I don't think you've come up against our "esteemed" senator, Angus King (carpetbagger) Maine.

When you do, and you certainly will, just remember this:

Hoping Charlie Kirk’s memorial today goes off without any violence.

We all have times when we doubt ourselves. We question if we made the best decisions. We’ve all at some point done something wrong that may have hurt someone. A missed opportunity. Someone we should have spent more time with but didn’t. A bad decision we made. We have all made mistakes, but if we continually beat ourselves up over them we will never move forward. Constant dwelling on the negatives won’t help us to do better. Jesus said “Love your neighbor as you love yourself”, you can’t love others without first loving yourself. You can’t give what you don’t have.

The scripture says our faith is made effective when we acknowledge everything good. You can’t go around always acknowledging the negatives, your weaknesses, times we didn’t measure up, times we were undisciplined, your faith is not going to be effective. You need to retrain your mind to see the good, what you did right. Always acknowledging the negatives will make you not feel good about yourself. Start acknowledging all the good things that you’re doing that’s what’s going to help you do better. Being down on yourself not only keeps you from enjoying your life, but it keeps you from rising higher.

Every time I do something good I say God thank you for giving me the opportunity to do something good today. We all have enough enemies in life we don’t need to be against ourself. You have to recognize that the creator of the universe breathed life into you. He’s entrusted you with gifts, talents and abilities. Don’t go through life thinking little of yourself, focusing on your weaknesses dwelling on your failures. Step into your potential show off your talent. When you acknowledge the good when you say Lord thank you for helping me to shine, thank you for your gifts thank you for taking me where I’ve never dreamed, this is when your faith is effective. Start giving yourself credit. The accuser will bring condemnation, guilt, doubt, you don’t deserve it and you shouldn’t believe it, He would love you to feel not worthy. Paul said in Galatians God sees you holy, blameless as without fault. When you asked God to forgive you He cleared that. This is good but you must believe it and put it behind you. Get in agreement with God. If God forgave you, you must now forgive yourself.

Evil focuses on the weak. As we see in blue city after blue city, where people are rewarded to not fend for themselves, evil takes hold of them. We see this in schools where evil goes to the young like moths to a flame. My prayer today is that these young lost souls that are being harmed can find their way to be strong and independent. Let them become aware of the twisted evil being pushed onto them. Let them learn to love themselves the way God created them. Happy Sunday! J.Goodrich

God accepts and approves you right where you are, faults and all. Mistakes, shortcomings, not when you overcome, but right now. He knows you’re on a journey. He’s changing you little by little. He accepts you now, you have to accept yourself. He approves you now, you have to approve yourself.

Thank you! As regards your prayer: those with eyes to see and ears to hear will turn away from that evil. It may take some time, but it will happen. Only a few days ago, when thanking Him, I realised that even in the days when I had turned my back to Him, drifting with the oh-so progressive crowd, He still guided me: even in those days He was close even though i didn't;t know, didn't realise, didn't appreciate, never mind thank Him.

And now I wouldn't know how to live without thankful prayer.

NO KIDDING.. am I being petty? Yes. I have a special "dislike..of OMAR. back to CHARLIE KIRK's I can only say PRAISE THE LORD and I like many believe that God's will not let Charlie's mission be unfulfilled. I suggest you view the video with an open and observant mind. The man in the Brown shirt was part of Mr. Kirk's own security team.

The girl in the red MAGA hat was looking down but after the shot her head turned towards the sound and the man in the brown shirt.

The sound of the shot is up close to the mic. It is not some distant sound. The sound and Mr. Kirks recoiling backwards all match the Brown Man's actions.

For the time being A.I. is still a tool allowing HUMANS to process faster, crunch numbers quicker, extend our reach, etc.

Soon, this tool we call A.I. will return sight to the blind, assist the lame to walk, suss out cures to disease… but neither it nor us will be gods or GOD - it’ll just be an extension of what was given us.

The Communism poster struck a nerve, especially because I just finished reading Bill O'Reilly's new book, Confronting Evil. It was so intense, there were times I audibly gasped and had to put the book down for a few minutes. The sheer numbers of people murdered by these evil creatures is mind boggling. IMHO, Trump is out of his league against Putin. Trump is operating on a reasonably human level. Putin is pure evil. I have Ukrainian and Russian heritage, so the whole situation troubles my heart. But I don't know how this will play out, unless God intervenes. He is the only One powerful enough to crush pure evil.

I understand your feelings, Jean. But you might look into what that war in Ukraine is actually about. (It's for all of us.) Also, this is Putin 2.0--a cousin of Putin 1.0, as I read years ago. There's quite a difference in their faces.

Someone I love and trust a lot, a world leader who also gets much maligned and misunderstood, trusts and relies on Putin 2.0 a lot. You might give some consideration to how and why that could be.

I have to say the Ukrainian situation hasn't been something I've devoted meaningful time to. General impressions at best. IMO As a military operation most of the details are unavailable and military and political experts don't need or wants the masses ideas. From my minimal knowledge I do think our level 4 labs could justify some action. Re Ukranin when attacked ditto. Our (?) labs and NATO explain our involvement. As to who is justified in this matter and directions - gotta say I don't think it's worth my time needed to dig into it. I'd be of no consequence. For all who do dug into it - power and satisfactions. In the end, may right win.

President Donald Trump blasted US Attorney General Pam Bondi, calling her out for failing to prosecute several Deep State coup plotters.

https://www.infowars.com/posts/trump-blasts-bondi-all-talk-no-action-on-guilty-as-hell-schiff-comey-james

In a Truth Social post Saturday that appeared to be a personal message from Trump to his AG, the president fumed asking why nothing had been done to bring charges against ex-FBI Director James Comey, Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), or New York Attorney General Letitia James.

“Pam: I have reviewed over 30 statements and posts saying that, essentially, ‘same old story as last time, all talk, no action. Nothing is being done. What about Comey, Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff, Leticia??? They’re all guilty as hell, but nothing is going to be done.'”

“We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation and credibility. They impeached me twice, and indicted me (5 times!), OVER NOTHING. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!!” Trump added.

Great "funnies, once again. Thank you. And, indeed, Communism/Communist have killed millions. There’s a perception though that communism/socialism is not an active form of governing in the US. Unfortunately, it seems to me that’s a perception not rooted in reality. If we look at each well documented, fundamental Socialist/Communist goal and compare these goals with our reality and how we live in America, we find we are not free in any real sense as envisioned in the Constitution. We live a delusion. For example, socialism pursues the abolition of private property in land and application of all rents of land to public purpose. Does anyone really believe, they own their own house and land? Try not paying property taxes and watch what happens. Another Socialist goal…a heavy, progressive/graduated income tax. Let’s see, where are we on that goal in America? Yes, done. Another Socialist goal is centralization of credit in the hands of the state via a national bank. Done; everyone hangs on the “Fed” and its credit manipulation. Yet another goal…free education for all children in government schools. Check…done. In fact, all of the Socialist/Communist goals have been achieved.

Having a Puttin or a Jinping or a Mao or a Mandami at the head of the Government bureaucracy is not a requirement for living in or enforcing a Socialist country. It can be polite men in white shirts just as easily as an oppressive strongman. Most rational people rooted in objective Truth understand Socialism has come at an enormous cost. How has this happened? The answer is fairly straightforward: Christians sold-out. They’ve traded God’s Law/Word for a lie. Christians are not “shocked” and will not be “shocked” until they hear and obey God’s Word and apply it in all of life and stop limiting God's Law/Word to the Church sphere. They will not be the salt they are called to be until they put off, concerning their former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of their mind, and put on the new man which was created according to God in true righteousness and holiness. In the meantime, and until God’s people repent, God has given insight into what happens and we witness before us if we look up from our iphones and see: Foreigners who live in your land will gain more and more power, while you gradually lose yours. They will have money to lend you, but you will have none to lend them. In the end they will be your rulers.

Your humorous note on booze and money recalls Freewheelin’ Franklin’s comment from the underground comic strip, “The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers” ca. 1972: “Dope will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no dope.” He was referring to weed, or pot, or ganja, whatever…smoking it didn’t affect my long-term memory, but booze damn near killed me way more than once. What I recall most clearly about pot: it was always in short supply, never good enough, and always too expensive. Odd traits for a weed that grows freely upon the face of all the earth.
