Rambling Thoughts on Christmas Day “25”

There is a thing here in America that has been around since its founding, American ruggedness. Most of our freedoms stem from generations that were oppressed by tyranny. The Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution specifically our Bill of Rights were written by people that knew government was inherently corrupt. These rights were put in place to keep power with the citizen and governments power granted to it only with the consent of the people. Even with this knowledge, and all of the safeties written into our founding documents, even with all of the corruptions we have had to live through, all of the injustices where the rich get away with abhorrent crimes, America I would argue is still the greatest place on earth to live. We generally have the best life, it’s the best place to raise a family. My generation had it better than my parent’s generation. My parents generation had it better than my grandparents generation, and even with all our problems our children are far better off than children anywhere else on earth, even as hard as Obama has tried to change this. When I hear leftists say how bad America is I truly get pissed off, because there is no better place on earth to live, their desire is to corrupt the minds of the young. England? France? Germany? Canada? Australia? China? Russia? Take any other country and I’ll show you a nation that has fallen into authoritarianism. This is what angers me, Europe has squandered my father’s sacrifice and the millions of Americans that went there in WW2 to reinstitute their freedom, and they did it by their own hands. I think of my father on the side of the road in Germany with a gunshot hole through his back near death. I think of his death when I was so young, and how hard it was on my mother who was only 59 when he died. I started thinking of all the families that had loved ones serve in the Middle East just to have that idiotic pull out where 13 more young Americans were killed. The same party that praised the withdrawal from Afghanistan doesn’t hesitate to show their hatred for America. They too are squandering Americas greatness.

Yes we certainly have our problems, but we still are better off than the rest of the world. I’ve heard America is the people, your friends, your neighbors, your family, all of us here. Don’t let these leftist talk the young into thinking America is bad or evil, they are liars trying to take power for themselves. J.Goodrich

What we also need to remember is that those founding documents were spawned by the Magna Carta, particularly by news items of imported shiria and barraged by t.v. ads in Spanish or any language other than English.

I agree 💯 you make some important points that we need to some how teach our future generations. I think that is the key. We must teach the children in any way necessary and stop the leftist indoctrination. I think we all need to share our knowledge with people who don't know, for instance, I've encountered so many people who really don't know what true socialism is yet they think it's wonderful until someone explains to them how it really works. Thank you James for helping educate people!

"Gold price yesterday $4529/ounce" Which just shows how badly the dollar has been devalued. In fact, the dollar had lost 98% of its purchasing power from 1913 to 2010, and it's just accelerating. From 2000 to now it lost 47% of its value. $1000 in 1914 would buy what today would cost over $32,058. Put another way, a dollar could buy 1500 mg of gold, and a $20 gold piece contained 30,093 mg of gold. Now a dollar is worth less than 25 mg of gold. Let's hear it for The Fed and inflationary policy! (Oh, btw, historically debasement of coinage was to support wars.)

Joy you are completely correct. In 1971 when we went off the gold standard which basically was defaulting on our contract that you could pay 36 or 40 dollars to the government and they would give you an ounce of gold, well Nixon and the government said yahhh,,, no. If you look at 40 dollars an ounce then and 4500 dollars an ounce now the dollar has lost all of its value.if you look at charts of the gold price and because of computers and machinery production has gone drastically up while real wages have stayed pretty much flat. Add inflation to that and you see why the standard of living has come so far down. We are in scary times now with our currency. Saying to other countries that are buying our debt that they have the full faith and credit of the United States government isn’t cutting it any longer, not when we keep printing 2 trillion dollars a year in phony money. Larry kudlow was on Fox the other day along with dozens of others hiding their heads in the sand saying I just don’t get why gold and silver prices are exploding! This is why, every time they print another trillion dollars they devalue the dollar exponentially. China is also buying up gold and silver. Silver in China is valued at 86 dollars per ounce, 86 dollars!!!! In America it’s 8 dollars less, so everyone is selling to China, they are trying to corner the market in precious metals so they set the rates. This shift in the dollar has made the bankers filthy rich while the middle and lower classes are getting screwed, and Jamie Diamond doesn’t care about the poor. Eventually this will collapse as predicted for a decade or more and the banks will force digital currency, it will be controlled by a new world order… sorry so depressing…

Prior to that time(1933) — in fact, for more than 125 years prior to that time — the official money of the American people had been gold coins and silver coins. That’s because the Constitution mandated gold coins and silver coins as the official money of our nation.

But, gold coins and silver coins cannot be printed, like paper money can. So, FDR used the excuse of an economic “emergency” to declare a permanent end to our constitutional monetary system. Indeed, he did it without even the semblance of a constitutional amendment. And the U.S. Supreme Court upheld his extraordinary “emergency” power to effectively amend the Constitution through executive order and congressional law, even though the Constitution does not delegate“emergency” powers to either the president or the Congress.

Ever since then — year after year, decade after decade — the value of the paper dollar has gone down. That’s because the federal government found it more convenient to pay for its out-of-control welfare-warfare-regulatory programs through newly printed money than by simply raising income taxes on people.

Like. Once again James, you got my blood flowing with appreciation and truth. Not by any effort on my part, I was blessed to be born in the greatest nation on earth. In the comparisons to other countries, we can see all the advantages we receive here in America.

Those that choose to vilify our country do so because they are deliberately encouraged to hate by our educational system, our media, many in the Democrat Party, and numerous groups and companies that monetize that hate to their financial enrichment.

When the love of God was a central theme in our country’s founding, we were a unified people, focused on the opportunities America had to offer by hard work and citizen responsibility. We weren’t a place where you could claim many handouts and benefits without earning them. That theme is the new America, and the new world order, sought so diligently by the communist and socialist of this world.

His hot mic moment with President Medvedev should have cost him the 2012 election, but it didn’t. That’s when chaos in America seemed to escalate, continuing to today. Obama certainly had a barely discussed background. I was fairly suspicious from the beginning due to how little information there was about him. He was a handsome young black man who could read a good speech written by others. Those attributes alone were enough to get him elected by undiscriminating voters who felt good about voting for the first black president. I never found his speeches at all compelling, even though he delivered them well enough. However, if you listen to him speaking recently you get a glimpse of the real Obama, especially in casual interviews and conversations, in which you can clearly see what a hollow man he actually is. Unimpressive, and more recently, angry. It shows on his face, probably because some of what he did is being dismantled. I always found it odd that few if any past associates, students, fellow teachers etc. ever seemed to emerge to talk about how they knew him "back when". People always do that with politicians and celebrities, yet we saw radio silence about Obama. He still. has a mysterious and basically unknown past.

Frankly, I want to see the Federal Reserve ended, the US Treasury make our currency. Bring back the pure copper penny, the pure nickel, the pure silver dime, quarter and dollar and restore the value of our paper currency base on the real metal values. Let the reserve notes be redeemable at the devalued rate they are. 1 fed reserve dollar = 3 cents of the treasury notes. Will it ever happen? Not holding my breath.

Obama and his continual “race baiting” set back Dr. Martin Luther King’s work about 50 years!

Obama was no “savior” for Blacks, or anyone else. More riots happened during his two terms, and most were after his enraging speeches, than any other president. He was a supreme “mixer.” He didn’t temper situations. He inflamed them. And the “third term” he was wishing he could have to “finish his work”……that was the Biden term! I think flooding the country with illegals was HIS IDEA! Obama never acted like an American. He was 100% Kenyan! Too bad he didn’t STAY in Kenya! All roads lead to Obama, yes. But the road does not end there. Obama was a 1000-watt smile who hated America (still does), but he was mostly a puppet while President. People like Valerie Jarrett ran things, but they took orders from elsewhere. Who? Soros gets my vote, but he's likely not alone. There's probably a dozen or so super-wealthy power players who call all the shots regardless of who sits in the Oval Office. Yes, that includes Republicans, especially the Bushes.

Except Trump. Which is why they hate him so badly, have fought so hard to keep him away, and continue to fight him at every turn with the billions (maybe trillions) at their disposal.

Considering he is a Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Virology & Microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine, where he is also Director of the Texas Children's Hospital Center for Vaccine Development and Endowed Chair in Tropical Pediatrics, I would bet my dog (whom I would never give up) he's on the take and probably helped write the Vaccine Bible. Amazing that the moola would be more important than his own child who apparently is autistic.

I about lost my mind when I saw Mn. Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan, (White Earth Nation) in a head covering hijab. These people are desperate to cover their assets, and it has been working for all easily influenced nincompoops. (My new favorite word). As I tuned in to "Face the Nation", I wanted to hear the same predictable rhetoric and I wasn't disappointed. Besides sounding like a crazed old woman hollering at the T.V., I still want to keep up with the daily propaganda being spewed. To think it isn't effective is too innocent for me. Not knowing these things makes it too easy to miss the impact. "The Lies My Government Told Me" isn't mainstream yet, to think so is foolishness! Be aware of the Thief in the Night, and I'm not talking Jesus! ( I couldn't listen to Hotez, after watching face the Nation!)

Obama could really tell the whoppers, but there is none bigger than the one about Islam being an integral part of our founding. The fact is that Islam is a politico-religious onesy. There is no separation of church and state. Freedom might not even be in their vocabulary. Tyranny sure is, albeit censored. Many look at Islamic countries the same way Donald Rumsfeld did, “They will welcome us as liberators.” Muqtada Al Sadr didn’t get the memo. Ataturk in Turkey was the exception, but that was over a century ago, and Recep Erdogan is taking all the necessary steps to correct that mistake.

Great strip! Nothing really humorous, but everything was spot on true. Peter Hotez = wow! I have seen most of his talks over the years but seeing it all strung together in one clip says it all. The source of this clip should be available so we can show it to any who still believe the narrative and are looking to get their 10th booster.
