in prayer. THANKS .. :) PRAY TODAY AND TONIGHT. Praying is easier at night.. without the world pounding on your door.. via text, phone etc. I don't bring a phone or TV and haven't for years to my "bedroom" the SLEEPING AND PRAYING area of my home. :)
Great analogy James. Those who choose the light will easily see the wisdom of your comparison. Unfortunately, for those who take comfort being in darkness, they will see the results in reverse. Please keep your wisdom flowing.
I was pleased to see this morning that a vast majority of younger people are going back to religion/Jesus/worship. The main reason was they were looking for purpose and being.

That’s due to the court order, which the executive branch doesn’t control. Trump isn’t to blame for that. The disclaimer indicates the position of the administration. Kennedy and Trump both have made a lot of headway and deserve credit for it. You can’t reverse course on something way bigger than an aircraft carrier at the drop of a hat, especially when lunatic judges keep trying to sabotage everything. It’s two steps forward, one step back, but we are making progress.

And he is the only one I ever remember wiping the smug smile off Becerra's face, drawing a sheen of sweat.

I, too, followed Dr Robt Malone WHEREVER I could find him & I knew I could trust his voice, & I credit him in being instrumental in my deciding to NOT get the jab(s) at all costs! BECAUSE he kept getting censored, I figured he was on to something! I used to trust a few others from the FLLCC or whatever the initials are, such as Dr McCullough, but have dropped him as a trusted source as credible for info since his newfangled company seems just as wonky as the other Big Pharma companies. Not many left to follow & feel trusting of. Dr Malone to this day has not lost my trust. So far, so good!
Dr. McCullough was never part of the FLCCC (aka now renamed, IMAhealth.org). He went on a different path, I agree, and I also stopped "following" or recommending him as a trusted resource.
I do remember this back in 2021! I did not get any covid jabs, as I did not entirely believe this was real- seriously- how could our own government mandate every citizen be forced to get this vaccine? The propaganda that continued back in 2020-2024 about how this pandemic began, the where-who-how it spread, then the continued “air-time-messages” from the CDC, & how the public needs to get vaccinated! I never bought into this, & I thank God every day for my health, & the wisdom to not get a “flu shot”. In my mind, it was misleading & wrong what so many “top-notch”, trained professionals, along with our government, did to the American people, & of course, other countries involvement.

I took pics of local gas station prices when Biden was President.. a few of them were above $5.00/gal. In Ohio.. not CA! Most were above $4.00/gal. We dealt with it & waited for his term to be over.
I do remember our gas prices during Biden’s administration, were in the $3.15-3.29/gal range. When Trump took office in 2025, our prices started dropping, & before the conflict, we had gas as low as 2.15 in our county Some stations had $1.99/gal in the Denver area. Yesterday, I needed gas, & paid $4.09/gal; I got 11.00 gallons, & I paid $50.03! I can’t fill my truck up until this conflict & the Hormuz is open full-time. I’m tired of this.

I’m surprised the mRNA “vaccines” didn’t make the list. I (and many others) suspect that if an honest accounting is ever made (I know, don’t hold your breath!) the ultimate toll of dead and seriously injured will be in the millions, perhaps tens of millions. A good case can be made that it’ll likely be one of the deadliest medical interventions ever by a large margin.
Totally agree. One of the best summaries of the blindness and corruption of the medical profession. It goes way back. In 1847 Dr. Semmelweiss advised doctors to wash their hands after doing autopsies and then delivering babies, resulting in a drastic reduction of maternal deaths. He ended up dying in a mental institution from an infection for his efforts. Let’s hope that AI makes doctors wake up to their ignorance and make them become a little more humble.
Have you used AI? I use it for genealogy and some other things and let me tell you it does not give accurate data. If you don't have a really good idea of what the answer should be so that you can fact check the AI, You'd better not be relying on it. The thought of AI controlling medicine or anything else of importance scares the tar out of me. The fact that the military is using AI to make decisions should scare everybody.
Doctors are worried that AI will make them obsolete, so maybe that threat will make them be more careful and not as arrogant. The plus side of AI or the internet generally is that more patients are informing themselves and not blindly following doctor's orders. Given that medical mistakes and pharmaceuticals are among the leading causes of death, I don't think things could get much worse than they are now.
Having just retired after 48 years of being a primary care and hospice physician I can attest to the truth of everything written regarding "medical truth" and, logically, it makes sense to question everything now as well. I figured out how to treat the fluid overload of heart failure patients put on hospice, as I often discharged them alive within a few months, but nobody seems to be interested.

Very good set. Start with decades of “medical” advice. Reagan jobs, Aristotle advice, Swalwell how’s your drink? As far as cholesterol pathway a 30 step pathway. Why called the cholesterol pathway when two other steroids at the end testosterone and estrogen. So statins inhibit your hormone productions. Statin inhibitors inhibit at step 5. This entire cholesterol inhibition marketing is a true boondoggle menace. Unfortunately docs did not all understand the biochemistry they were taught. Meanwhile there are many important molecules generated by the pathway from step 5 to 30, such as quinones very important for muscles such as the heart and all others. Muscle pain often causes folks to get off statins, thankfully!! No doubt Doc Malone is familiar with all of this having been very versed in biochemistry.
There is biochem and then there is med school biochem. I took a med school biochem course in grad school and had to make a C or better, the med students were on pass/fail, ie.. D or better.
Truly sad that docs can’t figure out the true nature of the testosterone/estrogen/cholesterol pathway Actually cholesterol is an important cell membrane component. However, Some docs do appear to have somewhat mastered how to deal with afflictions. My brother who is an internal medicine/psychiatrist with a not high cholesterol count was advised by his doc to take a statin just to be safe and he does!! Ridiculous! We were in Milwaukee as husband overseeing Aldrich Chem selling 80,000 chemicals around the world, catalogue 7 languages. Maybe you used catalogue. Thanks for being part of doc Malone’s commentators. He is obviously very experienced in the world of biochem and government science (so called) and is doing lots of writing along with Jill. It is interesting that education level in govt science maybe public health trained are not the best, as list of medical disasters points out.
Totally agree! If somehow the cholesterol molecule were discovered today, it would be hailed as a miracle compound: The substrate for all the sex hormones, vit D variations, and corticosteroids. Add to this it's crucial and ubiquitous role in cell membrane transport and stability. Our livers manufacture massive amounts for cellular health. In most case, all-cause outcomes do not favor lowering cholesterol levels. Yet, the ease that a clinician reaches for his/her prescription pad to write a statin order is ridiculous (or criminal).
As a retired white haired physician I can tell you that the timeline presented on diet and medications is my lived experience. Add to this 2002 estrogen causes breast cancer. There are many more fallacies as well and I could go on. I’m pleased that I learned from the thalidomide scandal (well before I started my training) and developed a healthy dose of skepticism about all of the “new breakthrough” medications. The food pyramid had me until about 1995.
I’m proud to have resisted the tide of expert recommendation in the latter half of my career.
Worst case scenario seems to be that the estrogen sensitive tumor was likely there only to possibly show up sooner while on estrogen replacement therapy. The remarkable finding is that women using estrogen replacement have higher survival rate compared to those not using with an estrogen receptor positive tumor. As an aside, My dear wife has survived 2 separate breast cancers 22 years apart for no particular reason initially but later genetic testing gave the answers an obscure ticking time bomb gene. She’s great now.
So surprising that ERT results in higher survival rate. (I'm trusting that finding was not arrived at by the company that produces estrogen...these days, you never know.)

The year is 2008. Your doctor checks your cholesterol. Your LDL is elevated. You are prescribed a statin. Nobody mentions that the number needed to treat for primary prevention is approximately 250. Nobody mentions that the muscle deterioration you'll notice over the next two years is listed as a rare side effect rather than a documented pattern affecting a meaningful percentage of patients. The trial that informed the prescription was funded by the manufacturer.
Looks like Homer's in the midst of a cold snap. Me too. Lucky my planting has been minimal. The HVAC control device tells me it's low-40s outside. My phone tells me it's mid-40s outside. I set the phone on the control device to let them sort out their differences.

I asked, "How about I revise my diet; think that would help?' Response: "Sure. Diet modification works." Add that to the teeter-totter of the confusing world in which we live! In the Book of Genesis it begins by telling us how God created everything. The world was in darkness, (“darkness was over the face of the deep,” Genesis 1:2) before God created light. Therefore the first day begins in darkness and ends with light. You would think the first day would start with the sunrise but it doesn’t, it starts in the dark. While some may say this is the setting of a 24 hour day others suggest that in the Bibles view light and hope follow darkness.
It’s incredible that in the darkness, if we didn’t know what time it was, things wouldn’t seem to really change. It could be any time of night, there is no sign that change is taking place. But at 12 midnight, at that one instance, when nothing seems any different, it goes from pm to am, a new day begins. On purpose God chose to start a new day in the dark. It’s symbolic of how He works in our lives. He gives us a promise. He says we’ve come into a new day and light will follow.
The moment we pray the tide of the battle turns. The darkness doesn’t mean things haven’t changed. Darkness is not a sign that God is not working, that He didn’t hear our prayer. We have to walk by faith and not by sight. You may not see it but when you prayed you left the pm and came into the am. It’s a new day, the light is on its way. We all have to live by faith. No matter what we’ve been through, if we have faith and we pray, it may not be immediate, but in Gods time the light of day will shine on you, and you will find your peace. Keep your faith! I am so sorry to hear that. yes you are a grief counselor so you know that and all the stages of Grief.. as a born Christian myself I know one has to move out of that space having lost my entire immediate family recently.. my sister and then I was so amazed, her partner of 25 years not married to her but he took care of her w/ me and medical team of caregivers, for the last 3 1/2 years: GARY.. died last month. just like that. Turbo Cancer of Liver and Prostate died March 20 his funeral was March 31rst. I know Funerals are for the living but one after another is really shock to the regardless of my faith as I unpack their deaths.. at my age. Lord Be WITH YOU. :)

Patricia I’m so sorry for your loss. Your sorrow is perfectly understandable. Grief has no timeline. I like to think that all children are Gods children and you were blessed with their stewardship for a time. My wish for you is that your grief may turn to hope that you WILL one day reunite with your children. I’m sure you have struggled with this but know one day you all will be together and try to turn grief into that hope.

Not many left to follow & feel trusting of. Dr Malone to this day has not lost my trust. So far, so good!
Dr. McCullough was never part of the FLCCC (aka now renamed, IMAhealth.org). He went on a different path, I agree, and I also stopped "following" or recommending him as a trusted resource.

When Trump took office in 2025, our prices started dropping, & before the conflict, we had gas as low as 2.15 in our county Some stations had $1.99/gal in the Denver area. Yesterday, I needed gas, & paid $4.09/gal; I got 11.00 gallons, & I paid $50.03! I can’t fill my truck up until this conflict & the Hormuz is open full-time. I’m tired of this.

Totally agree. One of the best summaries of the blindness and corruption of the medical profession. It goes way back. In 1847 Dr. Semmelweiss advised doctors to wash their hands after doing autopsies and then delivering babies, resulting in a drastic reduction of maternal deaths. He ended up dying in a mental institution from an infection for his efforts. Let’s hope that AI makes doctors wake up to their ignorance and make them become a little more humble.
Have you used AI? I use it for genealogy and some other things and let me tell you it does not give accurate data. If you don't have a really good idea of what the answer should be so that you can fact check the AI, You'd better not be relying on it. The thought of AI controlling medicine or anything else of importance scares the tar out of me. The fact that the military is using AI to make decisions should scare everybody.
Doctors are worried that AI will make them obsolete, so maybe that threat will make them be more careful and not as arrogant. The plus side of AI or the internet generally is that more patients are informing themselves and not blindly following doctor's orders. Given that medical mistakes and pharmaceuticals are among the leading causes of death, I don't think things could get much worse than they are now.

Having just retired after 48 years of being a primary care and hospice physician I can attest to the truth of everything written regarding "medical truth" and, logically, it makes sense to question everything now as well. I figured out how to treat the fluid overload of heart failure patients put on hospice, as I often discharged them alive within a few months, but nobody seems to be interested.

Very good set. Start with decades of “medical” advice. Reagan jobs, Aristotle advice, Swalwell how’s your drink? As far as cholesterol pathway a 30 step pathway. Why called the cholesterol pathway when two other steroids at the end testosterone and estrogen. So statins inhibit your hormone productions. Statin inhibitors inhibit at step 5. This entire cholesterol inhibition marketing is a true boondoggle menace. Unfortunately docs did not all understand the biochemistry they were taught. Meanwhile there are many important molecules generated by the pathway from step 5 to 30, such as quinones very important for muscles such as the heart and all others. Muscle pain often causes folks to get off statins, thankfully!! No doubt Doc Malone is familiar with all of this having been very versed in biochemistry.
There is biochem and then there is med school biochem. I took a med school biochem course in grad school and had to make a C or better, the med students were on pass/fail, ie.. D or better.
Truly sad that docs can’t figure out the true nature of the testosterone/estrogen/cholesterol pathway Actually cholesterol is an important cell membrane component. However, Some docs do appear to have somewhat mastered how to deal with afflictions. My brother who is an internal medicine/psychiatrist with a not high cholesterol count was advised by his doc to take a statin just to be safe and he does!! Ridiculous! We were in Milwaukee as husband overseeing Aldrich Chem selling 80,000 chemicals around the world, catalogue 7 languages. Maybe you used catalogue. Thanks for being part of doc Malone’s commentators. He is obviously very experienced in the world of biochem and government science (so called) and is doing lots of writing along with Jill. As a retired white haired physician I can tell you that the timeline presented on diet and medications is my lived experience. Add to this 2002 estrogen causes breast cancer. There are many more fallacies as well and I could go on. I’m pleased that I learned from the thalidomide scandal (well before I started my training) and developed a healthy dose of skepticism about all of the “new breakthrough” medications. The food pyramid had me until about 1995.
I’m proud to have resisted the tide of expert recommendation in the latter half of my career.

Martin, So, even tho a lab report states the breast cancer was "hormone sensitive," that does not mean hormones were the cause, or are to be avoided?
Worst case scenario seems to be that the estrogen sensitive tumor was likely there only to possibly show up sooner while on estrogen replacement therapy. The remarkable finding is that women using estrogen replacement have higher survival rate compared to those not using with an estrogen receptor positive tumor. As an aside, My dear wife has survived 2 separate breast cancers 22 years apart for no particular reason initially but later genetic testing gave the answers an obscure ticking time bomb gene. She’s great now.

The year is 2008. Your doctor checks your cholesterol. Your LDL is elevated. You are prescribed a statin. Nobody mentions that the number needed to treat for primary prevention is approximately 250. Nobody mentions that the muscle deterioration you'll notice over the next two years is listed as a rare side effect rather than a documented pattern affecting a meaningful percentage of patients. The trial that informed the prescription was funded by the manufacturer.

I asked, "How about I revise my diet; think that would help?' Response: "Sure. Diet modification works." Add that to the teeter-totter of the confusing world in which we live!
