From the very beginning of the United States, the tendency of the government to be despotic and grasping was recognized as a threat to the nation's new found liberty. That is why our Constitution created a limited government with checks and balances. But, as Dr. Franklin warned when asked what the new Constitution portended, responded - "A Republic - if you can keep it." It must never be forgotten that government is the enemy, a wolf always at the door to devour and despoil your individual liberty and bend you to its will.
This offering notes: "Dr. Robert Malone has been at the forefront of this. He was listed as one of the Disinformation Dozen by a quasi governmental organisation based out of the UK (Centre for Combating Digital Hate)." Why the hatred for Dr. Malone - whose only "crime and vice" was to tell the truth about Covid and expose the lies about the responses mandated by our witless governments and entrenched bureaucrats. What sort of people would suggest such a travesty?
Should not the good doctor be feted as heroic and not vilified as a purveyor of hate? It is not too late but it is getting very late in the game to reverse the tyranny of the global ghouls who would return us to serfdom. Right now they sit as our overlords. But, when people turn truth and equity on its head, it is time to make them feel fear - real fear.
There is only one truth. These Marxist have a way of turning their perversions around and throw truth speaking people into a category of racists and bigots. For too long now we have bent over to these accusations, we must stop this, stand up, protect our first amendment and the beautiful 4th amendment with our right of privacy. I believe America and England are Christian nations. If we allow the Marxist to take that from us we are doomed. We need to shame these people for what they are trying to do to our constitution and what they have done to our children. We must jail those that break our laws and infringe on our constitutional rights.
Marxists and Islamists might seem to be working hand in hand - the enemy of my enemy, etc. But when push comes to shove and the numbers are there, it's, "Bye-bye Marxists, the religion of peace will off with your head."
Agree James, but these people can't be shamed because they have no moral backbone or philosophy from which to judge anything right or wrong. Wrong is right to them and right is wrong. Anything to swage their narcissitic illnesses.
Interesting. I've been under an impression we accept others as long as they accept our laws and tenants and don't try and infringe on our rights and perhaps the safety of our nation.

The book written some 40-odd years ago wasn't 1984, but rather "Amusing Ourselves to Death" by Neil Postman, and ranks as one of a trilogy with "Brave New World." Should be required reading for all Malone Newsers.
I followed my own advice, since it had been nearly 40 years since reading "Amusing Ourselves to Death;" ordered a new copy which came today, with a 2005 introduction by Neil's son, Andrew. Just finished the intro, and my appetite is now well-whetted to revisit the thinking of this trenchant social critic, the late Neil Postman.
"We were keeping our eye on 1984. When the year came and the prophecy didn’t, thoughtful Americans sang softly in praise of themselves. The roots of liberal democracy had held. Wherever else the terror had happened, we, at least, had not been visited by Orwellian nightmares.
But we had forgotten that alongside Orwell’s dark vision, there was another — slightly older, slightly less well known, equally chilling: Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World. Contrary to common belief even among the educated, Huxley and Orwell did not prophesy the same thing. Orwell warns that we will be overcome by an externally imposed oppression. But in Huxley’s vision, no Big Brother is required to deprive people of their autonomy, maturity, and history. As he saw it, people will come to love their oppression, to adore the technologies that undo their capacities to think.
What Orwell feared were those who would ban books. What Huxley feared was that there would be no reason to ban a book, for there would be no one who wanted to read one. Orwell feared those who would deprive us of information. Huxley feared those who would give us so much that we would be reduced to passivity and egoism. Orwell feared that the truth would be concealed from us. Huxley feared the truth would be drowned in a sea of irrelevance. Orwell feared we would become a captive culture. Huxley feared we would become a trivial culture, preoccupied with some equivalent of the feelies, the orgy porgy, and the centrifugal bumblepuppy. As Huxley remarked in Brave New World Revisited, the civil libertarians and rationalists who are ever on the alert to oppose tyranny “failed to take into account man’s almost infinite appetite for distractions.” In 1984, Huxley added, people are controlled by inflicting pain. In Brave New World, they are controlled by inflicting pleasure. In short, Orwell feared that what we hate will ruin us. Huxley feared that what we love will ruin us.
This book is about the possibility that Huxley, not Orwell, was right."
..."censorship and Islam exist in the vacuum that has been created by our abandonment of truth." Indeed! We have allowed, "But the separation of church and state..." to dominate the discussion in the public square, while LGBTQ (Q+ for short) and other left wing acronyms serve as quasi-religions without the First Amendment separation constraint. So the playing field is very one-sided. Repentance and revival on a national scale precedes any political solution. Let's clean the dust off that Bible and seriously study it - God speaking to us, telling us what's important to Him and therefore what should be important to us - what to embrace and what to avoid. For non-believers, reading the Book of Matthew in one sitting would be a good start - read with a questioning mind, not a skeptical one. For Believers, "The Word of God is active and alive, sharper than any two-edged sword..." I hang my hat on that one.
If victimhood is currency, then when the coffers run low, the PTB will need to gin up some more.
There's a kind of switcheroo that seems to me an oft-used tactic. Import hostile populations into formerly civilized nations, and then blame the ensuing domestic terrorism on nazis and white supremacists. Wear a cloak of philanthropy and concern for "refugees," as cover for insidiously destroying humanity. They can't do it without complicit media selling the narrative.
Here was Sebastian Gorka a few days ago, absolutely hammering a Politico interviewer asking typically slanted questions on a stage. This kind of stuff needs to be said more often.
I saved this, my now years-old comment in response to a 2018 WaPo article:
<<
"After a refugee influx, does Germany have an imported anti-Semitism problem?"
Gee, ya think?
One could read this article and come away with the impression that pro-migrant propagandists at WP and elsewhere in liberal media are mere observers of the phenomenon.
"But this is Germany, a nation that nearly annihilated an entire continent’s Jewish population." Is there anyone alive in the Western 1st world who does not have that story wash over their brains every day, courtesy of WP, et al?
What a tactic! Conflate "far-right" activists, who see their Europe being over-run by exploding alien populations from east and south, with members of the invading hordes that they're resisting. Tragic comedy.
Here's a 2016 article from WP's James McAuley, "In France, an uncertain future for Jews", describing flight of Jews from France:
In the Bible, there are only two things that is declared Truth.
John 14:6 Jesus said, “I am the way, and the TRUTH, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through me.” (Emphasis is mine)
John 17:17 Jesus prayed, “Sanctify them in TRUTH, your WORD is truth.” (Emphasis is mine)
So, only Jesus and His Word is Truth. This is why I have emphasized that there is a need for individuals and our nation to return to God, through His only Son—His appointed Messiah/Savior.
Without a return to Christ, MAGA, MAHA, and MASA, is just another secular movement that will fizzle over time. But in Christ, permanent change is made in people’s lives, our culture, and government. That is my hope.
For the author Jesus is the Truth, but Jews don't share that belief. The U.S. constitution implies separation of church and state so that religious liberty can exist. The three little girls were murdered by a Welsh man. Huddud law can only be carried out by an Islamic state. Religious extremism is the danger. Another danger is mass migration from cultures with very different values, that refuse to assimilate into the host country, such as Muslims demanding the removal of crosses in Irish hospitals. Society is at greater risk from violence when large numbers of males enter a country and remain unemployed, and there are small towns in Europe that are inhabited predominantly by single, unemployed foreign males. I think censorship curtails freedom, but because of technology I do believe teens are at risk of being radicalized through speech they are exposed to on their computers. Protecting society and freedoms is becoming more difficult under these evolving circumstances, and we need new solutions for these new problems. I hope we find them.
Yes, religious liberty is of paramount importance. As a Christian, the idea of a theocracy is anathema to me. Persecution of Jews, Muslims or atheists is absolutely wrong. But from where does the notion of Truth come? I would argue from the Old Testament and the New Testament. Without Truth as a foundation, we are indeed in a vacuum, as the author opines, and nature tells us that vacuums don't hold. I agree that the UK and Europe are in a world of hurt due to unbridled immigration, and that coupled with a multi-generational disdain for the Judeo-Christian worldview, things are bad and can only get worse unless changes are made relatively quickly.
I personally don't believe that the Old Testament is the originator of Truth, although there are profound spiritual truths in both the Old and New Testaments, as well as much human error. I do not believe in the inerrancy of the Bible. So, I am biased, but respect everyone's religious viewpoints as long as they don't violate human rights. It is interesting to hear Bret Weinstein touch on these issues regarding meaning, religion, altruism, kinship, group cohesion etc... in various discussions. The term Judeo-Christian became popular politically after WWII. Prior it originally meant Jews who converted. Now it is used to claim Christian hegemony, but the term actually erroneously erases differences. Also, Islam is one of the Abrahamic religions, so the term is exclusionary. A good book on religion is by M. Eliade 'The Sacred and the Profane.' Yes, we need quick action to stem mass immigration and violence. The censorship issue is a slippery slope.
Here again, I agree with your comments. I think Trump's team moving out illegals violating AMERICAN laws, creating gangs, moving drugs, lifetimes using taxpayer monies, or grandstanding to tear down our moral fabric is very justified and hopefully, will lessen to a great extent those not wanting to socially assimilate.
I think we should dig deeper into Muslim men using their religion as an excuse to beat/rape women. I personally don't believe that is a universal truth. I think it is some (maybe too many) evil men interpreting a religious text to justify cruelty/hate. We must not fall into the trap of condemning an ethnicity/religion based on bad actors. After all it wasn't long ago here in the ole USA some men were committing their spouses to insane asylums (where they were tortured) if they didn't adhere to the men's thought processes on what a wife's 'duties' were.
I'm also confused over author's negative vibes toward Halal. I've eaten Halal beef and would think many would embrace as it basically means 'clean'. As in; "Halal governs ethical practices in business, finance, and daily living. It encompasses broader ethical considerations, including fairness, social justice, and the treatment of animals. The concept of halal is central to Islamic practices and is derived from the Quran and the Sunnah."
I can't find the article now, I may have deleted it, but as far as I remember the author said Halal was only for Muslims. Don't see the problem with it, but maybe there is more to the story.
Add the good ol USA is also in a world of hurt because of multi-millions of ILLEGAL immigrants - now PROTECTED by the SCOTUS (and) lower federal court system.
Great Britain is TOAST and the USA not far behind -
There is much to digest in this speech, but you and I seem to be on the same page on much of it, especially with the problem solving and new solutions area!
Thank you for sharing this insightful discussion. The censorship of late and as demonstrated in the UK strikes me as an exercise in madness. That a country would engage in such efforts and a populous would accept it, boggles the mind. To me, it's a giant step toward the CCP system of capturing intimate actionable knowledge on each citizen. While in the U.S., we are in a more favorable phase to squelch such directions, the warning bell sounds now! We need to recognize the threat and take action to address it posthaste!
Many things come to mind. Elite globalists' objectives are to fully control the world. CCP digitized controls and social credit schemes. Facial/eye/ fingerprint ID systems. Massive localized data centers (of interest - how has the CCP fashioned their data system to afford unique personal information and control? Are our rapidly proliferating data centers replicating it?). Are our individualized Smart Systems a part of the scheme? Will our device eye, facial, finger print to be gathered as part of our unique information records?
What strategies do we have available to gather the information we need to best target with our opposition?
Mr McIlvenna's insightful advice is a major step forward. Now, to determine if and how we can initiate/further an effective opposition.
As a Gettr participant, I follow Bannon and Hearts of Oak. A couple of days ago, there was an interview with one of Gettr's management on their philosphy and directions. At least lip service wise they appear to pass muster. He indicated they will be working to offer x-space like capabilities. They will be working to increase their business and medical creators' participation. No doubt many other platforms will be pursuing such goals.
Grateful for this article and factual specifics, also grateful for fellow commenters’ facts and wisdom.
Arguably it is sad that this is hypothesized as new as the Brits as well as our dear US of A are not just now commencing these tactics, they have been around quite a while but alas not much made public thru socalled “news.” Street cameras are everywhere in many cities but not noticed bc the videos have not been used for tickets as in examples some have mentioned. So people neither know nor do they care as long as not ticketed.
As for ethnic or other enclaves, they have also been around, generally tolerated til they overstep. Such as the 2015 Waco shootout (overstepped) and the upstate New York Islamic community (has not yet overstepped). Another example—Bidenites colluding with Big Media lto stamp out any scintilla of truth or fact, while proclaiming dissenters to be “threats to democracy.”
As others have also said, eternal vigilance is the price of freedom. Need for this now ramped up by AI etc.
Postscript: today 5-19-25 the Washington Post has outed secret surveillance by police:
Following records requests from The Post, officials paused the first known, widespread live facial recognition program used by police in the United States.
I don’t doubt the concern or accuracy of the British author’s article. We were just in England visiting away from London to Bath, York, Stratford, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. I noticed lots of Asians, particularly Indians, but not so many Muslims. I’m not sure where the Midlands are but I thought we were visiting a central part of the country. What I appreciate in Britain is the multiplicity of racially diverse dining options. The food tastes good and is not boring. Anyway, back to the reality of article, it’s difficult to comprehend that Keir Starmer supports censorship, but so did Biden. Britain has a long dive into surveillance with their placement of public cameras all over the country. Not sure the history of that but it was probably supported by right and left. I’m not sure how a society can coexist with Sharia Law alongside British Law. That sounds untenable. But any society that will not crack down on violent Muslim gangs that rape white women is a society that has lost its moral compass. I’m glad Elon Musk is getting involved to hopefully force the Starmer administration to rationally solve censorship and violence.
America’s institutions of government, education and media have increasingly been corrupted by the Marxist ideologies of suppression of freedom. Islam (political movement under the guise of religion) in our country is beginning to grow under the protection of this left wing/progressive support. Herein lies the problem. At what point are these ideologies addressed, as what they are, and extinguished before they decimate our republic ?
Maybe a question to ask those that have taken the oath “to support and defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic”.
Yes, a sticky wicket here. I support the Muslim's freedom of religion as long as it's within the context of the dominant American worldview at the time the First Amendment was written. However, not only has that dynamic faded, the emergence of Islam as a contender to the Judeo-Christian worldview is indeed problematic, because for Islam, there is no distinction between mosque and state. It's a onesie.
We need to be vigilant. In our town the Saudi prince has sent Saudi young men to college for an education. They now have a Mosque . We have a prominent Dr who came to America with nothing and has used our free capitalist opportunities to build a very lucrative business. My daughter has had their daughter over for a birthday party, my daughter has been to their daughter’s house for play dates, my husband has been on the Charter school board with the drs wife.
My husband has represented several Muslim men for sexual assault on women.
I think there is the good and the bad. We must keep watch in our communities and speak out when things are not good. Keep informed.
Our police for just installed cameras at certain stop lights to monitor license plates. Sounds suspicious to me.
That was done here in Texas maybe a couple of decades ago and the legislature finally had to declare they could not be used for citation issuance because it seems some greedy towns were setting the amber so short drivers could not. clear the intersection before the red and thus got nailed for running a red.
I heard about the EPIC city and I posted on LinkedIn a short note about it.
That EPIC ISLAMIC CITY SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS COUNTRY no more than the Chinese are allowed to lease or buy land in the United States. NO WE CANNOT HAVE AN "ISLAMIC NO GO CITY" in the MIDDLE OF TEXAS used a BASE For ISLAMIC EXTREMISM and I don't give a damn who says what about me. Get over it.
Don't we already have Islamic communities in Michigan and Minnesota? Even community members pursuing community ends in State and Federal legislatures? We likely need to identify and monitor impact, in case some form of action is needed
Yes as soon as I read that they had put up these cameras, my freedom radar went up. There are also road cameras all across the country. “ Road Conditions” ha.
The cameras have nothing to do with safety, it's just another revenue enhancement program for the local governments. They are never satisfied with the fruits of our labor, they just want more and more and it's easier for them to tax it rather than to blatantly steel it.
That opportunity cannot be divorced from culture is a lesson we need to strongly advance to those who come here seeking opportunities not offered by their own culture. Those so deeply immersed in their cultures as to be unable to adjust to ours ought to be discouraged from coming here as they will be become a problem.
And look what the Islamists did to Rushdie, issued a fatwa and then tried to murder him, savagely and brutally. What sort of "religion" tolerates, nay encourages, that barbarism? Well we know the answer to that, too.
I.e. not a muslim. Sorry but I am firmly convinced that non muslim communities, particularly those established under Christian guidelines, who allow large scale muslin immigration are putting themselves up for a fox in the hen house analogy.
I agree Michael. It has been a concern of mine. There is a restaurant in town that is Muslim owned and I went to put our name on the waiting list and was ignored. Finally the man who was helping him spoke to him and he put us on the list but we were over looked several times. I was a women who “ did a man’s job”.
We also have a corrupt mayor. We found that out when my husband ran for Prosecutor. He is a Christian but does not represent the Christian life. He is very charismatic, nice looking and tells you what you want to hear.
Yes we are all aware of the Christian Syrians and also Arab Christians. This is new to many people: I grew up w/ a family from Bagdad, my father's best friend.. his kids were good friends of mine.. (my age now) they were CHRISTIANS. That is DIFFERENT: they actually were ESCAPING FROM Islam.. here in DC area there are many international people. Jordanians have a large Christian population (or used to)
In Canada, the Carney Liberal government is distracted by other issues and a desire to avoid Parliament for now, but will eventually get back to lapsed "hate" speech bill C-33.
If you haven't seen the 1991 film "Not Without My Daughter" with Sally Field, it's worth watching to get a taste of Muslim life and extremism. Field plays an American woman who marries a seemingly very Americanized Iranian man here in the U.S., and in 1984 they go back to Iran to visit his family. Like Jekyl and Hyde, the husband has a major personality turn-around once they get to Iran and he forces his wife and daughter to stay in Iran against their will. The film gives a realistic picture of how things were. I taught in Iran for two years in 1977 to 1979 when the revolution began and the Shah was ousted. I taught with an American woman who was married to an Iranian and she was a virtual prisoner there, and she and their daughter could not leave or go anywhere without the husband's permission. At the time I was in my 20's yet that seemed so strange, even though her Iranian husband seemed very nice. I loved my time in Iran and enjoyed it greatly, but in comparison to America and American culture it's like another planet. We don't want that here and need to watch out.
The 17th century British scientist and writer Francis Bacon opens his famous essay 'On Truth' as follows: "What is truth? said jesting Pilate, and would not stay for an answer". People need to be a lot more determined to uncover the truth that is actually confronting them, rather than being satisfied with whatever ideas and behaviours help to anaesthetise them from reality.

Abduction and murder of Jewish cellphone salesman, by a gang led by Youssouf Fofana (2006);
Shooting at Jewish school in Toulouse, by Mohammed Merah (2012)
Shooting at Hypercacher kosher supermarket, by Amedy Coulibaly (2015)
Machete attack on a Jewish teacher, by Unnamed Turkish-Kurdish minor.
Since that article was written, we can add to the list of high profile Jewish murders:
Sara Halimi, by Kobili Traore (April 2017);
Mireille Knoll, allegedly by suspects Yacine Mihoub and Alex Carrimbacus (March 2018).
To reduce the likelihood of comment censorship, I'll leave it to others to deduce whether these are Nazis at work.

Pilate asked Jesus “what is truth?”
So, that's my 2 dimes worth.
I can't find the article now, I may have deleted it, but as far as I remember the author said Halal was only for Muslims. Don't see the problem with it, but maybe there is more to the story.
I'm not Muslim and as mentioned I've purchased and consumed Halal beef. It is their humane way of raising/slaughter animals for consumption.
Right, when I see humane labels, I choose that. I still eat meat, and I feel guilty.
I was in London recently and went into a restaurant, all men, Muslims, I guess I was eating Halal.
Yes, solutions that are not totalitarian in nature.
My two cents.
I think that was worth more than 2 cents!
😉

It happens here in my neck of the woods. It has progressively gotten worse over the last year — the shortened yellow!
It’s not about “safety” rather City “income”.
That opportunity cannot be divorced from culture is a lesson we need to strongly advance to those who come here seeking opportunities not offered by their own culture. Those so deeply immersed in their cultures as to be unable to adjust to ours ought to be discouraged from coming here as they will be become a problem.
The Satanic Verses are no religion and their slavish adherents are not benign.
We have a man in town whose uncle Salam Rushdie wrote the Book Satanic Verses. The man in our town is a kind man.
And look what the Islamists did to Rushdie, issued a fatwa and then tried to murder him, savagely and brutally. What sort of "religion" tolerates, nay encourages, that barbarism? Well we know the answer to that, too.
Yes we do
He was from Jordan and is a strong Christian.
I.e. not a muslim.
Jordanians have a large Christian population (or used to)
WOW
It’s another “money maker”.
Yes it is.
