It’s pitiful that “politics” gets injected into so many meaningful aspects of our lives. ACIP really does need to get back to work and making educated choices for the American people.

Controversy alert...

Honestly, we wish all the federal and state government "health" guidelines and committees would go away. They've only hurt individual and public health (with a few exceptions).

For the most part, modern plumbing, not living in overcrowded conditions, eating clean whole foods, getting exercise, sunshine, sleep, and critical thinking about what we inject, inhale, and ingest will work a whole lot better than all the vaccines in China (or America).

Public health seems to be about politics, money, power, and taxpayer funding, not true health. The COVID era made this glaringly obvious.

It comes down to a matters of integrity, sincerity, morality and situations where self-interest conflict with common good. In a system where "The will of the people" was intended to determine the direction of government through elected officials, how can that objective be met when elected officials are are subordinate to permanent, corrupt bureaucrats and permanently embedded appointees?

Well past time to re-examine our system of "Self Government". We, The People, want our country BACK!!

This is disturbing. However, for me, whatever the AAP recommends, I will do the opposite. If I was looking for medical care for my child, AAP membership would be a negative factor. Might as well say "medical mafia". No thank you.

This administration's failure to pursue truth and disclose to the public the lies surrounding the pandemic and Covid vaccines will likely be its undoing. I don't understand the political calculations involved with Trump's decisions on this matter, although I am no political strategist. Perhaps he felt that by weighing in, it would turn the matter into something political, instead of pursuit of truth and justice. However, it is precisely my belief that Trump would pursue truth and justice regarding the Covid pandemic and vaccines that led to me to vote for him in the last election.

Government and the Medical Industry are all about keeping the money train moving. There is no concern with the people and the lives they are destroying. There was no discussion focusing on any real details, because it would have opened a can of worms. There is absolutely no validity to the use of vaccines. The whole industry was built on erroneous claims...and it would have gone under, if our government had not passed The National Childhood Vaccine InJury Act of 1986....as it was involved in so many multi-million dollar lawsuits for its 'deadly and defective' vaccines, which had injured and killed many. Then our government let it off the hook. it gave the Vaccine Industry the gift of. The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, which removed all its liability for injuries and deaths. It must be ended. Please sign this petition:: https://www.vacsafety.org/petition-repeal-1986-law

Operation Warp Speed is Trump's Achilles heel. If if,comes out that vaccines are as dangerous as they increasingly appear to be, then his bragging about his role in THE JAB will bite him on the butt

pretty-red, old guy's avatar

and it should. My belief is that it HAS already come out that vaccines ARE just that dangerous.

Trumpies Achilles Heel, more specifically, his ultra-narcissistic mind and belief that he alone has the answers that can both save the world and make him the saviour.

I love all the positive things Trumpie has done, don't get me wrong, but his inherent personality, yet a contributor of all his TRUE wins, is also his source of greatest weakness.

We can only hope he will not undo the good results with crapp like this. . .

Why? I think we all know that no matter who is the president, policy is handed down from a larger body with deeper pockets.

There are two types of lies: lies by commission & lies by omission. What happened in this case, are lies largely by omission, which is why the CVs of the ACIP members were not asked for or taken into consideration (among other omission tactics). There are, of course, other examples here, but this one to me, is a glaring example.

Bad judges are like bad scientists - they start with a preferred conclusion and work backwards.

Perhaps the DOJ did not argue the point of qualifications because it would confer legitimacy to the issue of a judge determining qualifications........seems reasonable to me.

Let’s hope for the best after the November election. Politics is a tricky game and we are hoping the R players can push important outcomes eventually.

What an interesting and informative window into the litigation progress. I have always thought that intentional litigation is the Left's big tool to stall the progress of this administration. You have definitely defined how this happens.

It will be interesting if you can learn the answer to your question about the government's intention in the defense of this case. So many questions.

I think about how much money and time is spent on litigation during these past years. It seems to me that SCOTUS had the intention of stopping these injunctions, but apparently they weren't quite plain enough with their language, because the Left doesn't seem to care and there is an abundance of activist judges.

I liked so much of your article and could understand a lot of it. One statement that I liked was: "Congress required balance. It did not appoint federal judges to choose the balance."

Why didn't Kennedy, an attorney of great renown in his own right, "help" the DOJ form their case, or, why wasn't he asked about their strategy, or why did the DOJ ignore any strategy he MAY have offered? Who better to form the strategy?!

Lots of irony here with the HHS run by a top-end attorney while his own ACIP committee is neutralized and him a limp noodle, apparently.

Docs' Malone are right: Something is stinky in this province of Denmark. Lots is NOT being said out loud.

Could it simply be that Susie's strategy is wagging this dog? Not Trump, not Kennedy, not the DOJ. And then, let's ask. . . WHO exactly is running Susie?

The fix is in. Money buys "the science" and politicians, in turn they so easily seduces the majority who suffer from mass formation psychosis. People don't seek out truth, they are too lazy, foolish, and/or lack the critical thinking skills to discover honest legitimate "expertise". They want someone "really smart", to tell them the big pharma funded approved narrative. As far as governments and politicians go.. ultimately, between corruption, and satanic influence, it should be obvious that no saviour is to be found there.

It seems Murphy’s Law was already in full swing under Kennedy’s HHS before Murphy’s ruling.
