I still have question that US gof studies will reliably lead to pathogens that will correspond to those that will be developing naturally or in adversaries labs.

I can’t forget that Trump was influenced by the “ experts” to promote the Covid mRNA vaccine under the banner “ Operation Warp Speed.” He has done many things with great force, including the adoption of the Zelenko protocol for treating Covid early in the pandemic. What became blindingly clear to me was that proper lab procedure in handling infectious agents was on a low level of concern as one moved more into the medical fields. Probably because the directors of these programs had spent little to no time in hands on work with pathogens at the bench. It shows.

I'm filing this article for its revelatory significance. Fauci didn't do himself any favours in the long run by lying to Sen. Rand Paul. I think studying viruses is a legitimate endeavour with potential to serve humanity. Gain-of-function veers into reckless territory, and millions continue to be harmed in the aftermath of the Covid era. What is so sinister is the ability of these scientists to play God with the lives of their fellow citizens, either ignoring or minimising mass harm and death to serve their own curiosity and career goals.
