The FBI was never created with an "Congressional enabling act".
Key Takeaways At-a-Glance:
"An enabling act is a law passed by a legislature that delegates specific lawmaking authority to an executive branch agency, essentially giving that agency permission to create detailed regulations.

Administrative law.
For an enabling act to be constitutional, it must provide an “intelligible principle” that guides the agency, ensuring it doesn't have unlimited, unchecked power. nondelegation doctrine."
1. Create a new agency from scratch. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 literally gave birth to the SEC.
2. Grant new powers to an existing agency. The Clean Air Act gave a huge portfolio of new responsibilities and powers to the EPA, which had been established by an executive order just before the act was passed. The act will typically outline the agency's structure, leadership (e.g., a commission of five members appointed by the President), and funding mechanisms.

The FBI and DOJ has had 110 years to prove its worth. A dispassionate look at its history says that it far more often served as a center for blackmail, corruption, and political manipulation than as anything resembling a legitimate law enforcement agency.
I personally would prefer inept. The other is too terrible to contemplate, but it does seem more likely as time goes by. I hear the sound of Cluster-B's buzzing. They seem to be a significant problem in the C-suites of our federal government, media corporations, unions, NGOs and other modern institutions. They are drawn to power like filth flies are drawn to manure.
It can take considerable time and a mighty effort to clean out the barn. There's a bunch of marble, concrete and steel ones inside and surrounding the beltway.
Tucker has been highly erratic lately, but he is certainly on his game in this report. Very, very damning information about the FBI both past and present!
I agree with this comment. As for now, I do not have the stomach to even read TC after his shenanigans with Fuentes. I’ll see if I can dive into this one at some point. I’m close to personal cancellation on TC though. 🤷🏻♀️
I’m not watching Mark Levin after his ludicrous character assassination of Tucker, calling him anti semitic and wanting to kill Jews. GMAFB! Listen to Tucker’s monologue and you’ll learn he likes Jews, has Jewish friends. He just doesn’t want to carte blanche give money to Israel…nor do I! And as for having Nick Fuentes on his show, I’m glad he did. I approached that interview from a standpoint of all id heard about Fuentes, that he was a Jew hater, Nazi, black hater, etc. After watching the interview, though I don’t agree with a lot of his ideology, I admire his courage to speak the truth as he sees it. He’s defiantly America First and I support him for that.
I’ll post the monologue link shortly. You may be surprised to see how Levin attacked everyone without a believable rebuttal but just called everyone Nazis. Shame on Levin!
He is an evil person. How could someone who claims that women want to be raped and beaten and who admires Hitler & Stalin have anything valuable to say? At some point, someone really does lose the right to be heard. His ravings are those of a madman. How about his disgusting comments about pedophilia? That’s not too much for you? Everyone gets the right to speak and have his views viewed all over the place, no matter what vile hatred and evil they’ve spewed?
I imagine many here will whine about how they hate Ben Shapiro, and thus will discredit this, but in case you haven’t actually heard some of Nick Fuentes’ comments that many find repulsive, have a listen here.
Never heard of Fuentes and only saw the first 15 mins of TC interview, however I have heard M Lavine and Shaperio and I think they both should move to the land of milk and honey and leave the US and the world in peace. With that said I will listen to the full interview when I get a chance.
Unfortunately I can’t believe the most heinous comments Shapiro has piecemeal edited here. I thought you were sending an actual Fuentes show. Fuentes mentions how Shapiro does this to defame him. I don’t support Fuentes’s ideologies except his commitment to America First. It’s not just Israel he has a problem with as far as the U.S. sending money. He also hates nation building which has failed miserably in Iraq and Afghanistan. He points out how many lives were lost needlessly. I don’t know why he admires Stalin, a ruthless killer supported by the U.S. but I know he likes Hitler because he cleaned up the country after the Treaty of Versailles crushed Germany. I’d suggest you listen to the Tucker interview and then make your decision about Fuentes. BTW, the producer of Fuentes’ show is Jewish.
quite a contrast here with TC bringing on Ana Kasperian vs the moronic Fu jerk.
She appears to be a reasonable person who agrees with TC's view against the USA involving itself in more wars(middle east) and TC reviews the return of the lost son of the bible as an example for how we all should act with those of whom with disagree, welcome them back home, love, not forever hatred . . .
This contrast with TC offering Fu jerk a podium while not have the balls to correct his hatred, letting him spew while giving Ana a podium while she exhales reasonable POV's is disquieting to the point I am, now, not sure what I feel about TC?!
Tucker and Charlie Kirk were great and dear friends. I suspect Tucker is really rattled by Charlie’s assassination. As for the Fuentes dust up - it’s a big nothing burger in my opinion. Tucker had Fuentes on and starts out with “I thought you were a Fed”. I’ve watched most of Tuckers TCN interviews over the last few years and they are almost all softballs. Except for Ted Cruz. Tucker hammered him, and I suspect that’s because Cruz is a war hawk.
Somebody needs to speak for us the unheard and what he did and said to Cruz I support 1000%. Gets elected to the Senate and into politics because he supports Israel; how disgusting.
Are you kidding I was appalled by Cruz and his Israel first mentality. Hey you, how about lifting the American people out of poverty???? The amount of money we ship over to that genocidal state is incredible. I just watched the Nuremberg trials and what struck me is how well the Zionists (Most of Israel) have learned the techniques of the NAZIS.
Cruz is owned by AIPAC and Tucker asked questions to which he should have know the answers. He appeared a bought and paid for politician who receives loads of money from AIPAC only to worship Israel. What happened to America First? I lost so much respect for Ted after that interview. Tucker exposes all and I love that he’ll have anyone on so free speech is revered! There is a movement in this country to expose our compromised politicians…and Tucker leads the pack.
I got the idea that Tucker was trying to bring Fuentes over to his side. And though he did get him to contradict a couple of his over-generalizations, I doubt you can make a dent in someone like Fuentes in one sitting. Tucker is much more optimistic about Trump and other things than I am.
Increased anti- Tucker attacks mean he's telling the truth, and sometimes that implicates people we want to like. Nothing the establishment hates more than the truth.
For those that don't know... a bit of clarity over the Fuentes chat. Tucker is not "erratic" he's just honest, inquisitive, and American First.
In Tucker's interview with Nick F, at 1h24-27 Nick casually (but probably purposely as he makes his living podcasting, and so is aware it will cause closer looking at his work) mentions he admires Stalin. Tucker says whaat? .. we'll get back to that. But Tucker doesn't. He should have though, as it would've INformed us, especially, Fox viewers, what exactly occurred in T's chat with F, and what F means when he said that. I'm not a Fox-er but I too, thought what's that all about. So I went digging on my own. I knew people would lose their minds - especially, types like Levin, and other RINOs. Btw- Nick said this Stalin remark, when remembering a date, a time he was attacked by crazy Libs after the 2024 election.
**Tucker also studies people. He states, like he did in this Fuentes chat, he disagrees but wants to learn. Shouldn't we all do the same? We got to Doc Malone and the other Truthers during covid, by Studying People, by questioning the NARRATIVES fed to us by Fox, by CNN, by Not well meaning people.
I was not even talking about the latest kerfuffle. To me Tucker‘s been off for quite a while. I think it started for me with his rant about baby boomers and how he hated a whole generation. Ironically, his guest that day was Charlie Kirk, who seemed to agree with him.
I also questioned his 911 special, which to me seemed more like a limited hangout than an expose. I really do wonder if he isn’t being guided by a sinister force with some of his latest shenanigans.
Me too. I wrote them many times early in Covid... I will NEVER forgive Fox for harming so many people. They'd interview a Truth Teller, like Doc Kory or Doc Malone.. then, Crickets. They'd immediately go back to pushing Fear and the Jabs.
I do wish Tucker would tamp down the Boomer talk (ditto when Charlie over-generalized), but not because it's untrue. I'm a Boomer but the Boomers I know are mostly Cowards and I've been shocked at my generation being UnPatriotic, holding onto their TDS. I blame Fox for that too. If Tucker cooled it a bit.. maybe those Boomers would leave Fox/Rino/TDS world more easily. Have a nice weekend, Corrin.
Fox like all the broadcast networks was well paid for their silence on Covid. Hundreds of millions of dollars were paid out by the Biden administration to “discourage vaccine hesitancy.”
Who recruited Crooks? That’s all I want to know about the deceased little dirtbag. We need to go after the people who are responsible for this attempted assassination and build some gallows that will handle 5 at a time. Imagine if we’d lost DJT what could have happened to this nation. I shudder to think.
I agree that this is the key fact to be discovered, and probably the most difficult one to discover. I don't care if those people get killed. I think a better handling is to let them waste away in a desert cave somewhere.
I must say that I am disappointed in our new FBI team in more ways than one. I really felt that Kash and Dan would bring an end to the circle of 'why we can't share that information' rhetoric. There was definitely something nefarious happening with Crooks. Like many things, it would be nice to have full disclosure.
The FBI has been complicit in big events going all the way back to at least November 22, 1963. The FBI still refuses to release the surveillance tapes taken from the Alfred P. Murrah Building, and other nearby buildings in Oklahoma City, the morning of the bombing. The FBI won't release the surveillance tapes from the Pentagon or any of the others confiscated on 9/11. What else do you need to know?
exactly: BUT KASH PATEL can have all those documents and information sent to an office and reviewed by analysts of his choosing to examine all that information. I live in DC and people don't understand about the way the DEEP STATE SWAMP works. HOPEFULLY all the people who are BIDEN/Dems have been removed but the Federal Job service system doesn't work like a private company.. people could be there for 17 years.. democrats counting down their 20 years.. and still do some damage.. very horrible system..
So, contrary to labeling, the can is full of worms! Bureaucratization happens at all levels, and you are right, I have no idea how the deep state swamp works; my head starts spinning at the inner workings of the permit department at City Hall. Brings to mind the disagreement between Hamilton and Jefferson, with Hamilton’s vision of an industrial behemoth winning the day. But with it came the bureaus. And the seat fillers. And the paper pushers. But worst of all, the nefarious actors that know how to game the system. And here we are. Can we be bureaucratized to death? Looks like we're well on our way.
Deep state assets in the FBI set this up. They didn't put the rifle in his hands, but they did everything to give him access to a clear shot and had one of their assets whisper in his ear.
And yet, we still run to this entity for all our needs....despite a very extensive historical pattern of lying to us. Only an abused woman would put up with this...out of fear for her life.
And then we have the temerity to complain that the healthcare they provide us doesn't work.
We are the problem. Not the people we put in charge.
The healthcare they provide in Israel works 100% for 100% of the Zionist citizens including the pedophiles they shelter from US Justice (whatever US Justice means today).
Missed chiming in earlier on this one. Was at the range all day as gun deer season starts here in WI next week and the "orange hoard" was out in force.
Tucker and his team have done a credible job of putting these bits together and giving us a better picture of Crooks and some insight into how this got memory holed.
So on to the why of the FBI not giving up all the information they have.
First it is an ongoing investigation. All those bits of information have to tracked down, vetted and inevitably lead to more data and the process repeats. Since the investigation is ongoing the public does not get to know. I did this for a living and some things you are not allowed to tell people. Period.
Next. The FBI has its own classification system and they do not play well with others. Info exchange with the FBI is one way...in. Rarely out. Think of it as a vast black hole that sucks in data and releases almost nothing. The fact Dir. Patel and Bongino communicate the way they do is clearly a step in the right direction.
The investigation goes where it goes. Things stall. Shit happens. New cases come in. Conflicting information has to get sorted out. People retire. Other agencies stonewall. Congress was heavily involved in this case and added yet another layer of scrutiny, complexity and interference.
In this case the administration changed, adding yet another layer of stupid, including hiding evidence and obstructing investigators.
Since a Presidential Candidate, in this case most likely the next President was involved everything gets classified. Adding yet another layer of complexity as (I'm guessing a little here) those investigating now need a security clearance.
In short chasing all this down and making sense of it is harder than it looks. It is a slow process if done correctly and each time you go a layer deeper, things get weirder. Pretty sure when the whole story comes out it'll be weird.
Some things were pretty obvious before TC's video.
Crooks had help. Period.
No doubt he was recruited and weaponized. How was this done and who did it?
Find out who and you'll know why.
Either the Secret Service is / was completely incompetent, the security holes were deliberately put in place to get Crooks on the roof with a rifle or Crooks channeled his inner Jason Bourne. I'm betting on the first two. Like I said he had help.
Crime scenes were wiped. (Someone should burn for that). Cover up? Yeah probably.
At this point it is likely the FBI has all this or most of it. Does releasing all of it or even part, do more harm than good? I would like to see all of it come out sooner rather than later.
The Epstein nonsense is of a similar flavor. Big, complicated, multi layered, politically radioactive and a shit show. The same players are (in my opinion) involved in all of it. Covid, Epstein, the various attacks on Pres. Trump, Assassination of Charlie Kirk, etc.
There is always a lot going on that the public never sees or reads about. Foiled plots that never make the news. Patrol disrupting something HUGE just doing the job. And so it goes.
Give my law enforcement brothers Patel and Bongino a chance to make it right.
There's has always been justification for hiding the truth from the public. I think of the movie "A Few Good Men". I wouldn't be surprised to find a plaque on an inner sanctum wall of just about every government building saying 'They Can't Handle the Truth'.
For me, the same could be asked of Charlie Kirk's murderer>? Who Is>?
Thank you for posting this Robert. The word “transparency” has got to be the most abused word in the English language right now. What is truly bizarre is the fact that Trump must know the answer to the questions that Tucker is asking. W for hy hasn’t he announced the answers to those questions?
I've seen Abbate testify before congressional committee at least once; I struggle to remember the specific issues at hand. But what I definitely DO remember is that much of what he asserted was brazenly, flagrantly, obviously untrue. He's in the Wray/Comey/McCabe/Strzok club.
Well, the only logical conclusion to be made is that the information surrounding the assassination attempt, and investigation has been designated top secret, or classified above the FBI’s jurisdiction - implicating CIA, NSA or some other government’s intelligence operations.
Otherwise, the American people continue to be subject to the same media gaslighting that has been going on at least since 2016, and continues today…or both.
This is all obviously anything but transparency, and is frankly infuriating - albeit not surprising.
The FBI was/is either completely inept, or complicit. Either way, this looks bad.
The FBI was never created with an "Congressional enabling act".
Key Takeaways At-a-Glance:

An enabling act can do one of two things:
1. Create a new agency from scratch. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 literally gave birth to the SEC.

I vote for option 1 - FBI needs to be dismantled and replaced.
Amen. It's a structurally malignant entity decades overdue for a radical overhaul of administrative posture and form. Too much in one bucket.

that link fails; likely wiped out by X.
I was looking forward to seeing this, tried the link and X kicked it back and said it doesn't exist.
Can you fix it?
Mark Levin is hard to watch, he gets too angry and ramped up. My heartbeat is always faster after just 5 minutes of viewing.
That plus the fact he spews nothing but Zionist Israel first BS and we should like it otherwise label yourself a NAZI.
I am a non practicing Jew, from birth, but I still can't watch him.
He reminds me of Sean Hannity and Ben Shapiro; all hard to watch, although knowledgeable in history.

watched part of this and my take is this:
quite a contrast here with TC bringing on Ana Kasperian vs the moronic Fu jerk.

So what IS this Fuentes Stalin business? Well, seems Nick likes to study people. Link - this random substacker I found explains it all. Summary - Nick noted in a chat once, that Stalin is a 5'6" guy who has a limp, who isn't even a good speaker, but yet became a world power. https://theflyingfish.substack.com/p/nick-fuentes-on-joseph-stalin-beyond-tucker-carlson-s-interview

Or possibly the "sister" organization the CIA.
They're all the same......deep state......
I was watching when it happened.
I formed my opinion immediately, and haven't changed it since. Every bit of info that trickles out just reinforces it.
and yet, Donnie is not curious enough about his own near extermination to make this priority #1 and publicize what REALLY happened?
THAT, to me, is the biggest question of all!
I wish we could get clear evidence that would back this up. It's almost certainly true. But we need names and MOs.

Give my law enforcement brothers Patel and Bongino a chance to make it right.
yep, I will, but the time being now way past what is half way reasonable, quickly passes to the end of MY patience.
Where oh where has my country gone?
Where oh where can it be?
With its' flag so bright, with its' liberty free
Some transparency Now if you please.
NO MORE DOUBLE SPEAK.
Second verse, same as the 1st (almost)
Where or where has my country gone?
Where oh where can it be?
With its' farmland bought up, with its' cities corrupt
Some sanity Now if you please.
LOOKIN FOR ANSWERS.
I've seen Abbate testify before congressional committee at least once; I struggle to remember the specific issues at hand. But what I definitely DO remember is that much of what he asserted was brazenly, flagrantly, obviously untrue. He's in the Wray/Comey/McCabe/Strzok club.
Laptop/censorship/protecting the Bidens, I think.
The media has been gaslighting the public since at least 1947 (when the CIA got up and running).
Good a comments everyone.
