"Rothbard argued that asking the state to be the final arbiter of its own power is a fatal structural flaw." This principle is visible in education. Ask yourself: What are government schools likely to teach about government? What are elite ruling class schools likely to teach about government? Rinse and repeat.

Education is the only way out IMO and unfortunately it will take time. I pray we have enough of it.

I label it the "Dumbing of America"!

Feel free to call it whatever you wish moving forward.

If moving in a righteous direction is even possible anymore.

Anyone else noticing the suspicious huge change in Ai generated content ?

Obviously, the motivation for the manipulation of facts and views were to implement the DOD bio warfare exercise, which was 100% embraced by big Pharma! Will someone find the blueprint that exists which is the planning paper for making this diabolical event successful. I bet Fauci and Azar have a copy.

I will read and re-read this. Disgraceful. Shameful. Have we all become such spineless cowards? Especially given these comical stooges. To lie down supinely as they shat upon our Constitution? Where are the trials? The retribution? And we didn't need to grab a gun and storm DC. All we needed to do was quietly to call "bullshit" on the lies. The idiocy. The crazed, warbling Czarinas of disinformation It wasn't that hard. I recalled on these pages that I sued CT Gov. Lamont to reverse his lunatic edict against a gathering of 5 or more people. I did this on my own dime, by myself. Did I get a murmur of support from the pathetic "Republican" Party in my state? No, I did not. And when Lamont reversed course as a result did I get a word of thanks from my fellow Nutty Nutmeggers? You know the answer to that, too.

All of these clowns in the Biden cabal should be in jail or swinging from lamp posts. Are they? And the snotty little pukes who censored for them? Not one punished. Yet someone poor schmuck who dared tell a joke about Hillary languished in a federal pen. I cannot be more disgusted. And, btw, China still has gotten away with the crime of the century and laughs at us. Maybe because much of our political class is in their pocket?

Link - a window to our future in the "free" USofA.

Epoch's Jan Jekielek, 2 days ago, updates us on the anti-Christian movement growing in China. Control is the Goal. Teaching the public to hate groups, is the mechanism. Jan J, has seen it rise to a level, the next stop, he fears, is Atrocities at a larger scale, than, are detailed in his interview. (and they are pretty horrible already!)

This uptick of interest in Controlling us, Doc Malone just shared the White House's Digital/Cyber focus, this seems to me to be evidence - Control mechanisms haven't been stopped, or even curbed. "They" plan to Control us. The "They" is just as much this WH as it was Biden's, it seems to me.

Thank you Bruce for your efforts in challenging Lamont. If I had known I would have backed you up 100%. Lamont, Murphy, Blumenthal and smurf haired Delauro make my skin crawl whenever they open their pieholes.

Good morning, from Michigan's Thumb Coast! In 1994 we moved from VA to CT. We bought a house, found employment and figured we had found our forever home! Alas and alack, 'twas not to be the case. The politics of "Nutmeggers" boggled our minds; it was a toss-up as to whether they were disinterested or a part of the "insiiders" machinery.

Or, to give credit where credit is due, perhaps the few who cared had put forth efforts for too long and exhausted, retreated from the fray. We met good people in our workplaces, but being a small state our co-workers drove some distances - as did we - to work; thus, neighborly visits were not easily done. We discovered that most CT-born residents were neither interested in meeting nor accepting newcomers and were given to understand that "things" were to remain as they had been and were to be - forever! As retirement loomed, we looked elsewhere to spend our later years, and with a warm welcome returned to the middle west community of my childhood, after a gap of 60 years! In our ninth decade, we are active in our communities - church, community organizations and enjoy extending and receiving the camaraderie, affection, and hospitality of friends from the past and welcoming those previously unknown strangers who chose to make their home among us. CT is a beautiful state, but the mindset of the majority is a behemoth with which to contend! Had we known you in CT, our stories may have followed a path with less angst! To you and yours, Rath De Ort!

Propaganda.

It's not like gossip.

It moves like the speed of sound!!

Too late the obvious, we hear and feel the sonic boom.

But can never identify the source of it.

Try to keep up or catch a glimpse is hardly feasible, and often unverifiable.

OOF, this reads like a spy novel written over decades of time, with no conclusion about the who-done-it.(except it calls out everyone in bold) That's the gist of spies, right? The cloaked, undetected in darkness and effective outcomes, needs to have the lights turned on bright! This is what this expose' does and it is enough straightforward cataloging to make a lawmaker sit up and gasp. But no, not yet. WHEN?

Thank you for this powerful introduction to an infuriating topic! This surely is a series in need of a summerization fit to share with a thinking public. It needs to be widely distributed.

As an aside on the topic of censorship. I read your essays via a AOL delivery. When they are on a sensitive topic, they frequently disappear as I'm reading them.I find them in trash or spam generally. Today this was secreted away in archives. My personal take is that these happenings are deliberate. There is some sort of programming that causes it.

Back to your essay. Having recently engaged in a couple rounds (evidently arguably generally successful) with the 'Duty to Dissent's' Dr Douglass (who published a couple essays accusing you of culpability for the mRNA vax and related issues), I'm a bit sensitive to whether your description here would keep him (and his readers) on track. Rereading your description, I'm not clear on how to improve it tho.

This is an outstanding review of a very infuriating course of events. Well worth formal publication in a format that would offer a permanent record to be considered when considering reform.

You surely are contributers for all seasons! This is a topic of major import! Again Thank You!

This blight on the republic serves as caution that the reach of evil is pervasive at all levels. Whats chilling is that the dissenting SCJ were a minority, this should have been unanimous which leads one to believe in a political SC .

Thank for such a deep dive !

"Asking such an institution to consistently rule against the state’s expansion of power is, in Rothbard’s analysis, asking it to act against its own nature and interests."

"The constitutional question of whether the government’s conduct violated the First Amendment was left formally unresolved."

Maddening! We need Ron Johnson and Rand Paul -- to intervene... GOP has the majorities... let's finalize taking down the fascism rot by the left.

How/why can some of neighbors, support fascism? Mass formation, being one explanation. Also, a functioning MSM would help, along with heaping fear porn on the public...

Thank you for your insight and dedication to solving these 'structural' problems.

Speech Supressiion -excellent, and timely topic, thank you Docs Malone.

We must never let, even our CURRENT White House, create systems, methods, that make it even more difficult for us to Control THEM, Controlling US!

Last week, Controlling us was the topic of a MEHA Event, in Brussels, hosted by MEP Christine Anderson.

Link - 2:40min. Title, "Digital ID Exposed", MEHA Event, March 4, 2026 https://www.youtube.com/live/LHZwxMKlNvk?si=kx5_-6R3dpyQLKAH

:41mins -Reggie Littlejohn outlines the 4 Pillars in the Building of THE Control Grid - and the use of PRETEXTS, to soften us, in achieving each of the 4 pillars/goals. Beware of the use of Pretexts. For example, to make us safer, to create jobs, for voting purposes.

The 4 pillars:

*digital ID -starts out as option, once infrastructure completed, PDQ, can become mandatory.

*central bank/digital currency, any currency programmable

*artificial intelligence

*physical infrastructure, required by AI.

:54mins - Reggie L explains - you CAN oppose a Data Center. She advises to Search - 'Where are AI data centers being built'. After this chat, I checked my area. AND yes, in a beautiful park, smack in the middle of suburbia area, across form lovely neighborhoods near to my home, are approved: Two, 1million sf each, AI centers, with permissions for another 5 million sf. !

Link - Smaller panel meeting, 1 day later. https://x.com/andersonafdmdep/status/2030354041163649081 - After the MEHA event, MEP Christine Anderson hosts a summary panel podcast: Andrew Breggin (former MP), Reggie Littlejohn (founder of Anti-Globalist International), Montgomery Toms (prominent UK voice against Dig ID) - this panel discussion, summarizes the larger panel meeting the night prior.

Link - fyi - "America's AI Action Plan" - July 2025, The White House put out a few statements/documents. Scary to read them. They detail all the ways this is happening, and the plan is to happen VERY quickly. https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Americas-AI-Action-Plan.pdf

(especially look at page 17, "Build America's Infrastructure" - and then, search if this is planned for your town.)

*for those that don't "know" me, I voted for Trump 3x's, have supported him since 2015. I'm miffed about a few of this Admin's decisions right now, needless to say.

A well-written and educational time-line summary refreshing my memory of these events and, more particularly, enlightening me about the players involved. I look forward to the next two parts. Thank you Dr. Malone.

Excellent!!! Never forget…

James Goodrich's avatar

I realize we typically only get to choose between two candidates for president that have a chance to win. We see what Biden did censoring social media, manipulating MSM, and worse case was jailing January 6 protestors, outrageous. Does the 1st amendment cover “peaceful” protests of any subject matter on college campuses? I realize the second there is violence or property damage, it’s gone too far and must be stopped, but has Trump put limits on specific subjects. Has a line been drawn where a protests subject matter goes over that line, from protest to discrimination? Is it ok to peacefully discriminate? Should people that say things someone find discriminating be arrested and charged with a crime. I’m just asking, not that I agree or like it but is it not a right to speak freely?

Not to bring up another thorny subject but when we are promised no foreign wars, no foreign intervention, and only 29% of people are in with it, is it ok or wise to invade a foreign country? Is this not going to damage the republicans chance in the mid terms? Is this just a different way with a different name, of taking power away from the people? I fear if this is not fixed quickly the republicans will be swept from power in the midterms and we’ll be right back into the tyrants frying pan. Is it worth it?

Bruce Miller's avatar

Which country have we invaded? Did I miss something. Would you have similarly argued that we could not have sent our submarines to intercept the Japanese carriers converging on Pearl Harbor in 1941?

Have a little faith for a change.

James Goodrich's avatar

I have a lot of faith, not so much in government. Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, sometimes these wars don’t turn out so well Bruce.

T. Paine's avatar

I agree James the “Have a little faith” or “cheer up it’s not all doom and gloom” is a defense of denial. I don’t need a lengthy rehash of the crimes committed to know NO ONE has been arrested, NO ONE has been held responsible for the disaster perpetrated on us by a delusional bunch of intellectual know it alls and corrupt politicians. The list of obvious crimes is so obvious as to be absurd to think everything is hunky dory. Anyone who thinks fomenting a riot on J6 and then producing a glitzy fake documentary for FRONTLINE/PBS is not that bad has been captured, locked in the asylum and checked off as compliant with their confinement/destruction.

Bruce Miller's avatar

Agree on those but none were Trump's.

Mrs. Itoldya!'s avatar

Trump is a MUCH different man, than the people leading those campaigns. Though wise to never overlook or forget the lessons history teaches, assumptions of similar outcomes do not apply, when there’s so many unprecedented aspects.

James Goodrich's avatar

Time will tell. He is saying America will be out by the end of the week, I think he knows if this goes on he will be devastated politically. He’s saying he will leave the mullah’s in power now, 2 days ago it was unconditional surrender. I voted for him 3 times, I don’t idolize him though or any politician. He’s being pressured to end this war.

Micheal Nash, Ph. D.'s avatar

The problem is that the problem was never addressed and kept getting bigger. They were killing Americans wholesale and had bigger plans on the table. Radical islam is a serious problem and iran had established itself as its centerpiece making it a legitimate target. Finally had someone with the guts to respond

Mrs. Itoldya!'s avatar

Yup! And nobody, EVER should idolize any politician! (Imho)

I've been following briefings by the Promethean Action's Susan Kokinda. They relate our course of events to an extended course for world dominance. I do add their perspective as a part of my considerations. Adding in their views, Trump's actions are a part of returning us to our founders directions with sovereign nation states as opposed to elites one world order. Another view is Trump is ending Iran's 47 year war to exterminate us. My take is its helpful to consider the many views as we reflect on where we are and where we may be going.

G Hansen's avatar

To me, the bottom line is do you think Iran is capable and wanting to build a nuclear bomb? We all have our opinions. But when they have enriched uranium to the point that the only place it can be used is in a bomb, and they have always said death to America, that makes me nervous.

Is there any chance they would build and use a bomb? Unfortunately, I don't think the odds of that is zero.

James Goodrich's avatar

Tell you the truth I’m not all that comfortable with a lot of countries that already have nuclear weapons, a great example is North Korea, China, Russia, Pakistan, India even Israel. I could have sworn I remember being told the Iranian nuclear program was obliterated just a couple of months ago, maybe a couple of weeks ago. It’s hard to believe what you hear when they tell you two different things out of each side of their mouth, like safe and effective. Warp speed was the greatest accomplishment, things like that…

CLIFFORD F GERACI's avatar

This was a rude awakening for me. I didn't think this could happen in America. Boy, was I wrong. Freedom of speech is not a guarantee, it is a right that has to be fought for constantly. Governments have tremendous power and need to be constantly held in check. The Progressive Leftist have done an amazing job of indoctrinating half the country into believing that this type of behavior is OK. This is frightening how quickly it manifested itself. BTW, YAHOO censored comments too, I know because it happened to me.

Micheal Nash, Ph. D.'s avatar

Not so quickly. Began with the first progressive in 1600 Pa.ave.

VictorDianne Watson's avatar

I followed the Murthy vs Missouri case closely. It seemed there was no question that people were censored and were harmed by the Biden administration’s censorship policies. The decision that the plaintiffs did not have standing seemed far fetched to me. I thought this case was then going to go forward when they proved they had standing through further documentation and the addition of Bobby Kennedy’s suit to this question. However, I’ve heard nothing. Just an aside, both Barrett and Kavanaugh, I read, had worked in government positions where they had to push journalists to modify or delete articles they had written. Perhaps they should have recused themselves. Besides that, I think Barrett is just another liberal white woman disguising herself as a conservative. She clearly doesn’t like Trump.

Thank you, Drs Malone, for expanding on this issue. You are right, if this stands, we’ll have the same problems in the future.

Micheal Nash, Ph. D.'s avatar

One big problem today is that the,so-called administrations of 44 & 46 were nothing less than cabals of progressive activists who care no more for our Constitution than did vladimir lenin. Hard to assess accountability, particularly when one alleged POTUS was suffering mental collapse to the point of an inability to tell the correct time and the other a product of questionable sources.

PutativePathogen's avatar

Excellent reminder of one guard's focus in the Panopticon. I'm deeply disturbed by the Thiel and Musk wing of this administration, and their march toward total surveillance (and control.)

But in the end, it's WE, the PEOPLE, who are the problem. Are we contacting our representatives? Questioning our doctors? Recruiting and supporting men and women of character and courage to represent us? Having difficult conversations, and risking the ire of neighbors and family? Some do. But not enough. It's going to take all of us.

My challenge to the comment section - DO something positive for your country TODAY.

LoverOfHills's avatar

Well said, Putative Pathogen! I'll add to your We Can DO list - refuse the Real ID. If not in one of the 5 states requiring it, and you already have a Real ID:

-Get in your car.

-Drive to your DMV

-Get back your standard license.

No Real ID = Freedom from AI digital Controls.

So not only was the Vaccines toxic slurry "Unavoidably Unsafe"!

So was an entire mandated wretched fabricated hypo-jargon coming from what we try to think as an honest reliable source.

1986 was a good year.....best ever legal umbrella in fact for the pHARMA industry.

What have we gained as an end result is still unclear to me.

Evil triumphed over America, destined to rule and regulate and very little has changed.

Garry Blankenship's avatar

Indelibly marked in my memory is Anthony Foul Chi, our Government healthcare mouthpiece, and his MSM paid puppets promoting, instructing, lying and mandating us all to inject experimental toxins. Toxins that ultimately had no/none/"0" benefit with the possible exception of symptom mitigation. The adverse reactions and harms of those toxins remain years later. My big brother adoration of our Government was and remains crushed. Our system of checks and balances failed. While I am extremely impressed with what our current administration is accomplishing, skepticism is now the go to tool in my tool box. Such sad ironies in the CCDH holding a Doctorate in misinformation spreading and the Democrat Party pretending to be the champion of the common citizen.
