The public health industrial complex and corporate news media will never reform, so the best that can happen is a pivot away from ID end-of-the-world scenarios to something like a possible asteroid collision or major volcanic eruption. Maybe we'll get lucky when some nation hurls a nuclear weapon to destroy a city or two.

I think you will find that later generations are far more feminized and risk-averse than boomers. YMMV.
