The FBI was/is either completely inept, or complicit. Either way, this looks bad.

The FBI was never created with an "Congressional enabling act".

Key Takeaways At-a-Glance:

"An enabling act is a law passed by a legislature that delegates specific lawmaking authority to an executive branch agency, essentially giving that agency permission to create detailed regulations.

The primary purpose of an enabling act is to allow expert agencies to manage complex issues, like environmental protection or financial markets, that are too technical for Congress to regulate in minute detail.

Administrative law.

For an enabling act to be constitutional, it must provide an “intelligible principle” that guides the agency, ensuring it doesn't have unlimited, unchecked power. nondelegation doctrine."

https://uslawexplained.com/enabling_act

An enabling act can do one of two things:

1. Create a new agency from scratch. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 literally gave birth to the SEC.

2. Grant new powers to an existing agency. The Clean Air Act gave a huge portfolio of new responsibilities and powers to the EPA, which had been established by an executive order just before the act was passed. The act will typically outline the agency's structure, leadership (e.g., a commission of five members appointed by the President), and funding mechanisms.

**********

The FBI and DOJ has had 110 years to prove its worth. A dispassionate look at its history says that it far more often served as a center for blackmail, corruption, and political manipulation than as anything resembling a legitimate law enforcement agency.

I personally would prefer inept. The other is too terrible to contemplate, but it does seem more likely as time goes by. I hear the sound of Cluster-B's buzzing. They seem to be a significant problem in the C-suites of our federal government, media corporations, unions, NGOs and other modern institutions. They are drawn to power like filth flies are drawn to manure.

It can take considerable time and a mighty effort to clean out the barn. There's a bunch of marble, concrete and steel ones inside and surrounding the beltway.

I’m not watching Mark Levin after his ludicrous character assassination of Tucker, calling him anti semitic and wanting to kill Jews. GMAFB! Listen to Tucker’s monologue and you’ll learn he likes Jews, has Jewish friends. He just doesn’t want to carte blanche give money to Israel…nor do I! And as for having Nick Fuentes on his show, I’m glad he did. I approached that interview from a standpoint of all id heard about Fuentes, that he was a Jew hater, Nazi, black hater, etc. After watching the interview, though I don’t agree with a lot of his ideology, I admire his courage to speak the truth as he sees it. He’s defiantly America First and I support him for that.

I’ll post the monologue link shortly. You may be surprised to see how Levin attacked everyone without a believable rebuttal but just called everyone Nazis. Shame on Levin!

He is an evil person. How could someone who claims that women want to be raped and beaten and who admires Hitler & Stalin have anything valuable to say? At some point, someone really does lose the right to be heard. His ravings are those of a madman. How about his disgusting comments about pedophilia? That’s not too much for you? Everyone gets the right to speak and have his views viewed all over the place, no matter what vile hatred and evil they’ve spewed?

I imagine many here will whine about how they hate Ben Shapiro, and thus will discredit this, but in case you haven’t actually heard some of Nick Fuentes’ comments that many find repulsive, have a listen here.

Unfortunately I can’t believe the most heinous comments Shapiro has piecemeal edited here. I thought you were sending an actual Fuentes show. Fuentes mentions how Shapiro does this to defame him. I don’t support Fuentes’s ideologies except his commitment to America First. It’s not just Israel he has a problem with as far as the U.S. sending money. He also hates nation building which has failed miserably in Iraq and Afghanistan. He points out how many lives were lost needlessly. I don’t know why he admires Stalin, a ruthless killer supported by the U.S. but I know he likes Hitler because he cleaned up the country after the Treaty of Versailles crushed Germany. I’d suggest you listen to the Tucker interview and then make your decision about Fuentes. BTW, the producer of Fuentes’ show is Jewish.

watched part of this and my take is this:

quite a contrast here with TC bringing on Ana Kasperian vs the moronic Fu jerk.

She appears to be a reasonable person who agrees with TC's view against the USA involving itself in more wars(middle east) and TC reviews the return of the lost son of the bible as an example for how we all should act with those of whom with disagree, welcome them back home, love, not forever hatred . . .

This contrast with TC offering Fu jerk a podium while not have the balls to correct his hatred, letting him spew while giving Ana a podium while she exhales reasonable POV's is disquieting to the point I am, now, not sure what I feel about TC?!

Crazy.

Tucker and Charlie Kirk were great and dear friends. I suspect Tucker is really rattled by Charlie’s assassination. As for the Fuentes dust up - it’s a big nothing burger in my opinion. Tucker had Fuentes on and starts out with “I thought you were a Fed”. I’ve watched most of Tuckers TCN interviews over the last few years and they are almost all softballs. Except for Ted Cruz. For those that don't know... a bit of clarity over the Fuentes chat. Tucker is not "erratic" he's just honest, inquisitive, and American First.

In Tucker's interview with Nick F, at 1h24-27 Nick casually (but probably purposely as he makes his living podcasting, and so is aware it will cause closer looking at his work) mentions he admires Stalin. Tucker says whaat? .. we'll get back to that. But Tucker doesn't. He should have though, as it would've INformed us, especially, Fox viewers, what exactly occurred in T's chat with F, and what F means when he said that. I'm not a Fox-er but I too, thought what's that all about. So I went digging on my own. I knew people would lose their minds - especially, types like Levin, and other RINOs. Btw- Nick said this Stalin remark, when remembering a date, a time he was attacked by crazy Libs after the 2024 election.

So what IS this Fuentes Stalin business? Well, seems Nick likes to study people. Link - this random substacker I found explains it all. Summary - Nick noted in a chat once, that Stalin is a 5'6" guy who has a limp, who isn't even a good speaker, but yet became a world power. https://theflyingfish.substack.com/p/nick-fuentes-on-joseph-stalin-beyond-tucker-carlson-s-interview

**Tucker also studies people. He states, like he did in this Fuentes chat, he disagrees but wants to learn. Shouldn't we all do the same? We got to Doc Malone and the other Truthers during covid, by Studying People, by questioning the NARRATIVES fed to us by Fox, by CNN, by Not well meaning people.

I was not even talking about the latest kerfuffle. To me Tucker‘s been off for quite a while. I think it started for me with his rant about baby boomers and how he hated a whole generation. Ironically, his guest that day was Charlie Kirk, who seemed to agree with him.

I also questioned his 911 special, which to me seemed more like a limited hangout than an expose. I really do wonder if he isn’t being guided by a sinister force with some of his latest shenanigans.

I do wish Tucker would tamp down the Boomer talk (ditto when Charlie over-generalized), but not because it's untrue. I'm a Boomer but the Boomers I know are mostly Cowards and I've been shocked at my generation being UnPatriotic, holding onto their TDS. I blame Fox for that too. If Tucker cooled it a bit.. maybe those Boomers would leave Fox/Rino/TDS world more easily. Have a nice weekend, Corrin.

Missed chiming in earlier on this one. Was at the range all day as gun deer season starts here in WI next week and the "orange hoard" was out in force.

Tucker and his team have done a credible job of putting these bits together and giving us a better picture of Crooks and some insight into how this got memory holed.

So on to the why of the FBI not giving up all the information they have.

First it is an ongoing investigation. All those bits of information have to tracked down, vetted and inevitably lead to more data and the process repeats. Since the investigation is ongoing the public does not get to know. I did this for a living and some things you are not allowed to tell people. Period.

Next. The FBI has its own classification system and they do not play well with others. Info exchange with the FBI is one way...in. Rarely out. Think of it as a vast black hole that sucks in data and releases almost nothing. The fact Dir. Patel and Bongino communicate the way they do is clearly a step in the right direction.

The investigation goes where it goes. Things stall. Shit happens. New cases come in. Conflicting information has to get sorted out. People retire. Other agencies stonewall. Congress was heavily involved in this case and added yet another layer of scrutiny, complexity and interference.

In this case the administration changed, adding yet another layer of stupid, including hiding evidence and obstructing investigators.

Since a Presidential Candidate, in this case most likely the next President was involved everything gets classified. Adding yet another layer of complexity as (I'm guessing a little here) those investigating now need a security clearance.

In short chasing all this down and making sense of it is harder than it looks. It is a slow process if done correctly and each time you go a layer deeper, things get weirder. Pretty sure when the whole story comes out it'll be weird.

Some things were pretty obvious before TC's video.

Crooks had help. Period.

No doubt he was recruited and weaponized. How was this done and who did it?

Find out who and you'll know why.

Either the Secret Service is / was completely incompetent, the security holes were deliberately put in place to get Crooks on the roof with a rifle or Crooks channeled his inner Jason Bourne. I'm betting on the first two. Like I said he had help.

Crime scenes were wiped. (Someone should burn for that). Cover up? Yeah probably.

At this point it is likely the FBI has all this or most of it. Does releasing all of it or even part, do more harm than good? I would like to see all of it come out sooner rather than later.

The Epstein nonsense is of a similar flavor. Big, complicated, multi layered, politically radioactive and a shit show. The same players are (in my opinion) involved in all of it. Covid, Epstein, the various attacks on Pres. Trump, Assassination of Charlie Kirk, etc.

There is always a lot going on that the public never sees or reads about. Foiled plots that never make the news. Patrol disrupting something HUGE just doing the job. And so it goes.

Give my law enforcement brothers Patel and Bongino a chance to make it right.

Well, the only logical conclusion to be made is that the information surrounding the assassination attempt, and investigation has been designated top secret, or classified above the FBI’s jurisdiction - implicating CIA, NSA or some other government’s intelligence operations.

Otherwise, the American people continue to be subject to the same media gaslighting that has been going on at least since 2016, and continues today…or both.
