We literally started writing at 4:30 - up at 4:00. Much teeth gnashing, I wrote one version - that was probably "too powerful." I think Robert used the word "angry" and he wasn't wrong. He re-wrote it, I rewrote that -and we did that back and forth at least two times more.
My intent was a tiny essay - not a forensic post-mortem! Oh well, once we got going, we couldn't stop. Jill
Not slightly weakened. Not merely inconvenienced. On the ropes.
The Iranian regime was facing what may have been the greatest threat to its survival in decades. Its military capabilities had been battered. Its leadership was vulnerable. Israel had demonstrated extraordinary resolve, and America possessed the power to help bring the confrontation to a decisive conclusion.
And then came the voices of hesitation.
JD Vance. Tucker Carlson. The apostles of restraint who seem incapable of understanding the difference between avoiding a war and refusing to finish one.
They preached against escalation. They warned about consequences. They advocated negotiations.
And Trump listened.
That was the mistake.
You cannot negotiate your way to lasting peace with a revolutionary regime that treats negotiations as another instrument of warfare.
For the Iranian leadership, diplomacy is not necessarily a pathway to surrender. It can be an opportunity to regroup, rearm, and survive.
Every day of hesitation is another day of opportunity for Tehran.
Trump understood something that much of Washington never understood: strength matters. Fear matters. Credibility matters. An adversary must believe that when America draws a line, crossing it has consequences.
But strength without resolve is little more than expensive theater.
America and Israel had already paid the price of confrontation. The question was whether they would obtain the strategic outcome that made those sacrifices worthwhile.
I believe they stopped short.
Imagine the alternative.
Imagine a Middle East in which the Iranian revolutionary regime no longer possessed the power to terrorize its neighbors, finance its proxies, or threaten Israel with destruction.
Imagine the opportunities for regional stability, investment, commerce, and energy markets.
Could gasoline have fallen to $1.80 a gallon? Perhaps. No one can guarantee an oil price. But the prospect of a Middle East liberated from decades of Iranian-sponsored instability was worth pursuing.
Instead, America was left with uncertainty, Israel with continuing threats, and Iran with something it desperately needed.
Time.
And time is not neutral.
Time allows enemies to recover. Time allows the public to forget why a confrontation began. Time allows an unfinished military victory to become a political liability.
Worse, the failure to achieve a decisive outcome handed Israel's enemies another opportunity.
The longer the conflict continued, the more its original purpose became obscured. The conversation shifted from confronting an extraordinarily dangerous regime to blaming Israel for the continuing instability.
And into that confusion stepped the antisemites.
They were handed another opportunity to portray Israel not as a nation fighting for its survival, but as the cause of the region's misery.
That is the bitter irony.
A decisive outcome might have spared countless people the costs of prolonged confrontation. Instead, hesitation risked extending the suffering while giving those hostile to Israel another platform from which to spread their hatred.
Instead, the philosophy of Vance and Carlson threatened to turn a rare strategic opportunity into another unfinished chapter of American foreign policy.
There is nothing courageous about beginning a confrontation and then becoming frightened of completing it.
There is nothing wise about offering an ideological regime repeated opportunities to survive while calling the process diplomacy.
And there is nothing peaceful about leaving the foundations of the next war intact.
Trump did not need another negotiation. He needed the resolve to finish what had been started.
History does not reward leaders merely for having the upper hand.
It judges what they do with it.
Trump had the upper hand.
He let the moment slip away.
And America, Israel, and the broader Middle East may pay the price for years to come.
Trump lost. America lost. And the Ayatollahs won the one thing they could not win on the battlefield: another chance.
Three times I was guided to vote for President Trump. He didn't lose...America lost... is right! President Trump is not perfect..No man is! There are so many problems that were set up by previous administrations. Obamination and his patron Soros - were behind this disastrous election, too. The Islamists came out in full force to back the DSA Democrats.President Trump is for America! The DSA Democrats are for Sharia law...Is this something Americans want?
I don’t think the DSA people know what Sharia law is. And I don’t think Islamists know what communism is. They are as antithetical as the gay and the tranz (a.k.a. chop-the-gay-away) practices.
Trump is non-ideological. He was never a conservative. I would say he’s always been most interested in prosperity in general, and not just his own.
Trump was a reprieve, and one man could never be the solution.
People who tolerate evil will experience it personally. Let’s see how long we can deal with it, or whether we will repent.
The inability to get people to understand the ‘why’ of taking on Iran assured that many former Trumpists would stay home.
We have been shedding some RINOS, which is a silver lining. I never saw the point of Susan Collins’ R label.
The young men who stayed home yesterday will have 2 years to see the results.
Vance listens to Carlson and I don't have much faith in Vance's intelligence. He is a chameleon, and will go whichever way is better for him. He says things that are exceedingly objectionable. Carlson must be on Qatar's payroll. It appears to be that simple. It would not surprise me to learn that many in Congress are on the same payroll, just like our compromised universities.
Being blind and dumb as voters seem to have been to what would lie FOR THEMSELVES going forward will never be forgotten by their own legacy. They may have voted for their pocketbook but have lost the War against REAL tyranny…not just for them but their kids too.
It is difficult for me to feel that harshly against others when they see our President's family enriching themselves to the tune of a trillion. Surely there is a conflict of interest when the family not only gains, but from countries hostile to our values. The disgraceful Qatari jet is another example. There are no gifts in politics. There is plenty of wrongdoing in this administration for people to point the finger at and want change. Many are unaware of the threat behind the change they have chosen.
LMAO ZIONIST JEWS OWN TRUMP YOU JUST DON"T GET IT AND THE OLIGARCH BILLIONAIRES _ the IRAN WAR JUST PART OF THERE PLANS SO "YOU WILL OWN NOTHING AND LIKE IT" It's all a DISTRACTION and KABUKI THEATER Maybe 400 million guns are saving you now - but when the DIGITAL DOLLAR ARRIVES they will have you by the balls aka Purse Stings You maybe be able to feed lead but you can't eat it !
Texas has been colorado-ed!!! Folks seem to forget it was jim crow until the Goldwater revolution ended the dems hold...but again, not remembered, is that the minorities here remained solidly dem and many of the anglos were firm believers in new deal/great society politics and became rinos to retain legislative access. So all the dems had to do is replace a not so big % of anglo voters and bolster reliable minorities and darned if abbott did not do all he could to help them. By begging big tech to move here, offering every tax incentive he could he seriously changed the political composition of every major population center. Last I heard was begging Meta to move here--a final stake in the heart. They did not hire Texans but brought over bucket loads of lefties. And as they gained control, they offered more and more incentives for illegals to settle in those centers buttressing their grip in the census and I have no doubt enrolled many as voters. In consequence the dems also just won every open administrative state position in this election-- we were thoroughly colorado-ed.
Welcome to socialism and dei everywhere. More ridiculous fraud and waste. But where do we go? Poland is being destroyed and I can’t think of another country that would protect Christian values so here we are. Waiting on Jesus for sure, and hoping he doesn’t delay.
I tried to talk with former associates here on FB comments. They cannot understand me because they are so angry and hateful they cannot comprehend my talk even though I related specific incidents. They are so angry they want the destruction of the country. Will we let them? It is sick beyond all belief. They do not look at the actions of the democrats in congress they only listen to what they say and believe the dems.
As long as this is the United States, voting is useless. That sounds bad, but 1. just as you state, whatever you vote for, the national vote comes first. Unless the states are separated and belong back to the inhabitants, nothing will change. Second, the voting machines here in GA were the same that could be hacked by a smart kid. I did not like either of the 2 candidates. Just like I did not like the 2 former president candidates. If they cannot present me with a decent person, I won't vote for either. I preferred to vote for my handyman, who got 1 vote I guess.
Is there really nothing better in this country than scoundrels, pedophiles, liers,... oh wait, that might be the definition of a politician.
I wish the autocorrect would stop and try to change the few things I spelled right LOL. Thank you who like my comment, so I saw where it had changed my Were to Where! Corrected now
Why are so many of your resources, like polls for example, from bought off mainstream media? I wouldn't trust those at all. To really get clarity and understanding about how Trump is putting a wrench in the gear of the globalists, go to: prometheanaction.com. Lots of history and resources available to prove that the Imperial System (starting from Rome and even before) has been treating mankind as mere animals to control rather than spiritual beings, connected beyond body and mind to a Higher Power, as our one-of-a-kind Constitution claims. And the British Imperial System, via the central bank of central banks in the City of London (not London itself, but the mile sized area that is its own entity), has never stopped fighting our freedom; even to the point of being responsible for the assassinations of our Presidents. Please, everyone, look at, and apply critical thinking to, the long time historic picture. Find out how the Hamiltonian economic system (aka the American System) got us out of the debt from the Revolutionary War through fair tariffs and manufacturing and development.
As a Floridian, I voted for Donalds and am glad that he won, but he was a “hold your nose and vote” candidate. Florida has a history of politicians whose party affiliation changes according to which office they are running for. In fairness, DeSantis was also a “hold your nose”
Vote for me. And two terms in I am incredibly pleased with the job he has done. Hoping Donalds brings a similar surprise. Unfortunately, we have a senator in “Red Flag Rick” Scott who has an R behind his name but who has ZERO conservative principles. And sadly, many consider him leadership material in the Senate. Bottom line, FL may have fared better than much of the country, but there is little cause for celebration here.
What I understood is that a huge number of Republicans stayed home and did not vote, and that is the crux of the problem. There are two huge reasons that most people are not thinking about. I did vote and I am frustrated with those who stayed home One of the major reasons that many people stayed home, in my opinion, is that many of us wanted an end to mRNA shots and accountability for things that happened during the pandemic. I know this is a hard thing to change when pharma has more money than the federal govt and many people "believe in" pharma - and this is being rolled back too slowly for some even as the pharma juggernaut tries to move forward.
However, does anyone remember the story about the "Little Train that Could?" Sometimes you have to keep pushing forward. Any progress we were starting to make will be quickly undone by the people who mandated mRNA shots, killed people in the hospitals by refusing Ivermectin, censored all contrary opinions (I was censored) and they'll want to do it again in a heartbeat, first chance they get. Anyway work in progress toward MAHA will be undone very quickly when the new Congress begins in 2027.
So - I think people thought, no progress, why bother, without stopping to think it will be 100% worse under Democrats in charge of both the House and the Senate. And those new Blue senators have a six-year term, we won't get rid of them in two years.
If the Republicans controlled both houses, we might have finally done more, instead of being in the situation where it will be hard to achieve MAHA goals, I believe. Democrats brought two lawsuits against RFK, and articles of impeachment were formally introduced though not voted on. With Democrats now in control of both houses, will RFK or ANY MAHA-oriented leader be able to move the MAHA agenda forward? Those who stayed home and were too pure to vote for imperfect candidates or too hopeless to realize things would change if some of the newer Republican candidates had a chance, are responsible for what has happened.
I asked Gemini AI to remind me about the attempted impeachment of RFK plus the lawsuits against him which were why he has had difficulty doing what many of us hoped he would do. We were so close, and Republicans stayed home and didn't vote. Thanks to all who stayed home. What follows is all from Gemini:
"What happened: In December 2025, Representative Haley Stevens (D-MI) formally introduced articles of impeachment against Kennedy following his appointment as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). The allegations: The resolution accused him of "abuse of authority and undermining of the public health," citing actions such as altering CDC vaccine guidance, restructuring expert advisory panels, and cuts to health research programs. The outcome: The measure never advanced to a full House floor vote. With Republicans controlling the House of Representatives, the resolution was referred to committee and stalled there without further action."
"Multistate Lawsuit Over Agency Reorganization & Layoffs (New York v. Kennedy): In May 2025, a coalition of 20 state attorneys general and the District of Columbia filed a lawsuit in federal court against Kennedy and HHS. The states challenged his directives to restructure HHS—which included mass layoff notices to roughly 10,000 workers, consolidating sub-agencies, and reducing regional offices. The complaint argues that these moves violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), exceeded executive authority, and infringed on constitutional separation of powers and congressional appropriations. Medical Organizations' Vaccine Policy Challenge (American Academy of Pediatrics et al. v. Kennedy): In July 2025, leading physician and public health groups—including the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the American College of Physicians—filed suit in federal district court. The lawsuit challenged Kennedy’s unilateral alterations to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and changes to federal immunization guidance, claiming the decisions bypassed statutory procedures and were arbitrary, capricious, and scientifically unsupported."

What does this mess really demonstrate?…they forgot the Covid scam…the deadly mandated shot…the Trump attempt to help with various tax relief and protect their kids and expose fraud , the attack on our faith but all we hear is…the economy and the war is the reason we voted against you?? How fickle…There was such a stark difference between the two realities yet these independents and even some GOPer could be see it?..or the consequences for many years going forward. The lane and spineless Congressional “politicians “ RINOs all are still there…further tainting the future. I fear the GOP as our pro-USA party has been felt a fatal blow…and the Dems will ensure no one comes down the escalator again to save America from their clutches…they may even nominate Hillary Clinton for Presidency in 2028.
Ah yes - disaster! In the early morning hours I gained perspectives from Heritage, DeSantis and a few other sources. Only Heritage said they were ready for action. This morning they described the action they'll be pursuing. They are lawyering up to help with the expected impeachment proceedings among other things. Raskin was reelected and will be heading up Senate investigations. He is evil and has been frothing at the mouth for the past year for the opportunity.
Since Clinton/Obama, our nation has been in a managed decline. We shipped our manufacturing abroad. For a blue collar force this has been deadly (add in the drug business and related dispirits).
The Trump vision has evidently been to reinstate an American manufacturing system. The tariffs have been designed to encourage foreign businesses to invest in our US, bringing their manufacturing here. He has garnered impressive commitments. Our youth would have meaningful well-paying opportunities. He has advised the globalists we are opting out of their scheme we will not be subservient slaves to the UN/WEF world order. I daresay this objective is at best very poorly appreciated by we masses!
My fears here are with the Democratic Socialist takeover, no sensible foreign investor will risk following through with coming here.
In the meantime our (successful) example of restoring our country has gained many affliates starting with Argentina. South America had been giving in to China. We have also had relations with a few european nations. Our friend Poland for example is now succombing to a color revolution. Slotkin has said they will use it here for 2028. I'm afraid our would be allies will be folding.
I don't anticipate our DSA overlords will actually end up doing more than cosmetic cures. Like your Governor. they are in it for power and money. If they get the Presidency in 2028, we'll surely be back to open borders, drugs, rampant sex, abortions, sexual mutilations and deterioration.
So, given my perspectives - what's my outlook. IMO we have no option but to continue our survival and oppositions.
We need to determine whether Trump's vision has/will be killed before it gets off the ground. If it remains viable, do a much better job of informing the masses and garnering support. Then carry on.
If all is lost, do our best to obstruct the decline. Better inform the masses as to the real outlook.
I'm a shorttimer. None !he less I love my country and charish you folks. Your homestead offers your most ideal place to weather the storm. Identify and budget for a really good lawyer. To the extent you can please help your community here to offer mutual support and keep informed. Its a major good that helps us all!
Ilhan Omar reportedly won over 76% of the vote in her district. I have my doubts that voter fraud is a sufficient explanation for her victory. No, it really does appear that Minnesotans and pseudo-Minnesotans collectively looked at her list of alleged crimes, her anti-Americanism, massive Somali daycare fraud, and said, "More please." I'll never understand it, but it appears they got what they wanted.
The silver lining that Vance probably toasts, and the only person who has credibility to run is De Santis. If losses were smaller, DeSantis wouldn't try.
We literally started writing at 4:30 - up at 4:00. Much teeth gnashing, I wrote one version - that was probably "too powerful." I think Robert used the word "angry" and he wasn't wrong. He re-wrote it, I rewrote that -and we did that back and forth at least two times more.

Time for a quick visit to Target Range.

TRUMP LOST. AMERICA LOST.
And the Ayatollahs Were Given a Lifeline.
Donald Trump had Iran on the ropes.
Not slightly weakened. Not merely inconvenienced. On the ropes.

The lawsuit challenged Kennedy’s unilateral alterations to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and changes to federal immunization guidance, claiming the decisions bypassed statutory procedures and were arbitrary, capricious, and scientifically unsupported."
This lack of turn out was projected.
But not baked into the cake.
The end results now certain bitterness and regret.
Drs. Malone. Thank you. My sentiments, too. Last night was a thrashing rebuke.
The silver lining that Vance probably toasts, and the only person who has credibility to run is De Santis. If losses were smaller, DeSantis wouldn't try.
I would prefer to have Massie as our Governor in Kentucky.
As Martin Armstrong said, the Democrates are their own worst nightmare and I agree because there appears to be two factions
The socialist under Obama, and the traditional Democrats who also include the Rinos.
I feel as frustrated as you do, and enjoy your newsletter especially the audio portion.
