As a former disability examiner and reviewer at a State and Federal level, their process differs from the process evidently in place a the 'Vaccine damage court.'
My impression is a major criteria there is establishing the vaccine caused the injury. If it can not be established, eligibility is denied t.
In the SSDP the issues are whether the applicant:
Has enough coverage to qualify or in the alternative is covered by the charitable version
Has an injury that wiil last over 6 mos.
Has a condition not readily elininated by proper treatment
and
prevents them from engaging in work they qualified for
Disability Examinaers are given 8 to 10 weeks of training in evaluating and receive written materials. Once on the job, their work is reviewed and they receive further direction as needed. Once on their own, they can access senior advice and refer questions to physicians for clarification.
These stategies obtained a 50% agreement rate when tested. In the many years since, this may have resulted in changes. I've heard some are being approved based on diagnoses alone.

I would like to expand on the topic of decisions in recompenshing the injured.
As a former disability examiner and reviewer at a State and Federal level, their process differs from the process evidently in place a the 'Vaccine damage court.'
My impression is a major criteria there is establishing the vaccine caused the injury. If it can not be established, eligibility is denied t.
In the SSDP the issues are whether the applicant:
Has enough coverage to qualify or in the alternative is covered by the charitable version
Has an injury that wiil last over 6 mos.
Has a condition not readily elininated by proper treatment
and
prevents them from engaging in work they qualified for
Disability Examinaers are given 8 to 10 weeks of training in evaluating and receive written materials. Once on the job, their work is reviewed and they receive further direction as needed. Once on their own, they can access senior advice and refer questions to physicians for clarification.
These stategies obtained a 50% agreement rate when tested. In the many years since, this may have resulted in changes. I've heard some are being approved based on diagnoses alone.

It seems the major test of vaccine injured cases is whether the vaccine is the established cause of injury.
This test IMO likely a major cause in the time to resolve and very likely the excuse for many to most denials.
I would suggest a better criteria, now we have decent data, might be whether the injury suffered would be consistent with data on timing of recognized injuries surfacing.
I dont know enough about where they go for amount but of remuneration from there to comment.
I will note that SSDI benefits are awarded for the disabled applicant and eligible dependants for as long as they remain disabled. They also become elible for Medicare/Medicaid.
All that said I hope Johnson and others in the Congress will be actively pursuing and resolving these issues. May we be able to impact the interests, pursuit and resolutions needed to reach just action and enduring solutions.

The fundamental problem that continues to be ignored is the vaccinators injected people who were under duress to submit to the medical intervention of vaccination.
Vaccinators - doctors, nurses, pharmacists - have a moral, ethical and legal obligation to obtain valid voluntary informed consent for vaccination. It’s impossible to obtain ‘voluntary’ informed consent from people who are being pressured, coerced, manipulated and even MANDATED to submit to the intervention.
Why did the vaccinators go along with this? They should have refused to collaborate with this assault. They are the ones who bear responsibility - they wielded the needle and penetrated people who were under duress to comply.

The short version of what I was going to say.
Criminal prosecution of individual actors, perp walks, etc., will be pointless unless the system used by those is dismantled. I would love to see various, well known bad actors have scrupulously fair trials and equally fair hangings. I lament the custom of dueling was outlawed.
DOJ will have hard time prosecuting as it (DOJ) is woven into the conspiracy web and everyone knows everyone else in the imperial capitol. Congress can cut off the money, but we know they won't. AG Bondi, Kash Patel and others are doing the best work they can. We don't have the big picture, so I won't tell them how to do their jobs. Been in that position (on a smaller scale) and know how hard it is to get seemingly simple things done in the criminal justice system.
We have a huge amount of data and information that indicates guilt. The trick now is to turn it into evidence, build a case and get a judge to issue warrants or a grand jury to indict.
Going to fall to the States to prosecute for criminal negligence, get convictions and use that information (previous criminal convictions can be used in civil court) to get massive civil judgments out of Gates, Fauci, WEF, etc. I would love to see Fauci up on murder charges, especially in a State with the death penalty. He would be a good start. Nuremburg level and scope of a trial for him and his ilk would be even better.
Another remedy would be for a very rich, eccentric, multi billionaire to file suit against one or more of the nefarious actors in a State with the best laws for such a case and fuel that lawsuit for as long as needed to get a judgement. I know Elon is busy. Is there another eccentric, rich guy willing to step up?

I had Covid very early, at 69 it was a bad flu, and strongly suspected a lie when told there was no natural immunity. I was right, although I don’t come into contact with quite as many people, I have not had any covid related infections since December 2019! Not hard to believe I have become a vaccine sceptic since.
Having lost a neighbor and several friends to the VAX the subject of the Covid comes up the only word I can think of is GENOCIDE and I favor the Nuremberg punishment with no need to let a few escape to wreck havoc like they did with Nazis!

It’s only the greatest mass murder scheme ever envisioned by man, so what’s the hurry. My heart aches for all the millions of people who have been maimed and killed for love of the almighty dollar. What began as a trickle in the stream of death, quickly increased into a raging river killing and robbing the health of everyone in its path.
