One of the sad things happening is the left makes health political, as they do most things. They’re not interested in facts, if it’s Trumps HHS Secretary oppose him. This is what I see as the struggle. Somehow people need to get educated. If it’s possible to forward educational essays and articles to people, and show them how processed foods harm them it will become an educated choice they make, an informed consent over what they put into their body.
I’ve always thought spiritually there is ultimate power. Doing the right thing and helping people should be a foundation for this movement. By giving my hard left sister information on the mRNA injections, I got her to refuse more shots, as well as my brother who is conservative. I’m proud of that! It’s amazing by helping people and helping them to see the benefit of doing the right thing, even with strangers, it becomes contagious. J.Goodrich
When I told her I didn’t take the shot, after she asked me, she was shaking her head disappointed. I think it was a lot of explaining and the Brett Weinstein’s video I sent her that made her think this is bad. Boy does she hate Trump and Kennedy. She’s the reason I think with family and friends it’s up to us to try to show them to eat better. I know when my sister sees MAHA it will turn her right off.
My very financially successful nephew age 36 tells me all his "peer group" who took the vaccine are fine. Maybe for the compromised elderly there might be issues, but he sees it as a minor point on all avenues of health issues. He will vaccinate his 4 young children as doctors recommend. They eat moderately healthy but lots of the usual (bad) snacks are available. He stays respectful of his Aunt Helen's opinions (me). So far they are all doing well as are the private school kids and parents they chum with. And so I enjoy and love them and pray to the Universe they somehow manage to stay healthy regardless.
I’m glad your nephew is healthy and had no adverse reactions. From what I understand there were many batches of hot shots that had devastating effects to many people. I believe this goes back to them being manufactured in China, with poor oversight. Dr. Malone got one of these shots. I wish I could say what you’re saying about people around me that got devastating adverse reactions to the mRNA experimental injections. Blood clots, heart attacks, cancers, deaths. Thank God your nephew is ok. O hope he continues to be healthy.
I have read about so many adverse and deadly outcomes. Hard to convince my nephew who would not be interested reading these articles. Much like my nephew in California who took the jabs and teased me about listening to the disinformation dozen. Even as news unfolds substantiating the truth, their minds are closed. This is more confirmed when their spouses, mother and father in-laws took the shots and no adverse events. I am fortunate my husband who took two shots (and probably shed) is also suffering no adverse events. He had COPD at the time and so far it is not worse. He did do a round of ivermectin and hydroxy when we all got the covid flu so thinking that helped him (followed by copious amounts of black seed oil - yummy on salads), quercetin, selenium, zinc, etc. My brother and his partner refused the shots and the nephew reluctantly invited us at Christmas expressing concern they could get covid from us. We declined worried we would get covid or worse from their shedding! It was the strangest of times.
Like. So true, James. The more a choice is viewed through the lense of factual information, rather than emotional influence, the greater the likelihood of making a better decision.
Big Chemo and Big Agra also have skin in the game. Those hired to be the gate keepers in Dc for our health needed to be vetted for honesty, objectivity and a focused knowledge base. Hire the best and brightest and pay them well.!
The people running the left, most definitely do not want people healthy. They have stated they want to kill off a majority of the world population and they want to rule over the ashes.
People 'running the left' are few in number, and they're losing control of the information systems.
Decentralized information allows people to make up their own minds, so I have some hope.
For example, Anandamide on SubStack has some ideas about pasting the tracks to research onto the block chain so nothing can ever be totally suppressed no matter who runs the show. Lot's of people have been working on decentralized archiving, and this is worthy of support.
Great video! I love the fact that RFK Jr is getting some of these big Food processing companies to take out harmful food coloring, and getting them to agree to make our food healthy again. One thing we as citizens can make our food healthy again by cooking from scratch. The crock pot is a great invention for working parents to us as well as insta pots.
I have always cooked from scratch, I am the mad kitchen scientist my husband never had the same meal twice. But I am the exception. But now I am totally vegan, fresh and raw, so I keep myself healthy.
Way too many people do not know how to cook, prepare food, so they eat out 1 or 2 meals a day, yes these too are the sick ones. How do we go about solving this situation?
These days on TikTok Tok etc . There are a lot of tutorials on cooking. Talk to your grandma. When I was growing up we hardly ever ate out. We lived in a farming community with one small restaurant and a hamburger stand that was only open in the Summer.
Home economics cooking classes in school. Mother’s should be teaching there children how to cook. Grandmother’s should teach there grandkids. Cooking from scratch is becoming a lost art. It’s to easy to go to the store and by the prepared food you throw in the microwave. A couple of my nephew’s wives didn’t know how to cook but my nephews knew how to cook so they do most of the cooking. For Christmas I’m getting the girls and women in my family angel food cake pans. I make angel food cake from scratch. It takes 15 egg whites. It tastes so much better than the store bought or mixes. I’m going to then have a demonstration class on how to make them. I had given them all a family cookbook a few Christmas’ ago and didn’t include the angel food cake recipe. I had request for the recipe. I also make a chocolate angel food cake. It is a family favorite for birthdays. I think it is important to hand down family recipes so they don’t get lost. I have a Welsh cookie recipe my grandma brought over from Wales. The Welsh call them Welsh Cakes because they are cooked on the stove top like pancakes.
When I had children at home after the older 4 were in school I went back to school to finish my music degree. I would get up at 6:00am and fall into bed at 12:00 midnight. I was very busy. I finished my degree and adopted a child and had a child at age 46. Stay at home mom’s are busy too. Set up a menu for the week and shop accordingly. Make enough food for two days. You can also make freezer food for the week. Crock pots are great you put everything in turn it on low and then you have dinner for the evening. My kids were seldom sick thank heavens. With my older kids I had no help from my ex husband. But with my dear husband I have now he chips in to help get dinner on. When 3 of my 4 boys were teenager we went through a gallon of milk a day .
For a short video, this covers many of the essentials for health. I had to get past the theatrical presentation which doesn't appeal to my listening model. When the statistics of illness were presented, I felt a wave of inattention and lack of "getting it"; not from me, but most likely the general public. The figures of increased illness are so astronomical that I would bet the average person doesn't really comprehend the magnitude of the figures. Every bit of constant messaging for health is so necessary, just like the effectiveness of the old jingles for gum and cigarettes. I can only hope there are many film makers willing to take on this gigantic mess and have the money available to continue this campaign. Thanks to everyone who was willing to take the time to contribute!
Oddly enough not long ago, Beeman's made chewing gum with real pepsin/spearmint/
peppermint/ clove/teaberry/blackjack/and most had some nicer benefits for oral health and even digestion. The extra saliva in gum chewing can actually aid in digestion.
While keeping bad breath at bay and curbing your appetite. Win -win! Hahaha
I refuse to buy any food from China—I do not trust China’s government, which is in a non-kinetic war with our nation.
I would like to know the alternative to statins, in lowering cholesterol levels, in particular to triglycerides above 300. I understand statin’s dangers, but having an alternative is helpful; otherwise, I’m making decisions in the dark.
I did my own clinical trial of Fish Oil efficacy in lowering Triglycerides some years ago. My Triglycerides were around 400. I started taking 2 fish oil capsules a day and 3 months later got my triglycerides measured again. They had dropped to around 250. I had no other changes to my diet or lifestyle. This wasn’t a scientific study but it was a data point for me. I have been taking fish oil ever since.
I understand; I had "high" cholesterol, 260, took lipitor for many years and it got down to 210. But I slowly got various nerve issues and joint pain, L4, L5, C6 and C7 spinal issues. Ended up having to go to a neurologist once a month. Then I read that lipitor caused nerve issues and high cholesterol is not that bad. So I quit taking it and in about 3 months the nerve issues started to go and now it's been about 3 years and not ONE issue....and I've never felt better! 79yo. Just my experience, I'm no doctor.
In my situation several years ago, I was on a statin, & stopped taking it after reading an article about the dangers of statin drugs. I cut back on sugar & carbs, which in my case, caused my triglycerides to rise. I do believe “we are what we eat”, & I was not on a good path with food choices; then, one year ago, I had emergency surgery from leaky, upper intestines, & had a portion of my intestines taken out. I definitely have changed my diet.
Since I cut way back on beef and switched to chicken, I’m no longer getting neighborly complaints about my mooing and {do I have to say it } I’m enjoying the eggs. 🙄 😖
Oh, so you are “moo-ving along”, & making the neighbors happy? As the slogans states: “Eat Mo Chiken!”….Hilarious! I’m still eating beef- but when it is on sale though. I just made a great batch of chicken soup yesterday, as our cold temps the past couple nights made the soup tastier…don’t know why that is! Hmmm, mind over-matter maybe? Have a great day!
I did try Niacin also, but I stopped taking that because I always got overly heated- I did not like that. Maybe I was not taking it properly, like with food or another reason.
I use the niacin that causes flushing. It can be intense at times, but I know it’s working to open up my capillaries, and lower my cholesterol, but I definite understand the heat. My wife said I look like a lobster. 🤣
I too avoid "food" from China. As to cholesterol, my homeopath and I do not see it as a problem; and I would never take a statin. It may be that exercise will lower cholesterol. Do we really know what it does and how?
In my situation, increased soluble fiber, started cod liver oil, ate more fruits and veggies, increased garlic (fresh) in my salads, (already a grass fed and free range meat eater) and found research from Dr. Berkson that high LDL helps with breast cancer and learned cholesterol is not the cause of heart problems and that the brain needs it. Also, we take CardioCover (amla and nattokinase) at night religiously and during Covid added lumbrokinase. Goodbye statins!
Read, "The Great Cholesterol Con", by Anthony Colpo. About half way through it and so far so good. Had a heart attack in Feb. 2025 and had a stint installed. Cardiac rehab, follow ups, etc. My Doctor and two the cardiac nurses that supervised rehab were not terribly concerned about my overall cholesterol or taking statins. I tried the statins and immediately started having cramps and other issues. I took the beta blocker, blood thinner and aspirin for the minimum recommended six months and now take just the aspirin. Numbers are good and I feel better. Dig up a study out of S. Korea for a long term study of cholesterol numbers vs all cause mortality. Higher cholesterol means one, usually, lives longer.
My normal cholesterol numbers are 200-300...now matter what drugs or supplements I take, amount or type of exercise or changing my diet. Tried all of it. The side effects of the drugs are far worse, in my opinion, than the risk of another heart attack. This works for me, your milage may vary and consult proper medical authorities before making any related decisions.
And I am very careful to avoid foods from China as well.
Human populations of today demand regenerative farming. I'm confident our chemicals could be used far more productively than eating them. A good start would be voting out pharma and big agriculture lap dogs like Warren, Sanders, Blumenthal, etc..
Scientism was almost inevitable. Back in the 50s when russia orbited sputnik there was this uber big push to entice the brighter high school and college students to become scientists totally ignoring the possibility that many may lack the aptitude necessary for that endeavor. And,sure enough a lot of bright students could handle the classwork easy peasy. They were like 1000w bulbs ready to shine but lacked the switch to turn that light on. But their accommodation by academia resulted in a gradual erosion of scientific training such that it is hardly a surprise that they morphed into a clique-ish community where profound pronouncements came to replace profound experimental results.
I especially love the discussion at the beginning with Dr. Malone breaking down the Science vs. Scientism facts. Hard to believe a rational person couldn't understand that set of definitions (with examples)!
Wonderful video, thank you! I hope this goes viral across the country, & help people understand what the MAHA organization is about, & make the changes in food selections, whether it be regenerative farming; completely changing food purchases from processed to home cooked, canned, or grown, this is what needs to happen.
I find it so laughable, but really not, that we now label "regenerative" what was once a normal style of farming, ranching, raising food to eat. Organic is another term I resent. We as a society MUST start recognizing there should be No labeling. It should be normal and natural to have Healthy Food. It should just be beef, it should just be vegetables, it should just be fruit, etc. If it costs a bit more, be willing to give up the fancy new car, clothes, phone, latest Taylor tix, etc. And for the poorest (I'm not talking about the ones who Can work, but don't) among us - why must they not only have to settle for the chips, bad oils, fatty foods from low cost burger joints, but actually be targeted to do so. There should be a system (I've seen where less than perfect foods can be harvested and used) to feed them. I have even been known to pick less than perfect at the store, if it is discounted.
I've been seeing petitions to sign to get momentum building for 'regenerative' trying to bombard our swampy brethren and sistren. Including not passing any hidden agendas on using pesticides and herbicides. Hope those are being seen by all here and getting your signatures.
If there's going to be a rule to abide by, let it be MAHA!
Couldn’t help but laugh at the final cartoon panel. Was in Costco, in line, and there were a couple ladies ahead that resembled that cartoon: one of the gals actually had a cartoon body in that she had pipe cleaner legs, stretchy skin tight pants/leggings, but it was that portion of her body above her legs that did it for me — she looked like a pair of legs sticking out of bowl. If I’ve ever seen such a sight before, I don’t remember when.
I actually had a best friend in college with that body type (as did her dad). Called Barrel or Apple Body type as opposed to Pear. Both she and her dad were way into purging, and he, unfortunately, died early because of it.
Five Women's Body Types are: rectangle, hourglass, pear, inverted triangle, and apple.
As Paul Harvey used to say, "and now you know the rest of the story" .
🤔 I think you missed a 6th woman’s body type, the one that tends to catch my attention; the 2x4 - actually more of a 2x6 or 2x8; then the inverted triangle. Always tended to date athletes: dancers, track, swim, one gal who was the cox for the shell I rowed in - tho tbh, she should’a been a rower, too, and tennis. Pushing 70 and the athletic ladies are getting hard to find - of course, until I get my legs rebuilt, I’m not much in that department myself anymore.
Very compelling video and one that should be shared widely. It addresses the real issues and offers solutions encompassing changing one's lifestyle by adopting a whole foods approach. The challenge is big food and the grocery shelves inundated with poisons that take years of consumption before the damage becomes noticeable. Very insidious. I'm concerned for our farmers being overwhelmed by large corporations that have no desire to produce healthy food for the population if it means reducing their revenues. It's a formidable vertical industry with big food developing the "food" media for disease and then big pharma taking over by producing chemicals to deal exclusively with the side effects of poor health. Neither has any incentives for identifying a health symptom's root cause. This change is still in the grass roots stage, and MAHA offers hope to move beyond grass roots, but it's going to require many of us to get involved to counteract the politicization and polarization. Those are a grim reality when large corporations protect their bottom lines.

Nice to have witnessed a real "Bonafide Hope" in your own personal circles J.G.
Persistence often pays a dividend. Too bad it's not at lightning speeds.
The Tortoise and the Hare are a classic fable about it! Hahaha
A shrink or a hypnotist will not do! Not a strong enough remedy.
She may require a trained Exorcist for 2025 syndromes.
Vital video, with a lot of great points from the interviewees.
If we take personalities out of it, MAHA is where the left and right can work together on something useful.
Deregulating the food production will allow small farmers to participate in regenerative practices.
There is at least 1 USDA employee for every farmer. That's ridiculous.
Have a great day!
Cooking has become my "Love in action" action.

I work from home. I have a music studio

I remember the clove gum, I thought it was uck...
And then Wrigley's captured and cornered the Chewing Gum market.
Along with Baseball cards that had the worst gum in the world.
But the cards now can be worth millions. What a strange world we live in!

CQL, Check the articles from A Midwestern Doctor. There is an index available, alternatives and information on statins are numerous.
I'll take profitable illusions for $100. please.....
What is the "Billion" dollar a year profit grand prize winner.
What are STATINS!
I did not know that. Thanks!!
I did try Niacin also, but I stopped taking that because I always got overly heated- I did not like that. Maybe I was not taking it properly, like with food or another reason.

Some of the elders over 65 may jolly well witness the coming day, dear Dr. Malone.
When all those things you have advocated and strived so hard for become beyond probable.
They become legislation or just a giant awakened awareness about the human "Shelf Life"!
And survival for the youngest Americans is assured a return to wellness on the most high.
Bless her atherosclerotic heart and
God Bless America.
