I would love to see this judge’s financial records.

Ditto! Big Pharma’s fingerprints are all over this action. Not a coincidence that Boston is the world’s hub for pharma.

Welcome to the Commywealth of Massachusetts. I’m afraid that even if the save act were to pass the commy’s will time it just right, drag it through the courts and by Election Day it will still be tied up. Everything they do is to delay delay delay, keep dragging things out. In 7 months, the way things are going, the Dems have a good shot of taking both houses, God help us…

James. You are an excellent writer yourself. Why not, as a Constituent of the C of Mass. pen a missive to this judge and give your opinion, as a voter with rights, on all the points you feel should be addressed in his wrongful passing of this travesty. This in order to imply a change to his livelihood. Possibly you can find cohorts in and around you for additional signatures? Mail to Aaron Siri?

Make this Jacobite ruling against the current administration sweat in his black robed undies!

One ignorant judge will never convince me the world is flat. Stay the course. We are with you all the way.

The judge is not wrong. He’s simply lying.

Who greased the judges palm? To question your credentials is like checking Thomas Edison credentials on the light bulb.

In my opinion (humbly offered) it’s worse than money. Evil has its rewards, money is just one of them. Self righteous power over others is another. Think about all the wrongs done to others. Not all of them result in monetary gain. In fact, a lot of them result in no financial gain. Explain Charlie Kirk’s shooter. If he thought at all about the consequences, it wasn’t a life of freedom and luxury he was promised or expecting.

Question: WHAT can "legally" be done to STOP Un-ELECTED federal Leftist/Communist "judges" from making UNCONSTITUTIONAL edicts to stop Any and ALL actions by the EXECUTIVE Office?

The so-called SUPREME Court is AWOL concerning lower courts UNCONSTITUTIONAL rulings.

Tom Daniel's avatar

Come to think of it, being that ALL, repeat, ALL "federal' courts under the Supreme Court - were CREATED by the CONGRESS - and FUNDED by US TAXPAYERS - The CONGRESS

is the only "legal" body that CAN remedy PROBLEM of the out-of-control (district) judges.

(IF) the House & Senate had the pelotas, they could DE-FUND regional ROGUE courts and ROGUE "judges." But (unfortunately) The House & Senate do NOT (display ANY "pelotas" and will NOT rid our Republic of UN-ELECTED so-called judges - who clearly have NEVER READ the U.S. CONSTITUTION - they all SWEAR to UPHOLD!

It behooves me to see how things are following the footsteps of suppression that we have been battling since 2020. It's simply a horse of a different color. But still a horse folks.

As grandmother of a 14 year old autistic boy who was perfectly normal, super bright and happy until the doctor in his wisdom gave him at 2 years of age all vaxx required up to 16. Within two days he was on tippy toes and by 2 weeks he was nonverbal and is to this day. His mom who was 20 at the time didn't know any better to object to this insanity made her life restricted just to try and do the best for him with nothing left for life in general.

The vaxx schedules are insane. The resistance that Dr Malone and RFK encounter at every turn is indicative of how rotten the system is. I'm pessimistic that it can be fixed.

Between the professional organizations that are determined to keep as many vaccines on the childhood vaccine schedule as possible & the federal judges who support them, it is an endless uphill battle to protect children (& adults) from the many harms these vaccines pose. Two recent good books on this topic are: "Unavoidably Unsafe" - Childhood Vaccines Reconsidered by Edward Geehr, MD & Jeffrey Barke, MD & "Unavoidably Unsafe" - (for adult vaccines) : A Physician's Guide to Vaccine Safety, Effectiveness, & Your Right to Choose, also by Edward Geehr, MD & Jeffrey Barke. MD. Those trying to block any progress on this front need to read these books. Sadly, we've turned into an "opt-out" society, where insults keep continuing, in many ways & forms, until we refuse them.

I made my doctor write it in my medical notes he so loves to tap out while I visit with him that I would NEVER take another vaccine of any kind ever again and he can damn well put it in black and white. And that goes for those stupid statins he pushes too. It seems it’s going to come down to an individual fight to the finish.

Good move, Barbara. One thing I recently learned is that if you should end-up in an Intensive Care Unit, your rights pretty much evaporate. I learned this in a very recent interview of Scott Schara by Naomi Wolf. Scott Schara was Grace Schara's father. You may remember that Grace was medically killed by such protocols in the hospital, during covid. He has written a book (which I have just ordered) called, "Is The Government Killing Us"? Is The Evidence Obvious? How Fear of Death & the Illusion of Freedom Turn Us Into Accomplices of Evil. Here is the interview of Scott Schara by Naomi Wolf...https://naomiwolf.substack.com/p/is-the-government-legally-killing?utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=web

Yes, I know. A friend, father of 10 was murdered by Covid protocols against everyone’s wishes including his. They could have let him go home which is what he wanted. Instead they sedated him with morphine until he did die!! That was the end of my trust. But when really sick, what do you do???

Debra Nolasco's avatar

There is a site that provides a form for just this purpose. You would need to fill out the form in advance & take it with you to the hospital. I cannot remember the name of the site, but I have it written down somewhere. I will look for it & provide you with the name of the site, or a link if possible. It may not be right away, as I have to look for it among many other medically-related material. I will be stepping out for a few hours in a little while, but will try to find it when I return. Once I have found it, I will send you another reply (I really need to fill it out for myself too!)

You're welcome. Hopefully, it won't take me too long to locate it, although I have quite a bit to look through.

"The WEST is broken.". Words of Bret Weinstein in his chat with Tucker's last week.

There are no longer "checks and balances " when the unelected judiciary can override executive authority. Where is the balance? It appears tipped in favor of the judiciary. Bret is correct.

It is,decisions like this that make me think the arsehole decisions should just be ignored. They may have authority but lack means to enforce decisions...probably for good reason as we see here. Saw where some goomball in Ariz. threatens to find a sheriff in contempt. So what...he will throw himself in jail? This is,what come of putting black robes on lawyers.

LoverOfHills's avatar

I like your suggestion, Michael. Carry on, have the ACIP meeting, discuss, recommend, publicize via CHDtv. The Public is waiting for Truths from this committee, who cares if it's official or not. It's not like they are paid. They are volunteers!

H E double hockey sticks, on the "official" ness of it.

Slaying the Global Hydra's avatar

If the ACIP members, who are not members anymore, hold a private meeting and advise HHS Secretary, who can stop them. Meet and confer.

Alix Mayer's avatar

I'm profoundly concerned—and frankly outraged—by the court's stay on the lawful appointments of ACIP members. How can a federal judge halt duly appointed experts serving under an elected administration? This feels like a direct assault on executive authority and the democratic process, and it sets a dangerous precedent.

The preliminary injunction blocking the January 2026 HHS Decision Memorandum (which followed Trump's December 2025 directive) is especially alarming because vaccine policy is life-and-death for families. When CDC adopts recommendations that states turn into school-entry mandates, they become directly responsible for the harms. We can't predict which children will be affected, so is it OK because we don't know their names in advance?

Yes, ACIP is advisory to the CDC Director, and U.S. Code does not require every recommendation to come exclusively from ACIP. The law is silent on other sources of input, which leaves a significant gap. But a childhood immunization schedule that swings wildly every four years depending on the party in power undermines scientific credibility and public confidence.

I strongly favor a fairly selected, balanced ACIP providing evidence-based guidance to CDC, while ensuring meaningful, structured input from additional sources:

• Thoroughly reformed public vaccine safety databases

• Perspectives from elected officials

• Regular, representative public surveys (building on tools like CDC's HealthStyles) to capture real-world experiences with vaccine injury and views on mandates

• AI-assisted summaries of public comments to make thousands of voices digestible for committee review

These additions could answer pressing questions: What percentage of Americans support vaccine mandates? How many report injuries or adverse events? Including such data would make ACIP deliberations far more responsive to the people most impacted.

The current statutory framework fails to clearly define who should—and should not—have input on vaccine recommendations that affect millions. This ambiguity needs urgent attention from Congress and public health leaders.

That said, I remain optimistic. The Secretary's authority to appoint ACIP members is plainly lawful, and appellate courts should recognize that. I expect the final ruling to uphold those appointments and, by extension, affirm the committee's decisions to move certain vaccines from CDC-recommended to shared clinical decision-making.

Judge's like this, who pretend to act in all seriousness, when all can see how bias corrupts their opinions make me furious. Does this judge actually recognize that his ruling compromises informed consent, and advances the authoritarian agenda of the State against its citizens? Against the nation's children, no less? This is not just anti-freedom, it is anti-human rights, and anti-child. Yet these holier-than-though protectors of the pharmaceutical cartel seem to regard themselves as protectors of the public interest. Ouch! My head hurts!
